About Trail Cabin 2:
Our home is located in the Golf Home section of the Ranch on Glacier Lily, a quiet street off Hawksbeard, one of the main roadways through the Ranch. Our location creates central and easy access to everything Black Butte Ranch has to offer while still having a peaceful and private cabin to return to when you are ready to relax and wish to retreat to your own space.

We are fortunate to have one of the larger and more private lots available to the smaller homes on the ranch complete with a sizable 600+ square foot natural cedar deck that is home to a large gas BBQ and professionally maintained PRIVATE hot tub. From the expansive deck, you can see out over a large wooded area in which to view the magnificent trees and wildlife aplenty and at night, there is no better venue for star-gazing than taking a front row seat in the hot tub. What looks like thousands of stars in the city, looks like millions at the Ranch- beautiful and amazing! Just as perfect is sitting in the hot tub surrounded by snow and watching the flakes fall and disappear into the hot tub with you- almost magical and certainly an experience to be remembered.

It is not unusual to see deer wandering around the cabin and on occasion, they will come right up on the deck if you appear friendly to them. Although we wouldn't necessarily recommend it, we have had guests even report hand-feeding the deer!

If you are looking for the feel of a real mountain cabin experience in Black Butte Ranch style, TC2 just might be your place. We have worked hard over the years to make Trail Cabin 2 a home that maintains a rustic 'cabiny' feel while still offering a touch of class with quality amenities and the cozy comforts of home. When we come to the Ranch to escape everyday life, we want to feel a little pampered and it is our goal that our guests will feel a little pampered as well!

Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, two having queen beds, and a loft bedroom with two twin beds sleeping six quite comfortably. All beds have new, coordinated bedding and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. There is one bathroom that has been completely remodeled and stocked with new, fluffy towels. The dining area is home to a large, custom-crafted, glass top table that easily seats six and is perfect for family meals and playing games, but you may prefer to grab a stool at the bar to enjoy your morning coffee or share a chat with the cook. The kitchen is well- stocked with a variety of cookware, dishes, gadgets and small appliances to choose from for your culinary needs. Of course, the ever-so-necessary dishwasher and microwave are there as well! In the living area, you will find two big, comfy full-sized couches allowing plenty of room for everyone to sit back and relax, watch TV or just enjoy the company with the ambiance of a crackling fire- wood and starting supplies included. Everything described sets in a well laid-out 840 square feet of mountain cabin comfort.

If clean is important to you, you may appreciate knowing that we have proudly been dubbed by our housekeeper as his pickiest client due to the excellence we expect of both him and ourselves. Perhaps more importantly is that we are his only home that regularly changes out all our bedding and blankets right down to and including the mattress pads.

We take clean very seriously and do all of our own deep cleaning because it is the only way to make sure our level of clean is obtained. We own our own professional grade steam cleaner and clean our carpets as many as 6 times per year and our fabric furniture at least 3. Yes, every throw pillow in the house gets steam cleaned or thrown in the wash as well and every pillow along with both queen mattresses have allergy and bed bug resistant encasements and we remove and wash those, too! Summer can be rough because we are so busy, but even then, we sneak in, change out the bedding and clean carpets whenever possible. We aren't perfect and things can happen especially when access is limited, but one thing is for sure, nobody puts the effort into making sure their home is clean any better than we do and most don't even come close according to our housekeeper. We will take that as a compliment!

We have spent years transforming this place to what it is now and still constantly change things up- adding this and changing that. You will find very little that has not been updated in this cabin and will likely find changes of some type at every visit- sometimes big and other times small. Most recently, we added all new stainless steel appliances, new Milgard windows and a new stainless steel gas bbq. TC2 has served as a creative outlet for us in many ways with Robb being a skilled craftsman and I the type that was doing the HGTV thing long before HGTV existed. We love to share this place with others who enjoy having more than the run-of-the-mill hotel type atmosphere. Again and again we hear that TC2 feels like a real home for which we are so grateful. This is exactly the level of hospitality we wish to give each and every guest on each and every visit. We are here for you!

We have raised our children coming here and have all sorts of memories to last a lifetime. In a life that is riddled with life-type 'stuff', what a blessing it has been to be able to escape to this place through the years and re-connect with friends and family. We look forward to our children bringing theirs one day. Our vision is to create long-term relationships with our guests and have TC2 be the place where you will want to bring your future generations again and again. The multi-million dollar Glaze Meadow Recreation Center houses a spacious sports shop supplying plenty of Ranch memorabilia along side the standard sport shop finds, but that is just the beginning- you will also find both an indoor pool and an outdoor pool with a children’s water park, a steam sauna, hot tub, fitness room, coffee bar, wifi and all sorts of seasonal equipment rentals. There is a children’s play area and numerous sports courts along with horseshoe pits in the area as well. If you are looking for activity, Glaze Meadow Recreation Center is definitely for you.

For the adventurous, you will not be disappointed. Head into the quaint Western-themed town of Sisters, just eight miles away, and there you will find a tourist hotspot with lots of fun shops and restaurants- big enough to keep you interested and small enough you can cover the sights by foot.

In the surrounding area you can find a nature lovers’ oasis with hiking, fishing, site-seeing, and skiing to name a few all within walking distance or mere minutes of driving time. Without a doubt, there is more to do in this area than most could ever find the time (or energy) for!

We also have a seasonal, small country store near the horse stables where you can pick up quick necessities when the need should arise. The most basic, yet quality, amenities are right there for you on the Ranch without crowding out the natural beauty Black Butte Ranch has long been known for. Our cabin, Golf Home 173, is perfect for family fun year around. The great room encompasses living, dining and kitchen so everyone is included. In the warm weather, open the side-by-side glass doors and the large deck becomes part of the living area.

The main floor has two king bedrooms (one with a small bath attached) and a queen bedroom that also includes a triple bunk. Great for a "kids-only" room, or a family. A 2nd bath with laundry is also located on the main floor.

A curved staircase leads to an upper loft with two twin beds and a DVD screen. Please note, no egress window in the loft.

The living area includes a TV with cable, a wood burning fireplace, and wifi.

The quiet cul de sac and tall pines make deck time very scenic and enjoyable. Grill up your favorite summer meals while watching the kids ride their bikes around the circle. Deer pass through almost daily.

Paulina springs pool and tennis courts are a moderate walk away. The Glaze Meadow complex and Lakeside pool and bistro are minutes away by bike or car. You will love our centrally located cabin.

***Things to know before you book***

The cabin does not have air conditioning. A comfortable temperature can be maintained inside the cabin during normal summer conditions.

