Great for multiple couples and other getaways of up to 6, Treehouse Hideaway has 3 deluxe bedrooms—two with king-size beds and one with a queen. No bunk beds here! Plus, every bed has a memory foam mattress topper and luxury bedding to ensure a sleep that's as good as at home, if not better (after all, you don't need to set an alarm here, and someone else will wash the sheets!).

A beautiful 10 minute walk to the beach and nestled just enough away from the beach winds to enjoy sunning on the deck. Awesome rental. Will stay again. Highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated, stocked with games and a wood burning stove made the stay magical. The kitchen is small but not lacking in supplies and there was a larger fridge down in the garage . The heated bathroom floors were wonderful and the views were amazing as well! Cons: no doors on any of the bedrooms and one bathroom doesn’t have a mirror on the wall- but may not be an issue for some! We’d definitely return !! Though we didn't use the area downstairs, there's a great bunk room and wonderful bathroom down there plus family room that would be great for the kids. Again, keep in mind the spiral staircase is used to get up to the main level so may not be great for very young ones. Would stay here again :)"

Cozy Cabin is indeed just that. This beach cabin has a tremendous location. Grab your beach chairs and take stroll down to the beach that's only a block away and enjoy beach life for awhile. It's only two and a half blocks to downtown Manzanita that is ready to be explored.

The living room has high vaulted ceilings, love seats to cuddle up on, and a TV with DVD player and cable. Walk under the beautiful staircase to find the dining room, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and laundry room with a door to the back yard where you will find a patio table with chairs. You will find one of the bedrooms down here with a comfortable bed. There is a bathroom with a stall shower on this floor. Traipse up the stairs to the two other bedrooms. There is a full bathroom as well on this floor.

Would have appreciated a box of tissues, laundry detergent and more than 3oz of liquid dish detergent which was literally all that was provided for three days use but we made due. Only three negative takeaways: I recall that there wasn’t supposed to be a gas grill available but upon arrival there was one on the back patios…? The tablecloth was dirty upon arrival and; since there wasn’t any laundry detergent, we couldn’t wash it/ use it. There was a nice little shady patio out back but without any furniture so we were unable to take advantage of outside time in the heat."

There is plenty of cookware, plenty of serving dishes/plates/silverware, etc. So close to the beach with really easy access, and walking distance (either on the beach or the road) to the main street in Manzanita for coffee and donuts :) We will definitely rent again, this is one of the best beach houses we have ever borrowed!"

An open A frame two blocks from the beach and within walking distance to Nehalem Bay State Park and the golf course. Manzanita's main street with shops and restaurants is a short 20 minute walk or few minutes drive. A wood burning stove is provided to keep you warm and cozy!
*This house is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a large loft. The loft space is where the additional two queen beds are located.

The space
Guests have full access to the entire house and yard. The space is very open and inviting for entire families or groups to hang out together in the house, backyard or front porch. Please note, there is one bedroom with queen bed downstairs. Upstairs you will find an open loft with two additional queen beds.

Keys: The keypad on the front door will allow your access. You will receive the door code on arrival day.

Kitchen and Baths: Please feel free to use whatever pantry items you may find. We generally keep on hand oil, salt, and pepper. We have a Nespresso machine with available pods. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and paper supplies. You may find in the main bathroom other toiletry items under the sink. Use what you would like.

Television: We do not provide cable but have a smart tv. If you would like to play music from your personal device, there is a Bluetooth speaker for use.

Wood Stove and Heating: The wood burning stove is our preferred way to heat the house. Otherwise there are baseboard heaters throughout. Please be sure to turn the heat down at your departure. If you choose to use the stove, you are responsible for supervising all children near it. We do not provide firewood, but it is available for purchase throughout town.

Outdoors: There is a charcoal grill available for use. The large upper deck has lounge chairs provided which is great for stargazing with the hum of the ocean as background noise. Outdoor activity needs to end at 10:00pm.
Please respect our neighbors privacy and observe the quiet time of 10:00pm.

Any non adherence to the rules will result in immediate eviction.

Welcome to The Tiny Apple #MCA 1268, our cabin in the woods. In an open loft A frame cabin, you will have plenty of space for you and your loved one! A close walk to town and roughly half a mile to the beach keeps you in an easy walkable location. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea out on the wrap-around deck and have a relaxing stay.
Unfortunately this is not a wheelchair accessible cabin. There are 3 stairs into the home and then a full staircase to access the main king sized sleeping area.

The space
The Tiny Apple is as it sounds, a small juicy stay. Don't be fooled though, with a loft and a King sized bed, this tiny cabin seems more spacious than it is! And with a Bosch dishwasher you won't even have to do dishes. Please note that with the limited space in the kitchen we do not have a full oven and stove so if you were hoping to cook a full turkey in this kitchen this would not be the cabin for you. However, we do have a single burner induction stove top which is portable and we also have a toaster oven that you can fit most size pizzas and the manufacturers claim a chicken! The dining table currently is set to 2 people but it is available for four. The other chairs are stored in the closet and easily pulled out if needed. As you will find in a lot of the rentals in Manzanita, there is no central air and therefore there is no airconditioning. There are wall heaters and also a small fake-fireplace that is warm enough to heat the whole cabin. With pull down and electric blinds you can either open the whole cabin up and enjoy the sun shining through the windows or close it all up and snuggle up to a blanket! We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do!

