Red Lodge Country Club Estates in Red Lodge is a large neighborhood surrounding Red Lodge Mountain Golf Course. The neighborhood sits atop the hill above Red Lodge and is close to all the fun Red Lodge has to offer including shops, retaurants and bars, hiking trails, cross country skiing, fishing, parks, skiing, ice skating, and more!

There are neighbors around the home so we do ask you are respectful to our neighbors, turn lights off at night to preserve night skies, and please do not block driveways.

Guests have access to the whole property with exception of one owners storage closet. Garage is accessible, but please do not park vehicles inside.

This home features 2 bedrooms, a loft with a trundle bed, and 2 full bathrooms.

The livingroom has two comfortable leather sofas situated for either taking in Mountain Views or enjoying streaming your favorite shows on the smart tv. There are games for the whole fmaily in the entertainment center as well.

There is a diningroom that seats 6 comfortably for meals at home, working remote, and game nights. The fireplace is just next to the diningroom table so you can enjoy a toasty fire while sipping on cocoa after a great day of skiing!

The kicthen is well appointed with everything you need for cooking meals. There are additional appliances such as a skillet and crock pot for easy meals.

Downstairs, there is a queen bedroom with abundant closet space, a comfortable bed, white noise machine, and extra pillows for extra comfort.

There is a full bathroom with a shower just across the hall from the downstairs queen bedroom complete with vanity, shower, and toilet. Of course lots of towels and amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.

The upstairs has a sweet loft with trundle bed suitable for youth and adults alike. Appointed with plenty of cozy bedding and a tucked away nook.

There is a queen primary suite upstairs with large closets, ceiling fan, white noise machine, and of course a super comfy bed with lots of pillows. Just off the primary is a private bath with an oversized soaking tub/shower combo, double vanity and toilet. Again, stocked with everything you need for your stay.

Take a step into the "Boot Room" with laundry facilities and plenty of space for storing your recreational gear!

The back deck has patio furniture and a grill for summer nights. The yard is spacious and the trees and landscaping provide some additional privacy for the space.

Coming from Billings south on 212, take the first right out of the roundabout up hwy 78. At the top of the hill take a right on Lazy M St, follow that street for about .25 miles and you will find the home on your right.

Downtown Red Lodge is only one mile away.

Yellowstone National Park is about 70 miles away via the Beartooth Pass, but it still take about 2-3 hours to get there due to the twists and turns along the way. Beautiful scenic drive!

Red Lodge Mountain is about 15 minutes away.

Home is located in the Golf Course neighborhoods, putting you only 1 mile away from downtown Red Lodge.

The Ski Resort is only 15 minutes away.

This condo nestled in the historic district is a 1 block walk to downtown and all the fun Red Lodge has to offer.

The condo is separate and private apartment within this historic triplex house built around 1899. It was recently renovated with great care. You will find both today’s amenities and last century’s charm. Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other 2 comfy twin beds. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Long term rental possible during some months. Best cleaning practices are used here.