As part of our check-out list, we ask that our guests start laundry, dishwasher, and deposit their trash at the transfer station when leaving Black Butte Ranch. The transfer station is free, accommodates recycling, and is conveniently located along the exit route from Black Butte Ranch.

Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee currently equal to 12% of your total rent (nightly rate x number of nights x 12%). The rate will increase to 13.5% beginning with 2026 rentals. This fee is not included in the price of your rental. As of 2024 the property owner collects this fee and remits on the guest's behalf. This eliminates the former policy where the Welcome Center collected the fee upon the guest's arrival. We will contact you with options for payment. The rest of the registration sequence at the Welcome Center remains the same. Black Butte Ranch has always charged an access fee. The only change is the method for collecting the fee.

The primary renter (you) must be one of the occupants. Please do not book the cabin on behalf of other family members, friends, etc. if you are not part of the occupancy. Please ask a person from the party occupying the cabin (age 25 or older) to book the rental. They can request that you be copied on all correspondence.

The loft has a steep staircase and no egress (see photos).

By booking the cabin you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the terms of our rental agreement. The agreement is available in part 2 of the booking process.

- "The fireplace was great for relaxing in the evening. There is a squirrel/bird feeder in the back and we observed various gray squirrels and a mountain cottontail by it. We were there March 3-5 and there was still considerable snow. So no deer to be seen. The hot tub at Glaze Meadow was nice to sit in after cross country skiing, but the steam room was even better! " - "For our Christmas weekend stay, we were looking for a cozy place in a beautiful setting (woods and lots of snow) and we found it ! Our cabin has been totally remodeled including the kitchen, great room, master bedroom, and both baths. The great room has slate floors, the kitchen features Alder cabinetry with slab granite countertops and all LG stainless steel appliances, the baths have pebble or stone decorative countertops and insets in either the slate flooring or enlarged master shower surround and copper vessel sinks, new carpeting, new paint, new light fixtures, new linens, and more!!! Nestled in a grove of Aspens on the 15th fairway of the Big Meadow golf course with a peekaboo view of Black Butte from the wraparound deck, this charming cabin is perfect for families. Our cabin is ideally located at the end of a private drive off a secluded cul-de-sac in the heart of Black Butte Ranch just a short walk or bike ride to everything.

The interior has been tastefully designed with each room having its own unique theme. The loft master bedroom has a wrought-iron king-size bed with Ralph Lauren linens, a flat screen TV, sitting area and its own private slate bath. The great room features a Sisters Rodeo western styling with a lava rock fireplace, soaring raftered ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to Black Butte and the 15th Fairway, a 50" flat screen TV, leather sectional with built-in recliners at both ends, and two stylish cowhide chairs with leather ottomans. The two main floor bedrooms are nicknamed the 'Gone Fishin'' and 'Quilt' rooms with twin beds in one room and a full-size wrought iron bed with a twin bed trundle in the other (all the board games and jigsaw puzzles are in the closet or chest of drawers). There is a full bath downstairs. Just outside the main cabin entry door (external to the cabin but sharing a wall with the Gone Fishin" bedroom) is the Bunkroom/sleeping room that we have totally remodeled (new everything!) and are calling The Hideaway featuring an upscale, updated decor with all-white linens accented by a decorative Pendleton blanket and your own Pendleton towels, a Queen-size adjustable bed with massage action, and a flat screen TV--a great retreat room!

Our family has been coming to Black Butte since the very beginning as my husband's uncle was the President of the company that developed BBR. Our lot was hand-picked by him for his father (our children's great-grandfather) and has always stayed in the family. If you are looking for a truly-charming cabin experience then this is it! We have lovingly updated the interior over time with quality furnishings and accessories while retaining the original charm and character of the cabin. You will feel comfy in our cabin and will never want to leave. Over the years we have rented to individual families, two families, golfing buddies, ladies getaways, wedding parties, family reunion-ers, birthday and anniversary celebrations, and you name it!

We have been bringing our three children here since before they were born and they love it! As young children they especially loved the Kids Camp at BBR and Friday Movie Night at the Barn (which was great for us adults too). Over the years, they have climbed Smith Rock, mountain biked, rode the horses on trail rides from the stables, white water-rafted, learned how to fly fish, skied HooDoo and Mt. Bachelor, won the July 4th lip-sinc contest, and one of our sons even won the Mutton Busting championship at the Deshutes County Fair (a greenhorn no less). They advanced to scouting out the other teens on the ranch but now that they are mature young adults hard at work for Seattle hi-tech companies, they look for any excuse to break away and head to the ranch. Our daughter always manages to buy-out the shops in downtown Sisters and has advanced her shopping skills to Bend.

Over the years my husband and I have discovered all the great restaurants (foodies that we are!) and our absolute favorites in Sisters are Rancho Viejo (Mexican) and Chops Bistro (fine dining) and Ariana, 5 Fusion (sushi), and Zydeco in Bend. My favorite spot in the world is at The Lodge pool on a lounge chair looking out over the lake, across the meadow with romping horses and ranging cattle, through the tree line to the looming Three Sisters, Brokentop and Mt. Washington mountains. The Glaze Meadows Pool was recently remodeled with an indoor pool, spa and shop and the Lodge Pool was totally rebuilt in 2015 and includes a restaurant, pool, and amazing clubhouse. There is a place.....and it is our cabin at Black Butte Ranch.

At first, the property is difficult to find because it's tucked away on a cul-de-sac, but once we found it, we loved the location - quiet and on the golf course. It had all the amenities you need - laundry, kitchen supplies, all the towels and linens you could want, pool towels, a beautiful deck to enjoy the scenery, and the hosts were very available for any questions. We had just 5 of us staying, and that was a good amount with the 2 bathrooms. Accommodation: This ADORABLE 3 bedroom/2 Bath house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac location with a very private view of the meadow, no car traffic and very safe for families. The South meadow pool is within walking distance. Our 960 square foot home accommodates 6 people. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, a queen bed with a flat screen TV and an additional room with two twin beds. The main floor bathroom has a tub/shower combination, with a new sink and counter with a full size washer and dryer unit.

The 2nd floor features a master suite with a king bed, designer bedding, vented skylight, flat screen TV, full private bathroom with shower and a new counter and sink. It is a loft bedroom and has one small wall open to the downstairs with a sliding barn door to close off for privacy (please note still open from the staircase). There is a skylight to open at night to cool the house
as well as fans for every room if needed.This home does not have air conditioning.

