- "Cute, comfortable cabin a short walk to the beach and a fantastic breakfast cafe. Communication with host was easy and thorough. It could feel tight with more than two people." - "We enjoyed our stay! The sink was slow to drain in the bathroom when we arrived. Also, there were two outside chairs broken and the tile floors were very dirty. Take pictures of any damage or mess when you get there and send them to the owner immediately! After we left, I received a scolding text from the owner saying the place was left a mess and the housekeepers had to stay an extra hour and a half to clean our filth! I KNOW I left it better than I received the home! I even scrubbed the tile floors with my own equipment and cleaning products. I am a professional house cleaner. I had to! Anyway! I think the owner’s housekeepers were not being honest with her and claiming more hours to get more pay !!! I feel bad for the owner if this is the case. Everything else was fine. Close proximity to the beach is probably this rentals selling point."

We had an excellent time, and it was the perfect location for a big group to enjoy walking down to the coastline. The only issues we ran into was actually getting into the cottage—our codes didn't work—but Vacasa support staff were able to get us sorted within an hour to get into that property." - "Lived up to the hype!" - "We had our family reunion in this two property location. Nice batgrooms." - "This was the perfect house for our family of 11- 7 adults and 4 children. Because we had exceptional weather, we were able to enjoy the deck for all of our meals and the children played on the climbing structure. "Ebb and Flow" is located on Siletz Bay where ocean and river mingle creating a dynamic and diverse, environment. Twice each day, Siletz Bay’s estuary is the stage for a slow, stately drama influenced by the moon, the sun, the wind, and the rain. Flowing channels, branching and winding across the broad sandflats, are filled with incoming ocean waters. As the bay fills, the rising tide spreads slowly across the Siletz Bay. The ever-deepening waters lift the eelgrass, fill the countless burrows, and creep into tiny channels that penetrate the salt marshes. Finally, the waters surge upstream to the edge of the forest and gently lift trailing branches of rhododendron and cedar. The Siletz Bay estuary is full.

For a moment, the drama pauses. Then as the earth turns, the ocean's push becomes a pull, and the waters of the Siletz Bay estuary recede. Before long, logs at the edge of the salt marsh are grounded on the sand, the eelgrass lies limp and flat, and tiny creatures are stranded in isolated pools of water warming in the sun. Red tailed hawks, bald eagles, and other raptors are seen roosting and a variety of estuarine dependent birds including great blue heron, great egret and many species of waterfowl are foraging in the tidally influenced waters. But in a short time, the cycle will begin again....

The Jetty Cozy Cottage is located on rustic lot with wetland habitat at the end of a residential neighborhood. It's only a short 3 minute walk to a semi-secluded area of Siletz bay. Sip coffee on the back porch while listening for eagles, great blue herons and beautiful song birds. Go clamming in the bay for soft-shell and purple varnish clams. Have a beer overlooking the bay from Pelican Brewery, only a block away. Relax around the fire-pit after a day of adventures roasting marshmallows. You will be just a short drive to many local attractions!

Our cozy cottage is a unique plot of land with wetland habitat, it's the best of the coast, close to the beach but like being in a cabin in the woods. Only a 3 minute walk to the bay! A wonderful spot to unwind and relax. At approximately 320 square feet this little cottage is perfect for couple to get away. You can play board games in front of the electric fireplace on a rainy day. Watch Netflix from the loveseat or bed, the smart TV is on a swivel mount that can be adjusted to any position you need. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal or cook some clams from the bay. We have all the kitchen essentials for cooking, but please note we do not have an oven. There is a microwave, glass cook-top stove, toaster, coffee maker and mini fridge with freezer. The kitchen also has a small bar table for two to enjoy your meals, or you can eat al fresco on the back patio bistro table. We also have a clam gun, and crab ring for guests to use located in the shed. You will find skewer sticks in the shed as well to roast marshmallows over the fire-pit. During 4th of July you can sit on the front porch and watch the firework show that the city puts on from Siletz bay!

Guest access
You will have access the whole property including the shed, the only space off limits is the loft. Per the city we are not allowed to let guests use the loft because they do not allow the use of ladders in vacation rentals. Do not try and take the ladder down as it could cause damage to the rafters and wall, any damage that occurs from not following this rule will result in you paying for damages.

