Plan a family getaway to Black Butte Ranch and find ease and relaxation at this airy cabin, beautifully tucked away in the pines. With its subtle western theme and custom touches throughout, this home is perfectly located for both summer and winter adventures. Curl up by the wood-burning fireplace with a lava rock hearth, gaze at the view of the surrounding woodlands through a wall of windows with lovely southern exposure, and enjoy access to fantastic shared amenities that include swimming pools, hot tubs, a steam room, tennis courts, a spa, and paved trails and bike paths.

This home is centrally located in Black Butte Ranch, near the South Meadow Pool, the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center, and 18 miles of paved walking/biking paths that highlight the beautiful high desert landscape. Tee off at the Big Meadow and Glaze Meadow Golf Courses on-site, head over to Black Butte Stables for guide-led trail rides, or take a 32-mile drive into Bend to explore the bustling downtown area and sample a few local brews. In winter, you can snowshoe or cross country ski around the resort, or make the 20-mile drive to Hoodoo Ski Resort for prime downhill skiing and snowboarding. Around the holidays, you can stay in or head out to The Lodge Restaurant for a special meal with all the trimmings.

- "The fireplace was great for relaxing in the evening. There is a squirrel/bird feeder in the back and we observed various gray squirrels and a mountain cottontail by it. We were there March 3-5 and there was still considerable snow. So no deer to be seen. The hot tub at Glaze Meadow was nice to sit in after cross country skiing, but the steam room was even better! " - "For our Christmas weekend stay, we were looking for a cozy place in a beautiful setting (woods and lots of snow) and we found it ! The house was clean, well-equipped (including a nice fireplace with a great supply of firewood), and relatively close to the GMRC (where we enjoyed the swimming pool, steam room, and hot tub). If you have small children, keep in mind that there is a rather steep staircase in the house (we had to watch our 3-year old rather closely as he was very fond of that staircase). The Wifi was great, and all appliances we used during our stay were in good order. We would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends !"

- "Blinn's Landing is a lovely slice of paradise, the landscape is gorgeous and peaceful, a wonderful respite from the outside world. Carla has the cabin and surrounding areas well-stocked, warm, and cozy, everything needed for comfort, with some great extras thrown in. Brasada Ranch high desert luxury cabin features 2 King suites, 2 full baths, sleeper sofa, full kitchen + kitchenette, W/D, wrap around covered deck, HOT TUB and of course so many amenities. This cabin is located just a short WALKING DISTANCE to the Ranch! A 5-10 minute walk to the Athletic Center, swimming pools, Ranch House, Brasada Canyons Pro Shop, and so much more.

Upon entering this beautifully built single level cabin inspired by ranch-style architecture. The great room features hardwood knotty maple floors and a gas fireplace with stone surround , Hi-Def flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD/CD player, private WIFI.

The first master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and laptop ready desk, en-suite bath with large soaking tub to relax in after a long day, and tiled walk-in shower.

The second king suite has its own private entrance with a king bed, en-suite private bathroom, cozy GAS FIREPLACE, flat screen TV, laptop ready desk, sitting area and kitchenette with built-in microwave and under counter built-in fridge.

The fully equipped chef's kitchen is surfaced in slab granite and features stainless steel appliances like the refrigerator with ice maker and a brand new gas range. Ramona Rentals LLC cannot offer you a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of the reservation. We can offer you a reschedule to another date, within 5 months of the original reservation, if needed. - "The cabin is quite roomy and comfortable. Had everything we needed." - "Excellent property. Close enough to the main lodge but far enough away that it is quiet and private. Property management was very timely and professional in their communication. Check in was super easy. The only downside is that since this property is booked through a 3rd party we were not allowed to access the Cascade Pool which is the adults only pool. This was super disappointing as we are a couple without kids and would prefer this venue."

Relax and unwind in our custom built, one-of-kind cabin. The cabin is nestled up on a forested hill above our main cabin. It's sits on 4 acres of private wooded land, bordering Mt. Hood National Forest Land. A perfect getaway for couples looking to spend a romantic weekend in the woods or a home-base for those who are here to enjoy everything Mt. Hood has to offer. Hiking, fishing, skiing are only minutes away!