The ground floor presents an open floor plan between kitchen/dining room which is great for family conversation and new laminate wood flooring. A fire can be enjoyed in the large, stone fireplace. In all there are 3 larger flat screen TV's, 1 smaller one in upstairs bedroom, cable, free WiFi, books, high chair, portable crib, games, forced air heating, new washer and dryer, and upscale furnishings. Recently purchased 4 adult size bikes for rent (due to weather conditions and snow, bikes are available for spring thaw and summer only, not in winter).

The kitchen has all new appliances with all amenities a chef would need to put together a wonderful meal. All serving dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, spices, and many extra touches. Enjoy the warm evenings on a large deck facing the open meadow and majestic Ponderosa pines behind the cabin. There is a large table with umbrella to seat 6, gas fire pit, additional outdoor furniture, lounge chairs with another umbrella, and a gas barbecue. Ridge cabin 25 offers a peaceful nature filled experience to enjoy a book on the deck while listening to the wind in the pines. Please note: Starting sometime in October (depending on rain and snow) the deck furniture is placed in storage due to snow fall.

If you are not a cook there are many fine dining options including the beautiful Black Butte Lodge with stunning views or the upstairs Aspen Lounge with happy hour specials, poolside bar and restaurant, gift shops, Robert's Pub overlooking the Big Meadow Golf course as well as pizza to go.

Ridge Cabin 25 is within a small walk to Aspen Lake, about 300 yards to South Meadow pool and tennis courts and a short bike ride to Glaze Meadow Recreation Center. Less than a 5 minute drive to either golf course.

This is my second Ridge Cabin I have owned and would take many walks through the ranch. When I reached the meadow I would notice Ridge Cabin 25 and how private and peaceful its location was compared to the other Ridge Cabins. When it came up for sale I leapt at the chance to purchase this wonderful home and started an immediate remodel. It truly is the best Ridge Cabin in the Ranch and love to share it with my guests. My goal is to have families return again and again and I take great joy with those that return to my home. The best compliments are repeat guests.

BLACK BUTTE RANCH
Black Butte Ranch Board made the decision to add a 12% resort fee, sorry but I needed to add this to my rates. Traffic free Black Butte Ranch is a destination resort located in central Oregon, less than 10 miles from the town of Sisters which hosts the famous Sisters Outdoor Quilt show, Rodeo, Jazz and Folk Festival. It has many antique shops, bakeries, restaurants, delis, groceries, pubs, a pharmacy, movie theater and much much more. For the more adventurous souls Bend Oregon is only 30 miles away for whitewater rafting, fishing.

Black Butte Ranch has many recreational activities to offer all seasons of the year. Fair weather activities within the resort offer two 18 hole championship golf courses, 5 outdoor swimming pools with 1 indoor pool, toddler pool, large outside hot tub, playground, full service spa, steam room, sports shop, and recreation/fitness center open year 'round with wireless internet. The summer features a snack/espresso shop, lighted tennis courts, disc golf, sand volleyball court, 18 miles of well maintained bike paths, horseback riding and nearby lakes with excellent fishing & boating. The recreation center has a wonderful list of resources to help with planning your outdoor activity as well as children's day camps. They have equipment rentals including kayaks, stand up paddle boards, canoes, fly fishing equipment for catch and release, rental bikes including the fun surrey bikes, ping pong, air hockey, video games, bocce ball, and horseshoes to mention just a few. Check the Black Butte Ranch web site for summer concerts on the lawn. Seasonal photographic opportunities abound with beautiful vistas at every turn as you walk the miles of hiking trails.

Please check out the Black Butte website for golf tee times as well as Sisters Chamber of Commerce for local events and Hoodoo Ski Area for downhill skiing. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort and snowmobile parks are a easy drive away. Enjoy cross country ski/snow shoe on our bike trails in the winter.

Black Butte Ranch has its own full time Police/Security, EMT's and Fire Department. Come visit the fire department on the days they open the station up to the kids and become an honorary fireman. Everything to keep you safe.

Rentals canceled less than 45 days from arrival will forfeit 100% of rental contract. Damage fee will be returned in full if paid. (However if other renters are found and paid in full we will issue a refund for the days that we were able to rebooked and the damage fee returned if no stay. A $50.00 processing fee will apply).

Snow and Winter Storms: It does snow at the Ranch and over highway passes. There will not be a refund on a no show for weather. Chains can be required in winter.

Early arrivals or late departures are subject to a $25 per 1/2 hour fine unless prior arrangements have been made with the owners.

We had easy access to bike paths and we’re close enough to both main pools to ride our bikes there. There were no surprises in how the lodging looked. - "We brought our two dogs over 4th of July week to avoid the crazy fireworks at home. We had a fabulous time with them (And my parents!). If you walk up Hawks Beard a bit to the right and cross the street, it's national forest land and perfect for a completely isolated beautiful dog walk. The house and deck were wonderful! Comfy mattresses, and fully equipped kitchen. The only suggestion I have is to buy a new knife set, or sharpen the existing knifes. Thank you Will and Emily!"

Beautiful wood floors, beams, ceilings and trim. There are two separate sleeping areas in the loft, one with a queen bed and one with a twin XL. A double futon is located in the main floor living area. Other amenities include a gas Weber barbeque, outdoor seating and dining tables, free fire wood and an outdoor shower. Bicycle rentals are available in nearby Sisters.

Children 5 and older welcome. Because of the wood stairs to the loft sleeping areas, the Cabin is not good for young children under 5, elderly, or people with mobility challenges. Sorry no pets allowed at the Cabin, the owners have kitties on the property.The Cabin and the surrounding property are smoke free.

There's an abundance of comfortable seating to hangout with family, and stream shows/movies on the smart TV. Also downstairs is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom with a large tile shower, and the completely updated (and fully stocked) kitchen and dining area. Off of the kitchen is a full laundry room available to guests. Outside there is both a front porch and back deck equipped with a private saltwater hot tub, outdoor dining table, and propane BBQ.

Upstairs has another full bathroom and 2 more bedrooms (1 room has 2 twin size beds, while the other has 1 king size bed). We host 6 guests at a time which this makes this home extremely spacious. The home is located in the peaceful Crossroads community on a 1 acre lot and is about a 5 minute drive to downtown Sisters. I'd love to be your host for your Central Oregon getaway!

Please note that the fireplace pictured (as well as a pellet stove that isn't pictured) is not operational and won't be available to guests.

Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There’s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!

