There is a huge bonus room that is over 1100 sq ft with 6 built in bunk beds (sleeps 12) and one queen bed. We supply some extra tables and chairs for your use. Each bed is made with fresh, clean, quality linens. 2 Bathrooms include double showers, 1 bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Each bathroom includes fluffy white bath towels to be used at the cabin, (please bring your own swim towels for the pools at Lava hot Springs ) toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.
I love the huge kitchen with great appliances, 2 dishwashers, 2 large fridge, 3 ovens, huge gas range, and a breakfast bar that seats 8! Appliances include a coffee maker, crock pots, blender, mixer, rice-cooker, and at least three griddles. Plenty of cookie sheets, pots and pans etc. We have a KitchenAid Gas Grill on the beautiful 12ft wide front deck. BBQ utensils are in the kitchen.
There is an 80 inch smart television with a Roku stick in the family room. A second smart television with a roku stick is in the large bonus room.
There are 4 private bedrooms. 2 have king beds and 2 have queen beds. The bonus room, as mentioned before, has 6 sets of bunk beds along the walls and one queen bed. The tent sites are located in a beautiful grove behind the cabin. You are also allowed to put tents on the flat grass area where the RV hook up is located. No tents are allowed on the lawn surrounding the cabin as we run sprinklers beginning at midnight. No driving on the lawn. It is a walk in camp site. We do have two hand carts for your use to bring your items to the grove. The entire property is only rented to one group at a time.
Yes, bring your children! For some reason it sometimes pops up that the property is not child friendly. Our children and grandchildre love this cabin and property! Up to 2 dogs are allowed with an additional $100 Pet Fee per stay. We will check for pets :) The person who reserves the property is responsible for their guests. There is a spot for one RV hook up. Beautiful Secluded Home on Farm Acreage Close to Lava Hot Springs

This small farmhouse is set on peaceful, secluded acreage near the base of Fishcreek pass and just 8 miles East of Lava Hot Springs. The property borders our family farm which in any given summer could have wheat, barley, potatoes, or alfalfa growing in the back yard. Watch the sunrise from the East over fields gleaned every fall, and the summer sunsets over Petticoat Peak with vivid pinks, reds, purples, and yellows.

Hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, ATV's and dirtbiking are favorite pastimes for locals up nearby canyons. Close by in Lava Hot Springs, are the world-famous Olympic sized pools and natural hot baths. Rent a tube and enjoy floating down the Portneuf River or enjoy the shops on Main Street. Or we suggest at some point to just stay home, pull out the camp chairs, and enjoy an evening with a glowing campfire.

The home has been newly updated and filled with all the basics you will need for your stay. It has two bedrooms-- a King size bed in one, and a full over full bunk with a twin trundle pull out in the second.

While newly updated, its still an old home with its quirks and its filled with memories. We hope that your memories here will mirror the feelings we have of this little valley. We have farmed this area for 5 generations, love for this land runs in our blood. There is a stillness here, untouched by the crowds and city life.

We rent this home at an affordable price—and you get a home for the price of small, single hotel room. Please have realistic expectations for a home in the country. We are not professionals, we are farmers. Our kids help us clean and we are trying to give them opportunities to earn money—99% of the time there are not issues. We just want to be real.

2. This is not a party house. If the intention is to drink and get loud in the country—this is not the home for you. Our intention is to provide a peaceful landscape for anyone wanting to get out of the city for quiet respite. After cleaning up spilled alcohol and vomit with a couple guests as well as the police called, if we run into the same issues please know you will forfeit the security deposit.

Our home was completed in 2016. It sits on the golf course in beautiful Afton, Wyoming. My home has 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. It is about an hour and a half south of Jackson Hole, WY. This home is very close to gorgeous hikes, mountain lakes, rivers, ATV and snowmobile trails, restaurants, shops and the golf course.

Full kitchen with new appliances. In the basement there is a workout room and sauna for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own master bathroom attached. The two upstairs bedrooms are also suites with their own bathrooms attached. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a set of twin bunk beds and a crib in it.

There are 2 basement bedrooms and in between them is a large bathroom with a double vanity. One bedroom has a queen size bed in it and the other has two twin bunk beds. The home sleeps 10 comfortably. Come enjoy beautiful Western Wyoming in an excellent location for local adventures and quick access to day trips at Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone!

This is a peaceful place for the whole family. The home is located in the quiet heart of Bancroft and is a short 15-minute drive from the world famous Lava Hot Springs! Amenities include comfortable beds that will sleep up to 7 people, a fully stocked kitchen and open living room. Additionally, we have a fully-fenced back yard with a fun fire pit to roast marshmallows in the summer months as well as a couple hammocks to relax in. We can’t wait to host you and your family here!
The space
The homes living space is located on the main level. The living room, dining area and Kitchen are all part of the same space giving the home an open feel and allowing for easy interaction amongst guests. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the master bedroom, a twin over full bunk bed in the guest bed as well as a brand new queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room. The back yard is large and fully fenced so it is great for dogs. It has a new concrete patio with Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit and LED lighting. There are also two hammocks in the back yard as well as a new regulation size corn hole set. The washer and dryer is in the basement and can be accessed through the garage. There is plenty of space for parking including a large driveway that runs along the side of the property if you need extra room to park a trailer or large RV.