The Space:

*** In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we want to assure our guests of our extremely thorough cleaning regiment. All frequently touched surfaces (counters, doorknobs, switches, handles, toilets, remotes, etc) are cleaned with an EPA registered disinfectant and all linens/towels are washed in hot water.***

Carefully curated and thoughtfully designed, this little cabin is decorated with art and furniture from local artisans. The cabin has an open floor plan with an extra cozy sleeping loft equipped with a queen sized bed, comfy reading chair and a TV for watching movies. The living room has a comfortable plush sofa and perfect views while lounging by the wood-burning stove. The kitchenette offers you everything you need to dine-in — an electric oven/range, toaster, and coffee maker. The outside space features a large outdoor fire pit with beautiful views of the forest and ZigZag mountain.

For groups with three guests -- additional linens, pillows and blankets will be provided upon request for the sofa (not a pull-out, but comfy to sleep on -- great option for those traveling with children). Also, in the summer months, there is plenty of room to pitch a tent outdoors.

***Please note -- The drive up from the road to the cabin is steep. You WILL need an AWD or 4WD to get to the top in a vehicle (we have a VW Tiguan and make it up fine). If you have a 2WD car, there will be a cargo sled to haul your belongings up the hill. It's approximately 200 ft. from the road.

**We will provide wood for one night. Additional wood can be purchased at the Thriftway or Mt. Hood Grocery, both are one mile down the road.

*There is a steep loft ladder that leads to the bedroom. Not recommended for those who have trouble climbing.

- "The pictures accurately reflect how cute and clean this cabin is! We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and game room in the backyard. The Pinecone cabin is a newer single level cabin with modern conveniences in a rustic cozy private setting surrounded by forest, lawn, gardens and water features. The open concept living area is cozy and spacious with vaulted ceilings, a pellet stove, a reclining leather couch and a futon that can be used as a double bed. The greatroom also has a Lennox heating/air conditioning unit. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with a gas stove/oven, microwave, double fridge/freezer with ice/water in door, and dishwasher. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/cookware, pantry food items, and small appliances, with a large pine dining table, and a door out to a wrap around deck with an outdoor grill.
There is a half bath accessed from the main living area.
The master bedroom has vaulted ceiling and a large king size bed, with a large bathroom including a large walk-in shower, exhaust fan and electric wall heater.
The second bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, queen bed, desk, chair and full size front load laundry tucked in its own closet.

This property is accessed through a private gate with a long driveway with plenty of private parking in front of the cabin and a keyless keypad deadbolt on the front door. There is another gate in the backyard with access to walking, biking or ATV/UTV trails.
Other things to note:
The cabin sleeps up to 4 people, ideally 2-4 adults, 2 sharing each bed, or 2 adults and 2 children 1-2 sharing each bed.
There are four outdoor motion security cameras for property safety. One facing the entry gate to the driveway, one facing the walkway up to the house (does not record past the walkway), one facing the side walkway from the driveway, and one facing out the back gate which opens to the forest trails.

This beautiful 1200sq.ft. Pine Grove Cabin gives you the feel of relaxing in the forest. It has high vaulted ceilings with a lot of natural light. Close to a lot of outdoor activities and good restaurants to choose from. In the evening cozy up to the fireplace with a hot drink and watch your favorite show on the smart TV or play a game. The cabin is spacious and has a homey feel that will make you want to come back and visit.
There is a large open living space on the first floor includes the kitchen, dinning and living area with the full futon bed. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size comfy bed, sitting area and dresser. There is a small deck off the bedroom with a seating area with a nice view of the neighborhood.

My cabin is 5 minutes to the Sunriver Village, Brewery, restaurants, stores, gas station, and a short 20 minutes to Mt Bachelor ski resort. My place offers a cozy quiet retreat for guests. With 2 queen beds, you'll have a comfortable and restful sleep. The cabin features one full bathroom downstairs with with a hair dryer and shower and amenities. One half bath with toilet and sink upstairs. Whether you're exploring Sunriver/Bend or enjoying the stunning surroundings with the Deschutes river, lakes, Mt Bachelor and the Sisters, our beautiful cozy cabin is the perfect home base. Featuring Internet access/wi-fi, a gas remote-controlled fireplace in the living room, and lots of common area behind that leads to 35+ miles of paved bike paths. This cabin has updates including granite countertops in the kitchen, hickory cabinets, hardwood bamboo floors, tile surround shower enclosure, and more. Full washer and dryer. This Cabin is very cozy and you will know that you are in Sunriver when you walk through the front door. Smart TVs in the living room (& DVD player), master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, & loft with Blu-Ray DVD player. The Cluster Cabins have a basketball court across from the parking lot (we have a basketball for use). Tennis rackets & balls and a telescope for stargazing.