Other things to note
This is our little piece of paradise that we like to visit. At this time we are not allowing pets, but we do bring our own here when we visit. We visit a few times a year with our dogs.

We do not have laundry facilities, but there are public laundromats in town.

We do have a couple of reed diffusers that have a light scent.

The area has a feeling of being secluded, but with the convenience of being within walking distance to the bay and restaurants. This is a residential neighborhood with a mix of full time residents and vacation homes. Our property is unique, rustic and wild. We are in a dead zone for cell service. You can connect to the WiFi though once you arrive.

We provide coffee, tea, sugar and creamer.

We are located amongst the wild habitat, so on occasion you may find a spider or rolly polly in the house. We do have someone come out quarterly to spray and try and mitigate their intrusion into the cottage. Salty air and coastal storms are very hard on our homes here at the coast. We do our best to keep up with maintenance. If you notice anything that needs attention, please let us know!

We are in a Tsunami hazard zone. Please study the included evacuation map in the welcome booklet. A test alarm is done every Wednesday between 11am-12pm. This will only sound for a few seconds. In a real emergency the alarm will sound for several minutes.

We do have two security cameras on site, one near the back porch and one under the carport. These are turned off after guests arrive.

It is a two level pet-friendly home filled with light, looking out on the ocean and coastal community of Olivia Beach in front and a coastal spruce forest in the back. The beach access and trails in the forest are both a short walk away. Watch the sun set from the deck!

The house is on two levels, with the smaller bedroom, dining room and kitchen on the lower level and the primary bedroom, bathroom and living room on the upper level. The Jetty Cozy Cottage is located on a small dead end residential street on wetland habitat. It's only a block to a semi-secluded area of Siletz bay. Relax on the back porch while listening to eagles, great blue herons and beautiful song birds. Dig for dinner in the bay for delicious clams. Have a beer overlooking the bay from Pelican Brewery, only a block away. Relax around the fire-pit after a day of adventures roasting marshmallows. And you are just a short drive to many local attractions!

The space
Our cozy studio cottage is located on wetland habitat at the end of a residential dead end street. It's the best of the coast, close to the beach and shops, but like being in a cabin in the woods. Only a 3 minute walk to the bay! A wonderful spot to unwind and relax. At approximately 320 square feet this little cottage is perfect for couples to get away. Our Nectar queen memory foam mattress is soft and inviting after a day of adventures. You can play board games in front of the fireplace on a rainy day. Watch Netflix from the loveseat or bed, the smart TV is on a swivel mount that can be adjusted to any position you need. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal or cook some clams from the bay. We have all the kitchen essentials for cooking, but please note we do not have an oven. There is a microwave, glass cook-top stove, toaster, coffee maker and mini fridge with freezer. The kitchen also has a small bar table for two to enjoy your meals, or you can eat al fresco on the back patio bistro table. We have a clam gun, rakes, shovel and crab ring for guests to use located in the shed. We also provide skewer sticks to roast marshmallows over the fire-pit! During 4th of July you can sit on the front porch and watch the light show that the city puts on from Siletz bay!

The cottage is on a dead end street with a mix of full time residents (including kiddos and kitties). Our secluded backyard is very rustic with local fauna, wildlife and critters of all kinds. If you aren't a fan of nature and don't like finding bugs outside we might not be the best space for you. If you're curious about any of the indigenous fauna, feel free to ask! Some plants are fruit producing and local to the region and were even used with indigenous tribes that used to live along the coast. They attract deer in the spring who love to come and munch on them and leave their babies in the tall grass while they feed. During the day you might also spot some raccoons snoozing in the spruce trees. We are also close to great blue heron breeding territory and at times you will hear them squawking and see them fly over. Bald eagles also frequent the area and you can get great shots of them hunting in the bay.

Like all the coastal homes here on the Oregon coast we are no exception to excessive moisture and even more so since we sit right on wetland habitat and are in a flood zone. We do our best to battle moisture and the musty stale smells that come with it. We have a powerful little dehumidifier in the bathroom that collects extra moisture in the air. We also ask that our guests please leave the heat on when they check out. This helps so much with drying out the space. We also have a couple of natural reed diffusers with a light scent.