Amenities include a full kitchen, living room, gracious dining room with seating for 6, washer, dryer, wifi, flat screen TV, large front porch & back deck & propane grill. It's vacation time! Spruce Lodge is a rustic yet fully equipped home that overlooks the city of Red Lodge from its enormous east facing deck. This upper level deck is located off the great room and has two large picnic tables with outdoor BBQ. There are unobstructed Red Lodge Ski Mountain and Beartooth Mountain views to the west. It would be difficult to match the setting of this home and infact it is the only home in the village of Red Lodge perched on the western bench. There are living rooms on two levels of this three story lodge. The space is ideal for an extended family or several families combined. This home is welcoming and can deliver an authentic Montana lodging experience. The home is arranged as follows: The upper level loft has two queen beds with an additional twin. This level has a full bath. The main level contains the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, open great room, dining area, primary suite, laundry room, half bath and ski room/reading nook entry. The primary suite with a king bed is on this main floor and its bath has a walk-in tiled shower. Additionally there is large closet / dressing room en suite. There is WiFi throughout the house. The lower level has a living room with a Smart TV plus three bedrooms and a bath. Two of the bedrooms have a bunk with a queen sized bed and a twin. The third bedroom has two twins and a twin bunk bed. All of these bedrooms have enormous closets. Access to the covered 6 person hot tub (available year-round), patio and seasonal outdoor shower is from this lower level. There is ample parking for 6 vehicles but please don't block big blue dumpster or doors to separate storage garage. If you need additional parking you can park outside the main entrance gate on the street. Occasionally the owner may access the storage garage onsite but this would not be the norm. We are set up for lodging here and do not sanction large events on site. The property fronts the ~3 mile long Red Lodge hiking and biking trail which leads to an enclosed dog park. The perfect little getaway! On the outskirts of town and at the end of the road, this quaint cabin is gently tucked up in the woods. Remodeled and just right for a few friends or a small family, this lovable little nook of a sweet spot is waiting for you! During months of the year that favor outside living the deck is welcoming and peaceful. This quaint cabin has two bedrooms with queen beds and a single sleeper sofa. You can bring your dog or two! Please note you must travel rural mountain roads to reach this home, and the driveway to this home is relatively steep and will require a 4-wheel drive and adequate tires for the winter months October-April. This home is located in an HOA with a 6-inch accumulation threshold before snow removal.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Agreement is entered into between Alpine Basin Management, LLC, a Montana Limited Liability Company (“Alpine”), and [Guest], which includes the signing party(ies) whose name(s) appears on the credit card(s), check(s), or money order(s) provided to Alpine to pay for rental costs of the property managed by Alpine and identified on the invoice (“Property”). These individuals and all other occupants using the property during the rental period (dates set forth on invoice) are referred to as “Guest” or “Guest Designee.”
1. Guest Authorized Use and Obligations
Guest agrees to, and to cause each of the other Guest Designees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Guest is responsible for Guest’s, Guest Designee’s, or Guest’s invitee’s failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Guests will use the Property only as a personal vacation residence. Guest will use the Property for lawful purposes only and will comply with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Guests will maintain the Property in a good and clean condition and will use the Property in a careful and lawful manner. Guest will leave the Property in a good condition (less ordinary wear and tear) as received by Guest upon Guest’s arrival. Guest is responsible for securing the Property, including windows and doors. Guest will be responsible for any losses incurred due to Guest’s failure to properly secure the Property.
2. The Guest Inspection
Guest will, on arrival, examine the Property and will immediately report to Alpine any damage discovered or any equipment not in operating condition.
3. Damage
Guest is responsible for any and all damage to the Property during Guest’s stay caused by any Guest, Guest Designee, or any Guest invitee during the specified rental period. Should any damage or alterations be discovered upon inspection after the Guest’s departure, Guest agrees to pay for all costs of repairs. If the cost of repairs exceeds the Safely Insurance Protection coverage (as applicable), Guest authorizes the credit card on file to be charged (and if more than one credit card is on file, each Guest or Guest Designee authorizes his or her credit card to be charged on a pro rata basis). If the charges for damages exceed any Guest or Guest Designee’s credit limit, the following applies:
• If more than one credit card is on file, each Guest or Guest Designee hereby authorizes his or her credit card to be charged the excess on a pro rata basis.
• If there is only one credit card on file, or the charges for damages exceed all credit cards on file, Guest or Guest Designee will pay Alpine the excess immediately by cash, check, or money order. (All reservations made require a credit card on file regardless of payment method for the rental fee.)
4. Safety
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely Insurance to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damage during your stay. The $80.00 Safely Fee includes up to $5,000 of accidental coverage for property and contents damage and up to $1,000,000 coverage for accidental bodily injury. Complete terms are available upon request. The Safely Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is after 4 p.m. and check-out time is at 10 a.m unless otherwise designated on your reservation’s confirmation page provided by the site on which you booked. No early check-ins or late check-outs are available unless previously arranged. We may have someone checking in on the day of your departure. For that reason, we must adhere to these times. Guest agrees that Alpine personnel and its agents have the right, and hereby grant such right, to enter the Property promptly at the check-out time on the scheduled day of departure. Unapproved late check-outs may be charged a portion of an additional day’s rent. You may call a minimum of 24 hours in advance to request an earlier check-in or check-out, but we cannot guarantee your request will be granted.
6. Payment
An advance payment equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the rent designated on the invoice (“Down Payment”) is required to secure your reservation. The Down Payment will be applied toward the rental fee for the Property (“Rent”). Please make payments in the form of a check or money order to Alpine Basin Management, LLC. You may also pay by credit card using MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. The balance of the rent, if any, is due at least sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date designated on the invoice. If the booking was made on another site, please adhere to the payment structure detailed on that site at the time of booking. If Alpine does not receive payment of the entire rent by the designated number of days on the reservation, prior to the designated arrival date, Guest and/or Guest Designee grants Alpine the right to charge Guest or Guest Designee’s credit card for the unpaid balance of the rent due on the reservation (and if more than one credit card is on file, each Guest or Guest Designee authorizes his or her credit card to be charged for such unpaid balance on a pro rata basis) or to cancel the reservation if the balance of the rent is not paid. In the event of cancellation of the reservation, Alpine will retain the Down Payment made to secure the reservation. Alpine will automatically cancel reservations without contacting or notifying Guest if payment deadlines established between Alpine and Guest are not met by Guest. The original Alpine cancellation policy will still apply. Upon receipt of payment in full of the rent due, Alpine will email Guest and/or Guest Designee confirmation of the payment. The guest and/or Guest Designee will receive driving directions and the Property’s access codes three weeks prior to the designated arrival date. There is a $75.00 replacement fee if any entry items provided are lost.
7. Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, Alpine Basin Management’s cancellation policy is as follows:
• If a reservation is canceled 31 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, the Guest will receive a 96% refund of the total Rent amount.
• If canceled between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the Guest will receive a 46% refund of the total Rent amount.
• If canceled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, the Guest will receive no refund.
If your reservation was made under a different cancellation policy via AirBnB, that policy will apply. Please provide confirmation of the third-party cancellation terms at the time of dispute or inquiry.
8. Storm Policy / Road Conditions / Property Conditions and Travel Insurance
No refunds will be given for storms that alter your travel plans. The guest and/or Guest Designee acknowledges and agrees, on behalf of himself or herself and all other Guests, that mountain roads are curved and steep, and that each Guest will take appropriate measures to travel under the conditions presented. We do not refund due to:
• Inclement weather or other events supplied by Mother Nature.
• Malfunction of equipment and/or any Property amenities (e.g TVs, DVDs, telephone, internet, etc.). Alpine will make a reasonable effort to make repairs and keep all equipment in good working order and condition.