This beautiful 1200sq.ft. Pine Grove Cabin gives you the feel of relaxing in the forest. It has high vaulted ceilings with a lot of natural light. Close to a lot of outdoor activities and good restaurants to choose from. In the evening cozy up to the fireplace with a hot drink and watch your favorite show on the smart TV or play a game. The cabin is spacious and has a homey feel that will make you want to come back and visit.
There is a large open living space on the first floor includes the kitchen, dinning and living area with the full futon bed. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size comfy bed, sitting area and dresser. There is a small deck off the bedroom with a seating area with a nice view of the neighborhood.

While staying at the Miradero Cabin at Black Butte Ranch, amenities such as the pools, hot tubs, fire pit, tennis and pickle ball courts, the spa, and fitness center are included with access fee paid at the Welcome Center. (Please see the House Rules for more details on this).
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS @ the CABIN:
There are two private queen bedrooms with doors--one on the main level & one downstairs.
The sleeping spaces with the twin beds are in the loft (2 twins) and the downstairs living room (a twin daybed with a twin trundle beneath it).

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-In: 4 PM
Check-Out: 11AM

HOWEVER, you can arrive earlier than that and begin enjoying the pools, horse stables, restaurants, golf courses, etc. anytime that day once you have checked in at the Welcome Center. And, I will gladly let you know if the cabin is ready earlier than 4 PM.

CHECK-IN POLICIES & AMENITIES AT THE RANCH:

Black Butte Ranch requires all guests to register at the Welcome Center at the beginning of their stay. As part of your booking, you have already been pre-registered at the Welcome Center in order to make the process more expedient for you.

On the day of arrival, ALL adults who are driving vehicles while staying at the ranch must check-in with the Welcome Center. They will receive a special access code to the community. To do this, they will need to provide their vehicle license plate number and drivers' licenses.

Registering guests provides the community with security and grants guests access to all of the amenities at the ranch: the rec centers, pools, hot tubs, and workout facilities. At check-in, the Welcome Center will inform guests of any activities occurring during their stay and will provide a map to the home.

Resort amenities at the ranch, such as the rec centers, pools, hot tubs, and workout facilities are included in your stay.

CHECK-OUT POLICIES:
Guests will be charged for an additional day if not checked out by designated time.
Standard checkout cleaning list: leave used beds unmade for housekeeping, start a load of towels, run dishes, gather and empty garbages in outside can.

PARKING:
ONLY 4 vehicles are allowed at this property.
NO PARKING on the deck out front.
There are planters set out to mark the division between the deck and the driveway.
Please park in the driveway only. Black Butte Ranch prohibits street parking.
CAUTION: During the winter months, the steep driveway may be icy.
Parking on the roadway is prohibited by Black Butte Ranch.

PETS:
Up to TWO dogs (max weight of 30 lbs each) are allowed with fee, calculated when booking.
This fee covers the extra expense charged by housekeeping when a pet has been on the premises to ensure that it is cleaned thoroughly for future guests who may have allergies.
Because many guests have severe pet allergies & in order to preserve furnishings in the home, please do not allow dogs on the furniture.
Extra damages due to pets will result in charging the $1000 security deposit in order to cover the costs it would require to repair/replace them.

GARBAGES
Please place all garbages in the outside cans; one is labeled for recycling & the other is labeled for trash.
If you run out of room for garbage in the cans, please do not leave it on the deck to avoid animals getting into garbage.

ENTERTAINMENT
The kitchen has an Apple Sound Pod to make meal prep more enjoyable--connect via bluetooth.
The downstairs common area has a TV & sound bar; both have labeled remotes for your convenience.
The Roku remote allows guests to access streaming services on Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and AppleTV.
Please keep the remotes in the room where they were found.
Guests will be responsible for replacing a missing remote.

BBQ
Please see the instructions for how to use the Traeger grill.
Please clean the grill after each use.
There is a spray and brush inside the grill's storage cabinet, which is part of the BBQ unit.

DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR/NO PARTIES
Excessive noise/parties will result in fines up to $500 per day.
Owner reserves the right to expel guests from the house for any disruptive behavior, including but not limited to climbing on the roof, discharging fireworks, using illegal substances, etc.
If forced to leave prior to planned stay at the Miradero Cabin, guests will not be refunded.
If no remaining days are planned, guests will pay $500 as liquidated damages for violations.
Maximum occupancy for the home is 8 guests.
The parking areas cannot be used to sleep extra guests.
No weddings, receptions, parties, or other group functions without owner consent.
Acceptable Use: extended family trips, corporate retreats, church retreats, responsible adults 25 years and older.

NO SMOKING
Please do not smoke inside.
There will be a minimum fee of $500 and forfeiture of the home without refund if this rule is violated.
You may smoke out front or on the deck with the door closed.

CANCELLATION
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.
No refund after that.

EXCESS DAMAGES
If damages exceed the Security Deposit, guests will be billed additional charges and responsible to pay within 30 days.
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for damage, theft, or special cleaning required due to damages outside normal wear and tear.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit is $1000.
If there are any reported damages, missing items, citations, or extra cleaning within 14 days after guest use, the security deposit of $1000 will be charged to the original method of payment.

MAINTENANCE
Owners shall make every effort to keep the house, its systems, and appliances well maintained.
Owners will repair any appliances upon notice from guests.
Owners shall not be liable for any failure(s) of any system or appliance in the house.

ACCESS
Owners, along with agents, are allowed access to the house and land upon at least 24 hours notice to guest through property manager by phone, writing, or in person.
This includes, but is not limited to, plumbers, electricians, rental companies, pest inspection, etc.
Refusing entry may result in termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of security deposit.

CLEANING & SAFETY
Prior to your arrival, the home was professionally cleaned to the highest standards with eco-friendly products that are sensitive to those with allergies.
For any light cleaning you would like to do during your stay, supplies can be found under the kitchen & bathroom sinks as well as in the laundry area downstairs (the broom is beside the fridge).
The first aid kit & fire extinguisher are above the refrigerator in a cabinet.

It is situated on a super peaceful 4.5 acre lot and is only a 7 minute drive to Downtown Sisters. Our cabin sleeps 4 people comfortably in the 2 upstairs bedrooms, has 2 full bathrooms, a stocked kitchen, and a private back patio featuring a brand new hot tub. This is a dog friendly home so you are more than welcome to let your furry friend tag along!

This cozy 2 bedroom A-Frame is the classic landing spot for your Central Oregon getaway. You get the best of both worlds with this location as the home sits on a peaceful and secluded 4.5 acre lot, yet is still just minutes from Downtown Sisters. Downstairs is an open concept layout with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all right next to each other making it the perfect spot for all 4 guests to hangout. The kitchen is well-equipped for our guests to make meals at the home, and the living room is very comfortable with plenty of seating, a stone propane fireplace, and a smart TV for streaming. Also downstairs is a full bathroom & laundry room with a washer/dryer that is available for guests to use.

