This place is epic beautiful, and I am picky and have stayed at some of the most beautiful places you can imagine. Our rental car had a power steering issue and we could not drive it and the home owner was outside offering help faster than ride side service and a ride back to the rental place. The views are beyond beautiful and the location is central to Glacier and Whitefish and Flathead Lake. The coffee bar is amazing… refrigerator full of every coffee creamer and etc you could want… we asked for champagne, and up it came, ice bucket and all. Oh, and the hot tub…. Overlooking the fire pit and the lake is just epic! Even the wildlife- wow!!! This is a 5 star- everyone should see this place kind of visit and we feel blessed to have experienced it! Take what you want, leave what you have extra of. One of the strange things was our private bath was across the hall of the game room/ lounge are so we had to be careful when streaking but it worked out fine. You also have your own, private washer and dryer, in the bedroom. The condo has an open concept with the kitchen flowing into the dining and living area and great views onto the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio and an amazing grilled dinner using the BBQ, while taking in the beautiful lake views. This condo has cable & WiFi for streaming through the smart TV.

This condos location also makes it convenient to explore downtown, Glacier National Park, Whitefish Mountain Resort, or any of the other many great things in the area. There are also a few boat slips available for rent through the HOA depending on water levels. Inquire upon booking.

Our home is in Woods Bay, a small community near Flathead Lake. The suite where our guests stay is the back portion of our house with its own entrance. It consists of a porch, a bedroom, a private bathroom, a sitting room and a Pavillon outdoors with a grill and space for cooking.
The sitting room includes a desk, a tele and comfy love seat as well as Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and a small refrigerator. It is just a short walk to the community beach, or several pubs, even a small market.

The space
This part of Montana is rich with activities for all kinds of folk. Hiking, skiing, water sports, pub hopping, gallery browsing, oh and good eating! Something for everyone, even just sitting and quietly enjoying a beautiful sky and a special glass of wine. We now offer the use of a double seated kayak for our guests free.
Glacier Park is within an hours drive, the National Bison range is never a disappointment for viewing the animals who call this area their home!

Guest access
Guests have a covered Pavilion where they can grill/cook outside. We provide a small dresser that contains dishes and food prep items. We even do the dishes daily for guests that choose to prepare their meals.
There is a fire pit , table and chairs under cover of the pavilion and lighting for night use.
Our place is not easily suitable for individuals that need a wheelchair.

Other things to note
Our community beach is located just a couple minutes down the lane. There are tables and chairs, sun and shade. Enjoy a sunset or picnic, maybe even a campfire. Because it’s a shared space we ask our guests to observe the guidelines for its usage!
This is not an access for our guests to invite others to use.
We have a fire pit, and will prepare one evenings fire on us. If guests want a second or more they will either purchase wood from a store or from us.

The Trail room at Tipsy Brush comfortably sleeps 4 people, with a comfy queen bed and trundle bed with two twin mattresses! The building is owner occupied and guests have a dedicated bathroom plus access to 24 hours of free laundry. Our rooms are upstairs, above Tipsy Brush Studio. If you would like, enjoy sip and paint downstairs for a fun date night, then a restful night upstairs! Located right on the highway just 8 minutes from Kalispell! Rails to Trails bike path access from our parking lot!

The space
You will have a private room and shared 1.5 bathroom and laundry room, shared living room, and shared patio where you are welcome to barbeque and relax on warm days! We are located approximately 45 minutes driving distance from two ski resorts, and 20-25 minutes from Flathead Lake, 3 miles from Smith Lake Fishing access. There is access to an over 22 mile, paved Rails to Trails bike path right from our parking lot. The path is great for biking and walking in warmer months and cross country skiing during good snow years.
Just downstairs from our guest rooms is Tipsy Brush Studio! Paint and Sip while you are here if you would like! We teach Tues - Saturday!

You will have access and use of our huge deck, overlooking the Waterfowl Reproduction area, along with shared spaces including our comfortable living room and 1.5 shared guest bathrooms including a laundry room. There 18 stairs leading up to the rooms, located upstairs! See photos!

We will let you take the lead! This building is owner occupied, and we love to be social but we respect your privacy!

The space
A Queen bed, noted for how comfortable it is, awaits you, as do all of the comforts of home. Many reviews discuss the peaceful energy and the wonderful sleep they have! Also, The couch can be folded down into a full bed for additional sleeping space. The cupboards are stocked full of essentials such as spices, dishes, cookware, utensils, and cleaning supplies. A sweet little basket filled with drink selections, popcorn and snacks graces the kitchen table. After making your hot beverage of choice you can start your day out on the deck complete with wrought iron table, plants and flowers. Your cozy view includes a quaint perennial and vegetable garden, fire pit and large green lawn.
In the evening, enjoy cooking on the George Foreman BQ on the deck or experience one of our great local restaurants. The twinkling lights around the deck are sure to delight you!

Approximately 1.25 hours to Glacier National Park, 45 minutes to Whitefish, MT and 1 hour to Kalispell, MT.

A privacy fence separates the Sunshine Getaway from the owner's home up the hill. Access is easy and off of highway 93 and down the well-graveled driveway. There is room for 1 vehicle under the carport and extra parking across the driveway. Take a short hike down the hill and sit along Sinclair Creek and watch it flow on by. Breathe in the good smells and relax. Let your dog play on the lawn. Take time to get some Vitamin D using the new lounge chairs provided. Walk over to the garden and see what is growing. You might even get to help yourself to a veggie or two!
Sit at the firepit and roast marshmallows and experience the simple pleasure and warmth of a crackling fire.

Fire extinguisher is tested and approved annually with Mahugh Fire and Safety.

A public Accommodations License is acquired annually from the State of Montana.

All cleaning supplies meet Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards.

I do not hire cleaning companies. I do 99% of the cleaning myself so you’re guaranteed top quality cleaning by me. (Occasionally due to schedule conflict, I have assistance with cleaning).

Please pull the door toward you on the outside if you have issues with latching and unlatching the lock.

The upstairs unit is an Airbnb also. The 2 units can be rented together (if both are available). There is a door that connects both units that can be unlocked for entire shared space if you need additional area. The upstairs has one queen bed, an additional bath, kitchen and sitting room.

The door between the 2 floors is a double deadbolt and can only be unlocked by owner.