Located on the southern edge of the golf course at Red Lodge Country Club Estates, Ridgeline Townhome offers unobstructed views of the scenic Beartooth mountain range. This townhome is decked out. Yellowstone National Park is about 70 miles away via the Beartooth Pass, which is a beautiful scenic drive, but it takes at least two hours to get there due to the twists and turns.

Red Lodge Mountain is only about 15 minutes away.

“The Roost”, a luxury lofted apartment, is located in the historic Frank Church building in the heart of downtown Red Lodge. We bought the building in 2016 and fully renovated the downstairs into an art gallery, and the upstairs into the industrial but modern Roost. If the cost of repairs exceeds the Safely Insurance Protection coverage (as applicable), Guest authorizes the credit card on file to be charged (and if more than one credit card is on file, each Guest or Guest Designee authorizes his or her credit card to be charged on a pro rata basis). If the charges for damages exceed any Guest or Guest Designee’s credit limit, the following applies:
• If more than one credit card is on file, each Guest or Guest Designee hereby authorizes his or her credit card to be charged the excess on a pro rata basis.
• If there is only one credit card on file, or the charges for damages exceed all credit cards on file, Guest or Guest Designee will pay Alpine the excess immediately by cash, check, or money order. (All reservations made require a credit card on file regardless of payment method for the rental fee.)
4. Safety
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely Insurance to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damage during your stay. The $80.00 Safely Fee includes up to $5,000 of accidental coverage for property and contents damage and up to $1,000,000 coverage for accidental bodily injury. Complete terms are available upon request. The Safely Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is after 4 p.m. and check-out time is at 10 a.m unless otherwise designated on your reservation’s confirmation page provided by the site on which you booked. No early check-ins or late check-outs are available unless previously arranged. We may have someone checking in on the day of your departure. For that reason, we must adhere to these times. Guest agrees that Alpine personnel and its agents have the right, and hereby grant such right, to enter the Property promptly at the check-out time on the scheduled day of departure. Unapproved late check-outs may be charged a portion of an additional day’s rent. You may call a minimum of 24 hours in advance to request an earlier check-in or check-out, but we cannot guarantee your request will be granted.
6. Payment
An advance payment equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the rent designated on the invoice (“Down Payment”) is required to secure your reservation. The Down Payment will be applied toward the rental fee for the Property (“Rent”). Please make payments in the form of a check or money order to Alpine Basin Management, LLC. You may also pay by credit card using MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. The balance of the rent, if any, is due at least sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date designated on the invoice. If the booking was made on another site, please adhere to the payment structure detailed on that site at the time of booking. If Alpine does not receive payment of the entire rent by the designated number of days on the reservation, prior to the designated arrival date, Guest and/or Guest Designee grants Alpine the right to charge Guest or Guest Designee’s credit card for the unpaid balance of the rent due on the reservation (and if more than one credit card is on file, each Guest or Guest Designee authorizes his or her credit card to be charged for such unpaid balance on a pro rata basis) or to cancel the reservation if the balance of the rent is not paid. In the event of cancellation of the reservation, Alpine will retain the Down Payment made to secure the reservation. Alpine will automatically cancel reservations without contacting or notifying Guest if payment deadlines established between Alpine and Guest are not met by Guest. The original Alpine cancellation policy will still apply. Upon receipt of payment in full of the rent due, Alpine will email Guest and/or Guest Designee confirmation of the payment. The guest and/or Guest Designee will receive driving directions and the Property’s access codes three weeks prior to the designated arrival date. There is a $75.00 replacement fee if any entry items provided are lost.
7. Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, Alpine Basin Management’s cancellation policy is as follows:
• If a reservation is canceled 31 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, the Guest will receive a 96% refund of the total Rent amount.
• If canceled between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the Guest will receive a 46% refund of the total Rent amount.
• If canceled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, the Guest will receive no refund.
If your reservation was made under a different cancellation policy via AirBnB, that policy will apply. Please provide confirmation of the third-party cancellation terms at the time of dispute or inquiry.
8. Storm Policy / Road Conditions / Property Conditions and Travel Insurance
No refunds will be given for storms that alter your travel plans. The guest and/or Guest Designee acknowledges and agrees, on behalf of himself or herself and all other Guests, that mountain roads are curved and steep, and that each Guest will take appropriate measures to travel under the conditions presented. We do not refund due to:
• Inclement weather or other events supplied by Mother Nature.
• Malfunction of equipment and/or any Property amenities (e.g TVs, DVDs, telephone, internet, etc.). Alpine will make a reasonable effort to make repairs and keep all equipment in good working order and condition.
9. Other Guest Obligations
The maximum number of occupants in the Property during the stay is limited to the number of persons specified in the Property description on the invoice or booking site. Additional persons will result in an immediate termination of this Agreement, expulsion of all Guests and/or Guest invitees or individuals, and forfeiture of all Rent paid (unless agreed to in writing by Alpine).
Guests agree to utilize the programs and software used by Alpine in managing the Property and conform to their terms of use, including but not limited to Hostaway. Each property requires a certain minimum night stay. Please see the Property’s listing for further details.
All our properties are NON-SMOKING. No smoking is permitted on, at, or in any part of the Property.