Off of the living room is the back patio that features a brand new hot tub, beautiful concrete dining table, Adirondack chairs, and a propane BBQ. The metal “pool” that is pictured outside is empty so we ask that guests not fill this up as this could be a safety hazard for children.

Upstairs you will find another full bathroom (with a shower that is not pictured), plus the 2 bedrooms that feature large vaulted ceilings and 2 Queen Size beds. The master bedroom also has a balcony great for sipping coffee on Summer mornings! This is a dog friendly home so you are more than welcome to let your furry friend tag along!

There are local attractions all around including Downtown Sisters being only a 7 minute drive, and Aspen Lakes Golf Course just 3 minutes away. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There’s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!

Note about the outdoor wood-burning fire pit: If you use the fire pit, ensure the fire is contained to the metal pit, attended at all times, and that the fire is fully extinguished before leaving it. No fires allowed on the property besides inside the fire pit. No fires between the months of June and September, or during high or extreme fire danger conditions.

3 BEDROOMS: My A Frame cabin accommodates up to six guests. There is one large private bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and two private bedrooms upstairs with queen beds as well. The larger upstairs bedroom has a quaint sitting deck with chairs that overlooks the front yard. Each bedroom has a large dresser and space to hang clothes.

2 BATHROOMS: The bathroom on the main level is a cute ¾ bath with vanity and shower. The upper level bathroom is a small ½ bath single vanity. We provide fresh clean towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The open floor plan of the A Frame is warm and inviting opening up as you enter the front door. Your experience is enhanced with the unique lighting throughout the house with recessed beam lights, large great room chandelier, elk wrapped dining light and dual bulb sconces throughout. The Kitchen and island was designed for group entertainment with bar seating for 4 and plenty of food preparation space for extravagant meals.

Dreamy getaway in the mountains near Sisters, Oregon. You will have use of the entire cabin. This cabin is completely remodeled with brand new floors, cabinets, and remodeled bathrooms. Our cozy cabin not only has a rustic wood stove but also new appliances, cable TV and high speed Internet.

Tollgate community is a quiet, friendly community and offers many outdoor activities including biking, tennis, volleyball, and swimming.

Swimming Pool: The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, depending on the weather. You will need a pass to use the swimming pool which will be left at the cabin. This pool pass will be your admittance along with your signature and number of guests written in the log book. If your pass needs replacing or is not left at the cabin at departure, a fee of $25 will be assessed. No alcohol is allowed in the pool area. Pool hours are subject to weather conditions. Please note: if the National Weather Service forecast high for the day as of 8 a.m. is less than 65° the pool will not open.

Tennis & Pickleball Court / Basketball Court: Please give the court over to waiting players after one hour of play.

Pedestrian/Bike Path: Please be cautious when crossing driveways and main roads. Please adhere to the signage and look both ways before crossing the intersecting road areas.

Skiing, Snowboarding, Tubing, Sledding: Hoodoo Ski Resort is a quick 20 minute drive for a day of fun in the snow!

MAIN FLOOR | The main floor has an open living room, dining room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The living room has a wall of windows and a floor to ceiling rock wood burning fireplace. (firewood is provided). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and dine for the whole family. The dining area flows comfortably out onto the wooded deck space complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ for grilling. The bedroom on the main floor has a Queen bed and cozy linens. In the hall outside the bedroom is the main floor bathroom complete with a shower, tub, and washer & dryer.

SECOND FLOOR | Upstairs you will find a large private bedroom with a King bed and an open sleeping loft with two twin beds. The loft offers a peek of the downstairs living area and the impressive rock fireplace. There is a full bathroom in the hall between the bedroom and the loft with a shower and tub.

INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.

PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot. This home does not have a garage but has enough space for three vehicles.

BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop. There is a bike rack located on the property.

LENGTH OF STAY | This property only requires a minimum stay of 3-nights year round.

VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.

SECURITY DEPOSIT | You will be charged a security deposit with each reservation. If there is not any damage determined during our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 10 - 14 business days of your departure.

BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch Resort amenities. You no longer need to pay a daily access fee for each member in your party.

CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days prior to your arrival date are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel at the last minute, you will have the choice to transfer your payments to an alternate booking in the same house during the same calendar year. If you made your reservation with a third-party booking agent, you may have a separate Cancellation policy with that agent.

Our cabin is a centrally located within Black Butte Ranch. The property is located on a corner lot at the end of a quiet road no through traffic. Surrounded by large Ponderosa Pines, the cabin also has some filtered views of Black Butte summit from the front. As a renter of our cabin you will have free access to Black Butte Ranches many amenities. The property is conveniently located for easy access to bike paths and is within walking distance to popular Glaze Meadow Recreation Center and Aspen Lake. Glaze Meadow Recreation Center includes indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor hottub, spa, fitness area with cardio and weight lifting equipment, tennis courts, basketball court, bocci ball, pickle ball, and playgrounds. The bikepath off the back of the cabin also connects renters to 18 miles of bikepaths throughout the ranch. While on the bikepaths you will discover three other outdoor pools named Lodge Pool, Paulina Pool, and South Meadow Pool. You will also discover tennis courts, play grounds, basketball courts, horseback riding, fly fishing, two golf courses, and small lakes within the ranch. Paddle boards, canoes, and kayaks can be rented at the lodgepool near the lakeside.

The cabin is a two story 1,237 square feet cabin with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is tastefully decorated. One bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has a queen bed, and one bedroom has a bunkbed with a full on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The king bed is located on the first floor while the other two bedrooms are located upstairs.

There are two bathrooms, one located on the first floor and the other located upstairs. Both bathrooms have showers while the upstairs has a bathtub.

One of the nicest features of the cabin are the two decks that overlook large greenspaces, ponderosa pines, and the bikepath that leads to recreation areas. The first floor deck is the larger of the two and is located near the kitchen. The larger deck is well appointed with a gas propane BBQ, outdoor table, and patio seating for eight. At night, patio has banister lighting that can be plugged in creating a magical ambiance while watching the stars. The upper deck is located off the upstairs bedroom with the queen bed. The upper deck is a great spot to overlook the surroundings or escape to read a book.

The cabin is equipped with two flat screen tv's (one in the living room and one in the bunkbed rooom). The cabin also has a video library, wifi, and cable.