The house is protected by the Ring security system. There is a Ring doorbell located at the front door entrance.

The backyard is a wonderful place to have a BBQ, roast marshmallows, play corn hole or just hang out in the hammocks.

With beautiful mountain views, a large yard, and room for 5, it’s a great spot if you are here in the area for work, or visiting Lava as a family. Only a quick 15 min drive to Lava Hot Springs!

Our little town has a train that runs through it. It may cause light sleepers to wake at night so we want guests to be aware.

Welcome to our country cabin retreat just outside the world famous Lava Hot Springs! Our cozy custom-build cabin will comfortably sleep 4 people. After a day of fun in Lava escape the hustle and bustle of town to a beautiful country side with mountain views. Just a 15 minute drive away. Our 2 bedroom (including the loft) 1 bath cabin is a perfect escape!

The space:
Our unique cabin retreat offers the perfect getaway. Whether it's an outdoor hiking adventure, 4-wheeling, hunting, mountain biking, or simply a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, this cabin has something for everyone!

You'll love the hammocks, covered picnic table, fir pit, BBQ grill and views of the national forest all around. Bancroft is a Union Pacific main railroad route which adds to the quaintness of the town. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed. The loft bedroom offers a queen size bed and has a lower ceiling height. Both bedrooms have bedding. Please be careful on the stairs to the loft. They are steep and not suitable for small children or adults with physical limitations.

If you need to sleep a few more there is room for 2 more by way of sleeping on the floor in sleeping bags or on an air mattress, however you will need to bring your own as they are not provided. There are also 2 flat tent sites you can utilize. We do charge a small fee for the added guests due to increased utilities, wear and tear and cleaning associated with the extra accommodations.

Some amenities include a DVD player, 55" TV, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer etc. this is a GREAT location to do much more than Lava Hot Springs. Relax in the courtyard area with the BBQ grill, fire pit, hammocks and picnic table. The property is complete with 2 high quality, queen mattresses plus a small kitchen. The loft upstairs overlooks the family room/TV area.

Pack your swim suite and make your way to our vacation rental near Lava and embrace the laid-back lifestyle of a small town in a country setting. Bring your own ATV's snowmobiles or you can rent them near by. Bancroft is a quiet community with approximately 390 residents. Our town lies in the midst of the Caribou Highlands, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and productive fields of grain and potatoes. We are proud of our warm country atmosphere.

Our open floor plan one room cabin, we call the "Bear Cabin" Has a Queen size bed with a futon couch. It has a loft for the kids to sleep. It's kitchenette has a Fridge, Microwave and Keurig Coffee pot. 1Bathroom with Shower, Sink and Toilet. Surrounded by miles of open space, our property borders the Caribou National Forest, we have the Tin Cup River running through our property, great for Fishing. Bring your 4-wheelers and ATV's and find miles of roads and trails you can explore. Like to do winter sports? we are open year round, so bring your sleds or snowmobiles and come enjoy the beautiful winter scenery.

COME STAY IN OUR AUTHENTIC BUNKHOUSE, A TRUE GETAWAY ON A REAL WORKING RANCH. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountains, the Bear River and the everyday life of the American Rancher. The Ranch is 20 min from Soda Springs, a great location for many day trips and adventures including, Bear Lake, Jackson Hole WY, Ski Areas, Yellowstone and so many trails to enjoy along the way.

The space
The bunkhouse is made up of two units. Each unit is made up of two rooms and connected by a full bathroom (shower). One room has two queen sized beds and the other room has one queen sized bed. Each unit can sleep 6. Each room has comfortable gas stove heating.

Guest may use the adjacent "cookhouse". The cookhouse provides a full working kitchen and a large table for eating and games. It is a shared space and may be used by the cowboys throughout the day. The bunkhouses can be locked and will be a private space during your stay.

At this time there is no laundry facilities and no WiFi.

The bunkhouse and cookhouse are available during your entire stay. You may use the charcoal grill outside the cookhouse and the outdoor seating.

We ask that guests do not go into the barn and or any out buildings or corrals on the Ranch. It is a full working Ranch. You are welcome to sit out front of the bunkhouse and cookhouse and observe and take walks along the road if you would like.

If you are bringing motorcycles or 4 wheelers we ask that you do not ride them around the house. We are happy to tell you how to get the mountains which is only just a few miles from the bunkhouse.

River House is located on a peaceful 6 acre lot on the Bear River. Come enjoy your own slice of heaven on a spacious covered deck that is a definite highlight during the summer months. This 4 bedroom, three full bath can accommodate a group of 10-12 people comfortably. It should be noted that the property is close to train tracks, some may think it adds to the ambiance of the backyard view.

There are two living room areas, a large dining table and kitchen. Three full bathrooms and four bedrooms.
