Fenced backyard with a grove of trees lined on the western side that create the perfect oasis. In addition, there is a covered patio with outdoor patio furniture for stormy days or getting out of the heat of the sunny summer days. A Blackstone BBQ within the patio with all tools equipped to enjoy outdoor cooking no matter the weather or time of year.

Other outdoor amenities include an onsite playground as well as trampoline for guests that have children staying, firepit for keeping warm or enjoying memorable treats around the fire with the outdoor furniture provided, and a hot tub underneath a gazebo to allow privacy & shade. The hosts are not worried about any sound made by guests (within reason), but would like you to know there will be some sound transfer from the hosts and their family as they move around above you during daytime hours (especially around meal times). Hosts try to be courteous of noise levels and stick to a noise ordinance rule for themselves.

Beautiful apartment above a detached shop. Small but mighty in amenities. No actual kitchen but there is a sink area, dishes and silverware, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee Keurig. Outdoor gazebo for enjoying the outdoors. Washer, dryer combo guests can use upon request. Good freeway access and great access to Meridian and Kuna.

Built in 2023, this single story 1,000 sq. ft. guest house boasts polished concrete floors, granite countertops and Hickory cabinets. Industrially inspired modern design with rustic elements and an open floor plan. 9' ceilings with many large windows to allow in natural light. The guest house includes the following; 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer, soft water, hypoallergenic AC system with multiple filters, large covered patio, 1/2 acre yard and shared access to the fire pit.

Our guests can enjoy access to the guest house, covered patio, private 1/2 acre yard and fire pit, where you can observe the farm animals up close.
Other things to note
You might see us working on the tractor. Trains may be heard a couple miles to the west. You may hear the farm animals in the pasture.

The guest house became available the fall of 2023 having just missed the warm weather, the grass and sprinklers will be installed this season.

On the other side of the guesthouse is our 2000 sq. ft. shop. You may see us coming and going from the shop as we work on our hobbies or occasional projects on the farm. Additional sound proofing measures have been taken to ensure a pleasant experience during your stay.

The RV site is adjacent to our shop. The shop has a 2 bedroom apartment on the other end that is available to guests on as well. There is one other RV site around the corner of the shop that is setup for longer term guests attending the Northwest Lineman College.

Enjoy your RV site to the space immediately to the south of your site. On the north end of the property you can enjoy time around the fire pit watching the farm animals in the pasture.
Other things to note
You may see us working around the farm, spraying weeds or working in the shop. You will see the guest in the other site coming and going to and from their RV. you'll hear the animals in the pasture, and an occasional train about 3 miles west.