Other things to note
There are two designated parking spaces listed, however, if you need more than those two spaces parking on the street is permitted. Please do not move the logs that are in place for the parking spaces, these are in place for your car and our cabins safety.

The space
Just one and a half blocks from beautiful Manzanita Beach, our cabin makes for a terrific Oregon Coast getaway! Our warm and cozy beach house has a cabin-like feel with it's knotty pine interior, high ceilings and natural light. It is comfortably furnished with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation.

The kitchen is well-equipped for the chef in the family and the wood-burning stove adds to the overall warmth of this sweet coastal getaway. The house includes wireless internet, cable tv, and plenty of games for added entertainment.

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, an attached half-bathroom and direct access to the backyard deck. The second bedroom offers two twin beds. There are two large padded window benches in the living room that can accommodate extra sleepers. The beach is only a block and half away and you'll be able to hear the ocean from each of the two decks which provide tons of privacy in a natural setting. Grill out and chill out after a day at the beach!

--Sorry, no pets allowed. *(Owners have pets.)

--There is a 2 night minimum during low seasons. Holiday, Spring Break and summer seasons require a 3 night minimum stay.

--Fireworks, of any kind, are prohibited on our property and anywhere in Manzanita, including the beach.

The space
Our mountain cabin at the coast is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood up on the bluff overlooking Manzanita and Neahkahnie Beaches. The cabin provides peek-a-boo views of the ocean and Neahkahnie mountain. Close enough to town and the beach to easily walk, but far enough away to not get caught up in "summer traffic" in Manzanita.

2 bedrooms + 1 loft bedroom with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean (all bedrooms have queen-size beds). 1 newly remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower/no tub. Open layout living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. BIG, sunny deck with slight views of the ocean, and definite sounds of the ocean waves. There’s a hybrid, gas/charcoal Weber grill for you to use. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. A small card table and a few games on one side of the loft, and plenty of space for yoga or workouts on the other side of the loft. There is no TV, on purpose, the cabin does have WIFI. Spin classic vinyl on the turntable or listen to your own music with the Bluetooth option on the player.

Just up the hill, enjoy a private sunset view of the beach (ideally with a glass of wine in hand), and return to the fireplace that keeps you warm on the cool, crisp Oregon nights.

We are rarely on site in a separate studio, but are always available through text or phone with any questions you might have. There is a lockbox on site with the key for easy entry. We recently remolded the garage into a painting studio and place for us to stay, but the driveway is yours to use. We are occasionally there, and your privacy and enjoyment is our utmost concern, so we will stay out of your way. We do not rent the studio space out to other guests.

Guest access
Great sunny deck with picnic table, lounge chairs, a hammock and weber grill. Wifi, turn table with classic vinyl collection and of coarse, the beautiful Pacific ocean is a short walk away! To walk to the beach, head up the hill, turn left, at next street turn right. The next street is Greenridge, instead of going on the street to the right, go to your left and look on the left for a trail through the woods to the beach. It takes about 15 minutes from the cabin and is steep at the beginning. If you’re not up for the walk, it takes about 3 minutes to drive down to the beach.

Manzanita is an oceanside village tucked in between three distinctive landmarks: the vast Pacific Ocean, the large coastal headland at Neahkahnie Mountain, and the sheltered Nehalem Bay. One of three communities ringing Nehalem Bay, Manzanita is close in driving distance to the towns of Nehalem and Wheeler. The bay boasts excellent fishing spots, with great catches of Chinook salmon, sturgeon, and steelhead trout, as well as crabbing and clam-digging at low tide. Manzanita is scenic, and originally drew interest from Portland tourists for its turquoise surf, striking exposed cliffs, and dreamlike, hazy horizons. Retreat homes line the beach and nautically-named streets end in paths to the ocean.

This stateroom is available as a vacation rental by virtue of a permit issued by Tillamook County. This permit is placed in jeopardy when the surrounding neighborhood is impacted by a guest's stay. We issue $250.00 fines for each violation of County Ordinances and each House Rule (this is your warning). Additionally, guests may be evicted for violations without refund. If actions of our guests lead to neighbor complaints or our permit being placed on probation or revocation, we hold guests responsible for all damages foreseen and unforeseen. The space

On site parking. Bike/ walking path will get you to town (head north) and the state park and bay (head south). Beach access is to the west, down Pelican Lane.

Maximum of two pets. Pet fee of $50 per pet will be assessed at final booking. Pet towels are located by front door in pull out bins, please wipe down all beach dogs! There is also an extra leash and doggie bags (please pick up after your pet) in these bins. Please no pets on furniture or beds. Thanks.