We appreciated the hot tub, variety of card and board games, all the amenities that we needed, and garage stall to keep our vehicle and ski gear in. We were able to bring our dog along and she had an amazing vacation as well. There was a large dog park 2 minutes away and the host even provided dog dishes, waste disposal bags, and dog towels. The fully fenced area containing the hot tub provided a secure place for all of us to be after a day on the slopes. Excellent communication from the host and was quick to respond. Come stay at our cozy and sunny home in Red Lodge, Montana. The home is situated on a quiet street on the south end of downtown Red Lodge. All of the restaurants and shops on Broadway are a short walk away. The town of Red Lodge itself is very walkable and there are many parks, restaurants, and trails just minutes from the front door.

The home was built in 1910 and was most recently updated in 2021. The living room boasts a large window with beautiful views of the Beartooth Mountains. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has an adult bunkbed, with a queen size mattress on the bottom bunk. A Pack-n-Play is available on request. The backyard is fenced in and is a wonderful spot to enjoy the Montana summer.

In the summer you can drive from Red Lodge to Yellowstone over the Beartooth Pass, this is one of the most scenic roads in the country and should not be missed! There are also world class hiking trails all over the Beartooth mountains and in the surrounding ranges, feel free to inquire with the host for recommendations. Fishing in the Beartooth Mountains is also hard to beat, there are literally hundreds of lakes and streams to choose from!

In the winter months there are still many recreation options available. The Red Lodge Mountain Ski Resort is only a quick 6 mile drive. The resort is very family friendly and has ski runs for all abilities. There are also groomed paths for cross country skiing at the Red Lodge Nordic Center, as well as on West Fork Rd. starting at the Wild Bill Lake parking lot. The winter doesn't have to stop you from getting into the backcountry either! Many of the summer trails are great ways to access the Beartooth Mountains via snowshoeing or skiing during the winter months.

Wildlife abounds in Red Lodge. It is uncommon to not see Turkey and Deer daily. It is also possible to see Moose and Bear in town. Please keep a safe distance from the wildlife, and never feed any of them. All of the trash cans in Red Lodge have locking mechanisms due to bear activity. Instructions for using the trash can are included in the welcome book.