The cabin is within easy access outside the ranch to world class fly fishing on the Metolius River, family skiing at Hoodoo Ski Bowl, water sports at Suttle Lake, Shopping at Sisters, and hundreds of miles of hiking trails around Mt. Washington and Three Finger Jack Wilderness Areas, Big Lake, Black Butte, and throughout the Deschutes National Forest. Willing to travel within an hour from the cabin can take you to Mt. Bachelor, Bend, Smith Rock, dozens of mountain golf courses, lakes and waterfalls.

*Effective April 1, 2016 the Black Butte Ranch access fee increased to $8 per person per day for those 7 years old and over, payable to the Welcome Center on arrival.

You are going to love this cabin! It just underwent a complete remodel so it's modern and clean, but has still maintained that nostalgic cabin feel that you look for in a Central Oregon vacation home. You'll enter into the great room that features a huge vaulted ceiling with beautiful exposed beam work. There's an abundance of comfortable seating to hangout with family, and stream shows/movies on the smart TV. Also downstairs is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom with a large tile shower, and the completely updated (and fully stocked) kitchen and dining area. Off of the kitchen is a full laundry room available to guests. Outside there is both a front porch and back deck equipped with a private saltwater hot tub, outdoor dining table, and propane BBQ.

Upstairs has another full bathroom and 2 more bedrooms (1 room has 2 twin size beds, while the other has 1 king size bed). We host 6 guests at a time which this makes this home extremely spacious. The home is located in the peaceful Crossroads community on a 1 acre lot and is about a 5 minute drive to downtown Sisters. I'd love to be your host for your Central Oregon getaway!

Please note that the fireplace pictured (as well as a pellet stove that isn't pictured) is not operational and won't be available to guests.

Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There’s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!

Enjoy the large patio and huge grassy backyard, fully fenced and ready for family fun and furnished seasonally for you to enjoy. We also have various sized bikes, an infant carrier/hiking backpack and a jogging stroller for your use.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Clover Cabin is adjacent to main house (owner occupied) and located on 25 acres about 6 miles to Sisters and 20 minutes to Bend or Redmond. It’s a a cozy A-Frame loft with one queen bed, one full bath, kitchen, living space and three decks to enjoy the peace and beauty of county living. A fully fenced backyard zone for your dogs.

On the property we have two horses, six chickens and two dogs. Dogs are welcome, although we ask that they are leashed up if they’re not familiar with farm animals. We can also accommodate horses if you’re traveling with them please give us notice if you’re bringing your 4-legged best friends.

Located in Black Butte Ranch, this recently updated 1970s vintage cabin has all the modern comforts of home. Smart TV, WiFi, BBQ Grill and cozy fireplace. This 975sq.ft cabin boasts an efficient and comfortable floor plan. Two bedrooms and one bathroom on the main with 3rd bedroom in semi-private loft upstairs. The space
Each bedroom on the main has a queen bed. The upstairs loft has two twin size beds. We also have a pack & play for families with little ones. The bathroom is supplied with a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A washer and dryer is available in the unit with a supply of laundry detergent and dryer sheets on-site for your convenience. If you are hitting the slopes, we also have a boot/glove/helmet dryer for you to use.

The kitchen will be stocked with dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponges and a scrub brush. Also, it has all common small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, waffle maker) pots/pans, cookie sheets, utensils, dishes, etc.. We also have bowls for your furry friends.

The deck has a table with chairs and a propane BBQ grill.

Whenever we have stayed somewhere, it always bothered us that we couldn't check-in until 4pm.... so we decided to offer a 2pm check-in! The whole cabin is available to our guests and we will provide you with access instructions as your visit nears.

Other things to note
When you arrive, you will need to register your vehicle at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center to gain access to the property. I will have already covered your 12% resorts fees and have you pre-registered as a guest. They will give you a code to access everything BBR has to offer (swimming pools, saunas, fitness center, hot tubs, etc.).
Also, we are pet friendly but it is limited to just one dog (50lb. max.- sorry, no cats) and a flat $75 fee. Please let us know in your reservation request if a furry friend will be joining you on your getaway.

The space
This larger side of the cabin is a one large bedroom, one large bath, spacious cabin. There is a large open living space on the first floor includes the kitchen, dinning and living area with a futon couch that folds down into a full bed. Off the kitchen is laundry room. There is a side deck off the dinning room with a table and chairs.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size comfy bed, sitting area and dresser. There is a small deck off the bedroom with a seating area with a nice view of the neighborhood.
The one bathroom is large with 2 sinks, and a bathtub and the shower and toilet are separated by a pocket door from the main part of the bath.
There is a large closet off the bath.
The 3rd bed is a rollaway which is in the closet.
There is a large deck at the front of Cabin
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, mixer, dishes, pots and pans. Everything you need to cook with.
Note: There are 2 units in this cabin. The Cabin side is larger and has a second story and the side Suite unit is smaller and separate entry to the left down the driveway. You can also rent the entire Cabin Home.

Guest access
This is the main, larger side of the Cabin where the front door is. Inside there is a locked door off the living space that separates this cabin from the small studio suite which can be rented separately as well. This suite is called Pine Grove Suite. The garage is not available. Parking is in front of the cabin.

Other things to note
This is a perfect place for friends and family to explore Sisters, Oregon. Everything is within an easy walking distance for shopping, dinning and activities. We have placed a Guest Book in the cabin with a lot of info on things to do and go. Please note that the noise level for the cabin should be kept at a minimum after 10pm. There may be guests staying on the Suite side and it can be a bit noisy upstairs above the suite. Thank you for your consideration.

Welcome to our Ridge Cabin in beautiful Black Butte overlooking Aspen Lake. We are in a prime location on the Ranch- centrally located to any of the five swimming pools, walking and bike paths, Big Meadow and Glaze Meadow golf courses, the Lodge Restaurant, Aspen Lounge, Espresso Shop and Glaze Meadow Recreation Center and Spa. ** The pool, work out facility and hot tub are not physically on our property. They are amenities offered on the ranch which you will have full access to. The nearest hot tub and pool are located at Glaze meadow which is within walking/ bike riding distance.

This 1500 sf cabin is just 2 miles outside Sisters. With a spacious loft, it's like a 2 bedroom.

The neighborhood has bicycle paths and you can walk or ride into Sisters on a well maintained gravel trail through a nature preserve.

The deer like to wander through our backyard.

The community has a swimming pool with life guard that is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day, it's a short walk from the cabin. There is also a little playground by the pool for the younger kids.

The space
It is wooded, 2/3 of acre in a neighborhood that borders national forest. The cabin is hand crafted, not kit. The deer like to bed down in this yard.

Dreamy getaway in the mountains near Sisters, Oregon. You will have use of the entire cabin. This cabin is completely remodeled with brand new floors, cabinets, and remodeled bathrooms. Our cozy cabin not only has a rustic wood stove but also new appliances, cable TV and high speed Internet.