This summit area also holds two alpine lakes full of trout, East Lake and Paulina Lake. This area is also home to the Lava River Cave, Oregon’s longest known lava tube, easily accessed by highway 97.
Deschutes River:
Renowned for its fly fishing and home to the Columbia River redband trout. Fly fishermen come from around the world from the last two weeks in May through the first two weeks in June for the hatching of the stoneflies after which the anglers pattern their tied flies. Some sections of the river are also ideal for white water rafting, kayaking and canoeing.

The backyard is large and fully fenced. Weather permitting, we furnish the back patio with comfy outdoor chairs and a love seat as well as a propane fire pit. A perfect place to watch the surrounding wildlife. Due to snow and rain, the fire pit and chairs get put away during the Winter months.

Our two car garage will keep your cars safe and protected from the elements as well as provide an area to store skis, bikes and other toys.

Surrounded by numerous hiking and biking trails and snow parks… this location is ideal for outdoor adventures! The community offers a pool, tennis and pickle ball court and much more .

If you're looking for a comfortable place to enjoy an excitement-filled Central Oregon trip, this property features all the comforts of home and easy access to everything the resort community of Sunriver has to offer.

Enjoy a convenient location within about a mile of the SHARC, restaurants, the lodge, and the Village Mall. You will also be 25 minutes from downtown Bend and 30 minutes from skiing at Mt. Bachelor, as well as wonderful hiking, biking, and all the other opportunities Central Oregon offers.

Kick back and relax in the living room on the cabin-style sofas, watch some cable TV, use the DVD player, or simply sit back and turn on the fireplace to keep the home extra cozy. Extras include two more TVs, as well as DVD players, WiFi, and a laundry room. The full kitchen has just about everything you may need to whip up tasty meals. With all major appliances, you will have no trouble cooking up anything from a simple breakfast of pancakes and eggs to a roast dinner! Sit down together at the dining room table and enjoy family-style meals.

Outside, you will have a gas grill and a patio area, so you can cook up a tasty meal and enjoy the fresh air. In Sunriver, you can access the fantastic SHARC aquatic center, which has indoor and outdoor pools, water slides, a hot tub, and outdoor sports courts and recreation areas.

Elsewhere at the resort, you will have no shortage of fun activities to keep busy (some activities may require a fee). While you're here you can visit the tennis courts, book a tee time on one of the many public golf courses, walk around the 30 miles of paved trails, or take a guided horseback ride around the scenic nearby area. You could also go rafting or fishing on the nearby Deschutes River, mountain biking or hiking in the Deschutes National Forest, or even drive (or take the free shuttle) just 30 minutes up to Mt. Bachelor for some wintertime skiing, snowboarding, or sledding adventures!

At Sunriver, you will find several eateries, shops, and a market where you can stock up on groceries, though you may want to drive into wonderful Bend for even more options. Or peruse the downtown shops, museums, galleries, and other attractions. Bend is also famous for its breweries, including the especially well-loved Deschutes Brewery.

The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September.
This home also includes shared access to a private pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is for Ranch Cabin guests only. It does NOT include access to the Circle 4 Ranch pool.

This is high desert heaven! This is a fractional cabin at the Eagle Crest Resort outside of Bend, OR. Super peaceful and quiet backing onto a golf course. The cabin is two stories, three bedrooms with two bath. There is a full kitchen, with dishes, cutlery and pots/pans, and an outdoor dining area with grill. You also have complimentary access to the pools and fitness center offered at the resort. Great base for skiing and hiking or hanging out in Bend, Sisters and Redmond.

Whitetail is a fully furnished, soulful cabin with 2 bedrooms, hot water, 1 bathroom and an outhouse, shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room , and redwood deck. We are dog friendly but dogs must never be left unattended in cabin. Due to Winter conditions, Whitetail is closed down from November thru to the end of March or when temperatures are suitable for opening the water up (mid-late April).