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the comfy beds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families. It is located 3 miles out of town so you will need transportation. It is in a beautiful area going towards the Beartooth Pass and just across from Rock Creek. Easy access as it is just of Hwy 212. There is ONE thing to be aware of, however. I have a permanent tenant upstairs and you can hear his footsteps & noise, if this will bother you, please don't book.

The space
There is one bedroom with a double bed, another room with a double bed and the kitchen sitting area has a cozy gas stove and couch and chair. This duplex is 3 miles south of town towards the Beartooth highway. Beautiful views! It is past mile marker 66 and just before mile marker 65 . We are in the country so it is possible you will see an occacional mouse. We take every precaution but it is the country and we cannot control them 100%.

This is the downstairs part of a duplex. Great spot but you will hear the tenant upstairs. We have insulated but you can still hear footsteps.
Access is right of of the highway under the point of rocks. Feel free to roam the area but do be careful as the rocks can be slippery.

Other things to note
The tenant upstairs is Ken Sample - a very nice gentleman. He does not have any pets to interfere with your stay. You may hear footsteps upstairs in the evening. Thats Ken! Just park outside the bottom door. It will not block anything. It is country living. I have a monthly pest control service but I am afraid that you may see an occasional mouse. It is in the country and they are hard to keep away. IPlease note that if you have an issue with these creatures - do not book. Again, I have a monthIy service for this but it is not possible to get rid of them completely. In the fall we can get millipedes that come in when the weather changes They are small wormlike creatures and are harmless but unsightly. Usually there are just a few but I do want you to be aware of them also!!

This 900 sq ft private apartment has two bedrooms and a futon in the living room. This is a basement apartment and you will likely hear noise from upstairs (*please read 'Guest Access' below*). The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, pots, pans, a coffee maker, plates/bowls/glasses/mugs, silverware, and basic cooking utensils. A washer and dryer are available in the unit and linens (bed/bath) are provided. Basic toiletries and a hair dryer are supplied in the bathroom. No cable but we provide a Roku.

Red Lodge sits at the base of the beautiful Beartooth Mountains. We are located within 10 minutes of several trailheads of the Custer Gallatin National Forest and 65 miles from Yellowstone National Park via the spectacular Beartooth Highway.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and all listed amenities. Off-limit areas are locked and the upstairs unit is off limits to guests. Please don't park in the driveway. There is ample street parking in front of the house.

This charming cabin has been in the loving care of the same family for 60 + years and that family has worked with Pepsi for most of that time so located within these log walls you'll find antique Pepsi gems that give much character to the space. When the sun is shining sitting outside in two Adirondack chairs is a perfect coffee spot in the morning. This cabin is a worker cabin built in the 1930's for crews that created the Beartooth Highway. If the walls could talk, we would hear some doozies! Even with all this rustic charm, you'll still enjoy Wi-Fi and streaming tv when you choose.

Red Lodge, Montana is a rural community that does offer internet and cell service throughout most geographic areas but, some locations are completely void of any internet or cell service. In town and within a 3-5 mile radius of downtown you will enjoy solid cell signal but during times when our population increases due to events, celebration (such as the Fourth of July), or emergency situations such as a wildfire you will notice that these online and cellular services slow down and sometimes, they can slow down to the point where you have to wait to place a call. We can’t do anything to help in these situations, so we encourage people to enjoy the freedom of being “unplugged” and to be patient.

The space
Enjoy your private townhome that is bright and airy. The 2 story townhome is a two bedroom/ two bathroom home with full kitchen, laundry, living room, and a loft upstairs.

The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, TV with ROKU, and a spacious closet and dresser. Free of clutter and cozy bedding makes this a comfortable place to end and start your day.

The livingroom has two sofas for hanging out and enjoying a cup of coffee before starting your day. There is a 55" TV with streaming services including many channels for catching your favorite shows and programs. The livingroom is open to the dining area and kitchen so you never have to miss a laugh with friends while you chat about your Red Lodge adventures.

Upstairs is a sunny loft with a balcony overlooking Red Lodge Mountain and the Beartooths. A nice quiet retreat that also has a 55" TV and roku for your entertainment. There is a trundle bed that can either be used as seating, two twin beds, or put them together to make a king.

The upstairs queen bedrooom has a very large closet for storage, a dresser, and access to the full bathroom upstairs.

The townhome is well equipped for your stay. Bathrooms are stocked with hand soaps, shampoo, conditiioner, body wash, toilet paper, hairdryer, and plenty of towels. The kitchen is equipped with trash bags, dish soaps, dish pods, coffee and coffee filters, cookware, and plenty of dishware for your group.

Parking is a breeze with a maintained parking lot just out front.