During the off season(November through February) we have more flexibility around check in and check out times. If you would like to check in early or check out later, please let us know, and we will try and accommodate you!

Bookers must be 21 years of age to book with us per our liability insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand things happen that may be out of your control. As travelers ourselves we always purchase trip insurance. We highly recommend that our guests do as well. This is something that Airbnb offers for your stays when completing your reservation. We have a Firm cancellation policy; if you cannot make it to your reservation you have up until 30 days before your arrival to cancel the reservation for a full refund. We ask for your consideration and canceling as soon as you know you will not be able to make it. We cannot guarantee a full refund for cancellations that happen less than 30 days before arrival as we are not always able to re-book the dates and in most instances have already paid our cleaning staff.

Please note that children DO count towards our max occupancy. We can only accommodate up to two guests max. If you have an infant under two years of age they do not count towards occupancy and are allowed. Lincoln City has strict max occupancy regulations and if we are found to have violated them we will be fined and at risk of losing our operational license.

If you would like to book our space as a gift to someone, we highly encourage you to purchase a gift card and have the person staying book with us. We send important check in information through the app, and if you are booking for someone else this can cause some hiccups with the check in process if that information is not sent to the person staying.

We do allow extended monthly stays during our off season. We will only approve request where a guest has a minimum of five 5 star reviews.

Guest access
You will have access the whole property including the shed, the only space off limits is the loft. Per the city we are not allowed to let guests use the loft because they do not allow the use of ladders in vacation rentals. Do not try and take the ladder down as it could cause damage to the rafters and wall, any damage that occurs from not following this rule will result in you paying for damages.

Other things to note
This is our little piece of paradise that we like to visit. At this time we are not allowing pets, but we do bring our own here when we visit. We visit a few times a year with our dogs.

We do not have laundry facilities, but there are public laundromats in town.

The space is very cozy, we do not have any storage space, like closets. We do have a small dresser and a bench to put luggage on.

We do have a couple of essential oil reed diffusers that have a light scent.

The area has a feeling of being secluded, but with the convenience of being within walking distance to the bay and restaurants. We are in a dead zone for cell service. You can connect to the WiFi though once you arrive.

We provide coffee, tea, sugar and creamer.

We are located amongst the wild habitat, so on occasion you may find a spider or rolly polly in the house. We do have someone come out quarterly to spray and try and mitigate their intrusion into the cottage. Salty air and coastal storms are very hard on our homes here at the coast. We do our best to keep up with maintenance. If you notice anything that needs attention, please let us know!

If you are using any of the clamming or crabbing gear we ask that you rinse everything with the outside hose before putting it away. Please note if you do decide to use the clamming gun or crab ring, you do so at your own risk. Any injuries incurred using these items off site will be your responsibility.

This is a small house and with it comes small pipes. Please do not put any food, grease, eggshells or anything that is not soap and water down the kitchen sink. All waste from food items need to be put in the trash bin. When using the toilet do not put anything other than toilet paper and human waste down the toilet, including items that are labeled flushable.

We have lots of kitties, kids and wildlife on our dead end little road. Please be respectful and do not go over 5MPH when driving to and from the cottage.

We are in a Tsunami hazard zone. Please study the included evacuation map in the welcome booklet. A test alarm is done every Wednesday between 11am-12pm. This will only sound for a few seconds. In a real emergency the alarm will sound for several minutes.

Being in a Tsunami hazard zone means we do have a higher potential for flooding. During the winter our property does flood during a combination of King Tides and excessive rain during high tide.

