- "This little yurt is absolutely adorable! We had all the amenities we needed including some pretty amazing coffee. Location was perfect! Not too far from town but far enough to feel secluded. The bed was extremely comfortable and it even had a portable AC for summer time. The only downside was the watering system hit the yurt versus the surrounding grass so the sound of the water hitting the top and sides of the yurt was a bit distracting. Didn’t last long though. This bright, airy, open and spacious studio sits high in the pine trees, and is steps away from community amenities including seasonal pool, tennis/pickle-ball and basketball courts, children's play area, and paved trails for walking or biking.

We are located in the desirable Sisters neighborhood of Tollgate--only short drive or bike ride to downtown and easy access to hiking/biking trails, skiing at Hoodoo in the winter, and lake and rivers in the summer. Beautiful stargazing views at night!

Our cute and eclectic 450 square foot studio space is perfect for a couple or small family with everything you need to unwind, hang out, and relax after a day of Central Oregon adventuring!

Our studio space is above our garage and attached to our home but guests have their own separate entrance and private space. We do share an adjoining wall and while we have done our best to sound proof the unit, please be mindful of excessive noise and we will do the same.

There is one flight of exterior stairs to reach the unit.

One well-behaved pet is allowed for an additional pet fee.

Please keep in mind when booking in winter months that we often have snowy driving conditions and we do need to stick with our cancellation policy. Thanks for understanding!

The space
This is a 560 sqft. suite. This Suite is connected to the larger cabin and is locked off by a bolted door.
The bedroom has a queen bed with closet, dresser and seating area. The bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower combination. Across from the bathroom is a washer and dryer. From the front door you enter into the living area, kitchen and dinning space. There is an electric fireplace across from the couch with a 50" TV.
The Kitchen has a stove, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, and electric hot water pot. It is equip with everything you need to eat in. Cozy throws to snuggle up with on a cold evening. Central heating and air conditioning.

Guest access
You have access to the left side of the Cabin, there is a porch with the suite door into the unit. Parking is allowed on the gravel driveway near the entrance and one other parking space in front next to the gravel driveway.

The space
Lodge Condo #30

Central Oregon is waiting to be explored at Lodge Condo #30! Situated in a resort-style community, your condo boasts direct access to numerous pools, hot tubs, athletic courts, a gym, a sauna, and an on-site golf course. Nearby, there is no lack of places to explore with neighboring Sisters and Bend being just down the road. During the winter season, you'll adore the area's peaks for excellent shredding opportunities, whereas the sunny season brings scenic hiking, swimming, biking, and sightseeing.

Back at your stay, warm your toes in front of the wood-burning fireplace. You'll love the cozy ambiance throughout the condo featuring vaulted ceilings, ample natural lighting, and wilderness-themed mementos. The bedrooms have wonderful amenities such as personal smart TVs, soft linens, and mini-split air-conditioning units.

The condo doesn't come equipped with a full kitchen, but there is a mini fridge and microwave available for easy food storage and prep.

Lodge Condo #31 can be added for more space, kitchen, and laundry.
