Light floods the living area through the beachside wall of windows from floor to gable. Surrounded from stem to stern with beautiful wood paneling, this cozy space feels large and expansive, its atmosphere underscored by plush couches and an ornate decorative rug.

When you're not on the new deck enjoying the ocean air and the waves' rhythmic crashing on the beach, come inside and swap stories of voyages gone by over a Kahlua and coffee, all to the sounds of your favorite music on the CD player. Welcome to our beautiful lake front cabin! Come and relax on our Huge 1000 sq ft deck over Devils Lake. View the amazing star lit sky in the new 7 person Hot Tub!! There is also a small beach area for easing into the cool lake waters in the canoe, 2 inflatable fishing pontoon rafts or 2 Kayaks for exploring the lake, experiencing the wildlife or fishing. In autumn and winter you can stay out of the drizzle by relaxing on the covered side porch or from the amazing views from inside the cabin while warming in front of the fire. When the sun is shining take a quick 15 minute walk to the beach. The cabin has one bedroom on the main level and a large loft bedroom. There is a full bath on the main level and a half bath in the loft. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The loft has a full size bed.

Clean, super comfortable with kayaks and pontoon boats - couldn’t have asked for more and weather was perfect so were able to get out on the lake each day and then head over to the beach for dinner or walks and all super close. Bay front home located on the edge of the Siletz Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Great spot for families, couples and solo adventurers. You'll love this house for its seclusion, the quiet area and the unobstructed views of the Siletz Bay. You can enjoy lawn games on the large yard, walk straight out to the beach, and water sports while restaurants and shopping lies less than two miles away.

The space
This house has a large yard overlooking Siletz Bay with beach access. From the house you will enjoy floor to ceiling views of the bay. The large updated kitchen is set with a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker & cooking essentials. It's open to the dining table which converts to a game table & living area. The couch has a sofa bed, along with the 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath makes this house comfortable for 6 people. Both bedrooms have queen beds.

Outside you can relax on the patio chairs on the large deck, play games on the lawn, and grill up food on the BBQ. This house is walking distance to a neighborhood park just a couple blocks away and trail walking at Cutler City Wetlands Open Space. Rainy day? Enjoy the full size foosball table in the garage.

While you're in Lincoln City also enjoy the Casino, walk the shops, visit the outlet mall or the cities beaches.

Why no air conditioning unit? Most homes at the beach in Lincoln City have no AC units. There is practically no need. Average summer high temperatures range from the the very pleasant 60's°F to low 70's°F. On rare days when it's warmer, floor fans are available.

Guests have complete access to the entire upstairs cabin. The cottage below is rented long-term and shares the separate laundry room.
Host lives next door and is available for any requests or questions - or a glass of wine on the deck.