House Rules
Please take a minute to read each of the rules carefully to avoid possible injury or additional charges to you.
1. Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 10am.
2. Your stay is only for the agreed upon time, once your reservation is over you must vacate the premises. Uncoordinated late checkouts will incur a $50 late check out fee for every hour you stay past checkout time.
3. Please note that the hot water can get extremely hot at the sinks. For your safety please test the hot water before submerging any part of yourself. Please note that if you try and shower and have someone washing dishes the water pressure will dip and you may overheat the instant water heater. We suggest hot water only be used at one fixture at a time.
4. Please use the provided glass cutting board to cut your food on in the kitchen. Do not cut your food items on the wooden counter tops. Do not place hot pans directly on the wooden counter, there are bamboo trivets that can be used for hot pans. Wipe up any standing water you may get on the countertops in a timely manner. This helps the longevity of our countertops.
5. There is no access to the loft, per Lincoln City this space is off limits. Do not pull the ladder down as it could potentially cause damage to our wall and ceiling beams if not done correctly.
6. Please do not use our towels for the beach. We recommend that you use your own beach towels or the beach mat or folding chairs that are located in the shed.
7. We have full time neighbors and Lincoln City has a strict noise ordinance. Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am.
8. If at any time we are contacted by a neighbor or the city regarding a noise complaint your reservation will be terminated and you will be asked to leave the property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of monies paid and an additional $250 fee. Noise complaints cost us a hefty fine from the city and ruin our relationship with our neighbors.
9. This agreement is only for the guests stated on the reservation. No additional guests may be permitted on the property unless discussed prior. There is a strict max occupancy in place by the city. If we are over max occupancy we incur fine from the city. If you invite an extra guest without getting permission we will charge you a $250 fee.
10. There are two spaces for parking under the carport. You may park under the carport or in the driveway. Do not park on the street as this is prohibited by Lincoln City.
11. If using the fire pit please be responsible and use water to extinguish the flames/embers after you are finished using it. Be aware of state and city fire bans. When fires are prohibited Lincoln City will have signage up in public in multiple areas of town. NEVER use charcoal or lighter fluid in the fire pit. Please only use wood in the fire pit and do not take any of the wood we provide home with you or to the beach. Please clean up after fire pit use and return any wood, lighters or skewer sticks back to where you found them.
12. In the event that the guest causes damage to the property the cost to repair or replace will be charged to the guests.
13. I understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to me before checking out.
14. Behind the stove, you will find the electric panel. We do get power outages on occasion due to weather. Please contact us if this happens, there are lanterns and flashlights in the kitchen cabinet.
15. No parties or events are allowed.
16. Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
17. No smoking is allowed inside the property, this includes vaping. If you are a smoker please smoke outside and be respectful and responsible with any smoking trash by disposing of it properly.
18. Pets are prohibited. Our lot is part of the protected wetland habitat. We get all kinds of wildlife that comes through including large raccoons, coyotes, eagles and deer. We also have neighbors that have cats that get very curious and like to come onto the property. As much as we love animals we want to keep the integrity of the cottage and reduce the risk of damage and flea infestations.
19. In case you misplace a personal belonging, please contact us so that we keep an eye open when we prepare the property for the next guests
20. Fireworks are prohibited by the city. Please do not bring or light any fireworks during your stay
21. Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation.

Crystal Rose Cottage

This two-bedroom Lincoln City vacation rental offers an ocean view, an outdoor fire pit, and spacious amenities for up to seven guests! It's the perfect coastal retreat for the whole family!

The vacation home is located in the Roads End neighborhood, just five miles to crabbing, flying kites, and swimming in the Pacific Ocean, 10 minutes to gambling and live music at Chinook Winds Casino Resort, and 40 minutes to movie theaters, boutiques, and fine dining in town!

Inside, the living room is spacious with leather furniture, glass and wrought iron accent tables, and large windows. Curl up around the gas fireplace or host a movie night on the cable TV with a DVD player. If you want some music, there's also a CD player. An additional sleeping space is separated just off the living room with a room divider. The sleeping space offers a queen-size bed and sliding glass doors leading to the patio.

Just off the living room is a wood dining room table for six, perfect for a family potluck or holiday feast! The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream with granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with three barstools, and a French-door refrigerator.

A 1940's Beach Cottage located on the Salishan Bay in Lincoln City. A short walk and your toes are in the sand. The home features a cozy gas fireplace, new windows and laminate floors. The home is decorated in beach theme. Even on a gray day the large south facing windows bring in bright light. Hear the ocean at night with the window cracked open or sit outside on the deck having your morning coffee.
Well behaved pets are welcome at $40.00 or enjoy the hot tub for $40.00.
