AC notice: While there is an AC unit and fan, you can expect the home to be 70-75 degrees (if it is 90 or so outside). If guaranteed cool temperatures are a requirement for you, this is not the home to book.

You`ll have the whole main floor 1/2 of the duplex to yourself during your stay, including 2 private bedrooms, one and a half baths, a full stacking laundry pair of machines, 2 dishwashers, and access (shared with the top level duplex) to a large wrap-around porch.

Bedroom one has a plush full sized bed, armchair to enjoy your favorite novel, and attached 1/2 bath.

Bedroom two has a plush full sized bed, armchair, and features a complete work station desk area.

The full bathroom features a walk-in shower and an en-suite half bath is attached to bedroom one.

All bed linens are provided. A portable crib (pack-n-play) with a mattress and protector are also available upon request before your arrival, as well as a portable highchair for the smallest guests :)

You`ll appreciate the fully appointed kitchen with appliances to make your stay complete, including stove, oven, refrigerator, not one, but TWO dishwashers, Keurig, drip coffee maker, and microwave.

The living room is equipped with a smart tv, and we encourage you to log in to your favorite streaming services to relax after your days spent enjoying the area! YEP, WE LOVE YOUR DOGS:
Dogs are welcome! Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs can come along with a small, one-time pet fee assessed at the time of booking. Refer to the pet policies and *HOUSE RULES* for further information. We do not have a fenced yard, so please keep your pets leashed while staying at our home. We require that you keep your pets securely crated any time you depart the premises, and pick up any pet waste from the premises and dispose of it directly (in a secure bag) in the outside trash bin.

Please take note that these are rough minimally maintained roads so make sure to use a 4WD vehicle. Expect approximately 45 min drive after leaving the highway

We built a beautiful 2,400 square foot apartment above our wine store and fine dining restaurant finishing it up in early 2017. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a great kitchen, open concept living space and an outdoor area. You will be impressed with the roominess and easy living style of the apartment. Absolutely NO smoking indoors. And if you choose to smoke outdoors, please pick up your trash, i.e. butts and ashes.

Visitors allowed only with permission. If you want to have visitors, please discuss it with us first.

Quiet outside after 9 pm.

Please remove your shoes when you enter the house.

Check-in is available between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm
Checkout is 11:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made.

There is a dumpster in the alley for any trash you might have that does not fit in the trash cans in the house.

BBQ grill and lawn furniture to be used only in Spring-Fall, not in the winter.

Pets permitted with previous permission.
No pets on furniture or in basement.
Please wipe pets paws upon coming in the house.
The backyard is fenced but we are not responsible for any pets escaping.

KITCHEN USE & FOOD:
Please make yourself at home in the kitchen. If you do not have a cooking item you need, pots, pans, etc. please feel free to ask.
Please clean up all your cooking messes and wash, dry and put away any dishes you use.
If you make a mess in the oven, please clean it.
We do ask that there NO FOOD/eating in the bedrooms. And no drinks except water. (or bottle if you have a baby! ;) )

ACCESS:
The whole house is yours to use, but we do ask that you gain permission before going to the basement to use the laundry facilities. The stairs are older and steep, and the floor very rough concrete. We do not want anyone to get hurt or trip so please use the handrail and watch your step.
We ask that no one under 18 goes down to the basement. It is just for doing laundry and not a place to play.
There are laundry facilities down there that you are free to use with permission, including laundry soap etc.

WATER AND PLUMBING:
Do not flush tampons (sorry, but the alternative is much worse).
Please hang your wet towels. Do not leave damp towels on the furniture or the floor.
There is soap, shampoo and conditioner for you to use if needed. Feel free to ask if you have any other items you may need during your stay with us.
There is a First Aid kit in the medicine cabinet in the bathroom.
If you are staying multiple days and would like more fresh towels during your stay please let us know and we would be happy to provide you with them.

SAFETY
Please watch your kids, as we do not have kid proof locks on the cupboard doors or outlet plugs etc. Please feel free to put anything away that you need to, to make the house baby-proof while you are with us.
Please be careful on front and back outdoor steps, esp. during snowy and wet weather.

There is a fire extinguisher in the main entrance area, behind the door.
If you have a bad spill or something breaks please let us know as soon as possible so we can help with clean up.
In case of any emergency please call 911.