The space
This cabin has the rustic feel with log inside and out. It is nestled in the Tollgate community with access to swimming in the summer, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and bike riding. It is also close to skiing and shopping.

The space
Welcome to Ridge Cabin 8! This cute cabin offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs you will find a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room with a wood burning fire place. There are two bedrooms downstairs, the first has a bunk bed with a full bed on bottom and twin on top, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs in the loft there is a queen bedroom and a private bathroom. There are two mini split air conditioners in the cabin, one upstairs in the loft an the other in the living room.
There is seating for 6 on the back deck and a propane BBQ for your use.

This cabin is the perfect getaway for a weekend of skiing, hiking, and enjoying all the amenities Black Butte Ranch has to offer.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.

As of January 1st, 2024: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to12% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.

This 2 bedroom Northwest themed A-Frame is the perfect destination for your couples retreat or small family vacation! It is situated on a super peaceful 4.5 acre lot and is only a 7 minute drive to Downtown Sisters. Our cabin sleeps 4 people comfortably in the 2 upstairs bedrooms, has 2 full bathrooms, a stocked kitchen, and a private back patio featuring our brand new hot tub. This cozy 2 bedroom A-Frame is the classic landing spot for your Central Oregon getaway. You get the best of both worlds with this location as the home sits on a peaceful and secluded 4.5 acre lot, yet is still just minutes from Downtown Sisters. Downstairs is an open concept layout with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all right next to each other making it the perfect spot for all 4 guests to hangout. The kitchen is well-equipped for our guests to make meals at the home, and the living room is very comfortable with plenty of seating, a stone propane fireplace, and a smart TV for streaming. Also downstairs is a full bathroom & laundry room with a washer/dryer that is available for guests to use.

Off of the living room is the back patio that features a brand new hot tub, a beautiful concrete dining table, Adirondack chairs, and a propane BBQ. The metal “pool” that is pictured outside is empty so we ask that guests not fill this up as this could be a safety hazard for children.

Upstairs you will find another full bathroom (with a shower that is not pictured), plus the 2 bedrooms that feature large vaulted ceilings and 2 Queen Size beds. The master bedroom also has a balcony great for sipping coffee on Summer mornings! This is a dog friendly home so you are more than welcome to let your furry friend tag along!

There are local attractions all around including Downtown Sisters being only a 7 minute drive, and Aspen Lakes Golf Course just 3 minutes away. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There’s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!

Note about the outdoor wood-burning fire pit: If you use the fire pit, ensure the fire is contained to the metal pit, attended at all times, and that the fire is fully extinguished before leaving it. No fires allowed on the property besides inside the fire pit. No fires between the months of June and September, or during high or extreme fire danger conditions.

Take a short drive into downtown Sisters or ride bikes into town via neighborhood trails to do some shopping or explore the nearby lakes, rivers and mountains. Or stay in! The space
You will have the entire home and property to enjoy during your stay. The primary bedroom is located upstairs, (with AC) with a spacious king sized bed, private bath, and direct access to the second floor outdoor patio! The second bedroom is on the first floor, with a queen sized bed and closet storage. Right next door you will find the third bedroom, (portable AC) with 4 single sized beds- great for the kids or any added guests! There is a full bath also located on the first floor.

The main living area has an open concept. A comfy couch in the living room, a dining table and breakfast bar in the dining area, and a kitchen with everything you need to stay in and make a yummy breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

There is a large, fenced in, private, back yard which includes outdoor dining table, extra seating, HOT TUB, and hammock for relaxing!

Don't forget to check out the game room garage, where you can find enjoyment in a fun game of foosball or mini basketball!

You will have access to the entire home and outdoor space, as well as the community recreation areas by the entrance to the neighborhood. A pool pass is provided free of charge, but there is a $50 charge for any lost pool pass. The pool is open from Memorial day through Labor day. A hot tub is also available- please take care in using, there will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is needed after stay.

The space
The Cozy Hideaway is perfectly situated along the boundaries of the Deschutes National Forest. Walk, run, ski right from the front door.
The Hideaway has a cozy cabin feel, with wood paneling walls, soft plush carpets, a picture window, vaulted ceilings, and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace.

The fully stocked kitchen spills into the living room where one can sit in front of the fireplace, sipping local wines, beers, spirits, or coffee. We will even supply the first bundle of wood.

There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs, one king and one queen.
The spiral staircase will take you to the upper level third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a second full bathroom. The loft has a large couch and tv so you can connect your computer and watch your shows, stream with our high speed internet or log onto the Roku for your binging pleasure.

The covered deck has a propane grill for all weather bbqing and comfortable outdoor living space and dining table with electric outdoor heaters for those chilly days and nights.
Soak in the hot tub while watching the sun rise and turn on the jets for those sore muscles after your adventure. We know you will feel comfortable and be able to enjoy your time with your family and friends.

Seasonally the Cozy Hideaway has access to the neighborhood pool, tennis and basketball courts.

We love to cook and seriously enjoy our coffee! Having a well stocked kitchen means a lot to us and we hope it does to you as well. So, you should find the pots and pans you need for your meals, including a roasting pan, casserole dishes, pie pan, muffin tin, Crockpot, enamel coated cast iron dutch oven, and an electric griddle. There is a propane grill and BBQ accessories also for your use. We have a coffee pot, Keurig, and French press with an electric tea kettle and coffee grinder, because everyone likes their coffee differently, sorry, no espresso machine....yet ;) Very basic spices and limited oil are provided, but other guests have left additional spices and they are available for use. The space
Partridge Foot Cabin is your gateway in the heart of Black Butte Ranch. Our cabin is set on a private half-acre lot, providing a perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility. Enjoy the views of the surrounding pines through large windows and new skylights that invite warm southern light.

A new private hot tub is just off the back deck, adding an extra layer of relaxation to your stay. The cabin’s central location puts you within walking distance of the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center, South Meadow pool, and 18 miles of paved walking and biking paths that showcase the stunning high desert landscape.

On-site, you’ll have access to a variety of amenities including swimming pools, hot tubs, a steam room, tennis courts, a spa, and more. Golfers will enjoy two 18-hole courses, Big Meadow and Glaze Meadow, just minutes away, while equestrian lovers can enjoy guided trail rides at the Black Butte Stables.

When you’re ready to explore beyond the Ranch, the quaint town of Sisters is about 15 minutes away and the vibrant town of Bend is just a 32-mile drive, offering excellent dining, shopping, and local breweries. In the winter, you can snowshoe or cross-country ski around the resort, or head to Hoodoo Ski Resort, only 20 miles away or to Bachelor mountain for world class downhill skiing and snowboarding. When you arrive, please check in the Black Butte Ranch Welcome center. You'll need the names and ages of all guests staying at Partridge Foot Cabin (RR83) as well as the license plate number of your car.

You will be given a code to access the security gate to enter the Ranch.

You are no longer required to pay a $9/per person per day fee to access the Ranch, the fee is now included in your rate!

You will be sent a unique code for the door lock prior to arrival.

There is parking for 2 cars at the cabin and there is included EV charging with a Tesla universal level 2 charger in the driveway which supports NACS (Tesla) and J1772 (all other EVs).

Other things to note
Motorcycles are not permitted within the ranch or on any of the Black Butte properties.

Unfortunately, dogs or other pets are not welcome unless specifically approved by host.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The space
The Red Clover Cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is very comfortable for 6 people but has mattress space for up to 8. King bed in the Master Suite upstairs. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms: A room with a bunk bed (queen lower, twin upper) along with a twin floor mattress. Second downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Lots of windows and skylights - bright spaces and beautiful wood ceilings. The cabin is well maintained and professionally cleaned after each visit. Well stocked. Recently upgraded linens and towels. All kitchen appliances. Propane BBQ on the deck. Flat screen TV and DVD, with Roku and online streaming accounts. We have done our best to provide our Guests with all the essentials so they can focus on enjoying their getaway! Please note - as shown in the pictures, some guests have found the steps leading upstairs to a bedroom and bathroom to be challenging to navigate due to steepness (this is one of the original Black Butte Ranch cabins from the early 1970s - this was the standard design). Some guests with limited mobility challenges will probably NOT want to plan on staying upstairs! But, the 2 downstairs bedrooms are very easily accessed! We are registered with the county - Deschutes County License #1461.

Cozy home in Black Butte Ranch located in Central Oregon approximately 45 miles west of Bend. Funky 70's design has an open kitchen/living/dinning room. Black Butte Ranch (BBR) is a gated 1,200 acre ranch with every amenity you could wish for - think country club camping. A few steps away is a quaint pond with plenty of frogs to catch. Ideal for two families with 2 kids.

The small town of Sisters, OR is a 10 minute drive where you can find groceries, coffee shops, and trinket shopping. Local restaurants and bars are in town. If you don't want to go that far, you can dine at the BBR lodge for all meals.

Our house is a perfect spot to spend a family vacation with all things you need to feel at home. If you have never been here, you will love it, be in nature breathing fresh clean air from the trees. Our house is a short 3 min drive to the Glaze Medow Pool complex, 2 minutes drive to the smaller South Meadow pool and 6 minutes to the Lakeside Pool/ Bistro. Our house is perfect for 2 families with 2 bedrooms with king beds on the main floor and 2 kids bedrooms upstairs both with bunk beds. SM 85

The space
Our house is a traditional Black Butte cabin style with tasteful updates. We have an open concept first floor living area with huge natural wood vaulted ceilings with skylights to enjoy the stars while lounging in ample comfy seating. The kitchen and dining area is in this open space with a very functional wood burning stove in the corner. Kids have their own area upstairs with a large balcony to play that has an extra trundle bed and 2 private bedrooms each with bunk beds.

Black Butte Ranch has a resort fee, recently they have changed and instead of them collecting at the moment of check in the Guest Reception area they wants us as owners to collect 12% of the reservation as a guest fee. At arrival time I will contact you to collect the fee on the platform.

Bikes are here for you yo use and nearby Glaze Meadow rents all kinds of bikes if you want something specific. We usually walk or bike to Glaze as it is very nearby and enjoy the gym, large indoor and outdoor pool, steam room, and hot tub.

Beautiful log home 3 miles outside of downtown sisters. The home has 1 master bedroom/1 Bath on the main floor and 2 beds on the 2nd floor with a 1 3/4 bath. Large great room for entertaining with a Sonos system for guest use! The spacious backyard has a very large entertaining deck, fire pit, and a hot tub to start or end the day! The back of the property backs up the the Willamette Nat'l Forest with plenty of hiking, mountain biking , trail running, dirt bikes and walking dogs!

The space
Spacious property with friendly chickens in back of the shop with indoor/outdoor area. I will have a small door on the right side of the shop for guests to collect fresh eggs!

Plenty of parking available as well as RV parking on the side of the shop.

I have a new drip coffee maker as well as a Nespresso machine with milk frother however I don't provide the pods. Bring pods and you're in business:)

Guest access
Enjoy the entire property as well as the national forest out the back gate! Great for mountain bike access, great for dirt bikes, trail running and hiking. I will have horse gates in the future for those traveling with horses.

The large shop to the right of the property is not usable for nightly rentals as that is where I store personal items.

Other things to note
I have chickens have an outside area in back of the shop and are quite friendly.

If you have dogs which I do as well, please be respectful tracking in dirt etc. Dogs have an incredible time at this property!

This unique A Frame is equipped to make your stay a memorable one with family, friends and a pup or two! Fresh eggs are provided by the 8 hard working friendly hens behind the vacant ADU as well as a small greenhouse with veggies available to our guests. There are three private bedrooms(one on the main floor and two upstairs) furnished with comfortable bedding and throw blankets with one ¾ bath on the main floor and a ½ bath upstairs. The downstairs offers an open design with a large stylish kitchen island and seating to entertain the chef! 3 BEDROOMS: My A Frame cabin accommodates up to six guests. There is one large private bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and two private bedrooms upstairs with queen beds as well. The larger upstairs bedroom has a quaint sitting deck with chairs that overlooks the front yard. Each bedroom has a large dresser and space to hang clothes.

2 BATHROOMS: The bathroom on the main level is a cute ¾ bath with vanity and shower. The upper level bathroom is a small ½ bath single vanity. We provide fresh clean towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The open floor plan of the A Frame is warm and inviting opening up as you enter the front door. Your experience is enhanced with the unique lighting throughout the house with recessed beam lights, large great room chandelier, elk wrapped dining light and dual bulb sconces throughout. The Kitchen and island was designed for group entertainment with bar seating for 4 and plenty of food preparation space for extravagant meals.

Around the property is a greenhouse with fresh vegetables, Golf swing net, second hammock, cornhole set with bags and friendly chickens providing fresh eggs.

PARKING: The property is a lava gravel drive with private parking for roughly 3 cars. There is also an RV area(No power or water at this time) that can be used. ( Contact if interested in parking an RV for your stay prior to booking)
