Full kitchen and laundry. Along with the queen bed there is a single bed in the nook off the living area for a 3rd person or for those who prefer to sleep separately. The closet has lots of shelving to store your things. Bathe in the claw-foot tub or use the shower. Heat and AC keeps things comfortable. This is a light-filled groovy hideaway.

Parking is out on the street about 200 feet from the cottage.

Monthly rentals are not available except in rare circumstances and only for one person. Rate will not be significantly reduced.

Eloise:
We have a very friendly Labrador who lives on the property. Although the yards are separated by a gate, there may be some coming and going of Eloise, and you are likely to encounter her. If you do not like dogs or are not comfortable with them, this is probably not the place for you.

According to Google Maps, the distance to the OSF box office downtown is .6 miles and the walk should take approximately 10 minutes.

Park your car and leave it. Easy walking everywhere. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with double sink. 1st bedroom has king bed, 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. Washer/Dryer, wireless internet, and 2 tv’s With local channels and Roku streaming.
Outside area is a beautiful large private courtyard with comfortable seating, a propane fire-pit, a propane barbecue and a private hot tub spa just for your use. Private off street parking with easy access to back entrance of cottage. Electric outlet in guest parking area. Free EV charging station in City of Ashland public parking lot one block away. This is one of three residences on the property. Owner lives in the upstairs apartment, which has a separate entrance and outdoor area. Market of Choice is within walking distance for picking up snacks and it's a short (5 minutes) drive to Safeway, downtown and Lithia Park. They left lots of brochures for things to do in the area as well as coffee, tea and some oil and other things for cooking. Peggy and Mark were very friendly and helpful. My aunt mentioned that the sun was hot on the patio and Mark brought an umbrella the very next morning! We had a great time!"

This is a monthly rental, 30 days or more. This comfortable separate ONE BEDROOM cottage is located on the best street in Ashland! It is a lovely 4 minute STROLL to Lithia Park, town and another 2 minutes to the Shakespeare Festival. It has OFF STREET parking. The cottage is decorated in rustic elegance with crisp cotton sheets in summer and flannel sheets in winter. Snuggle under the down comforter and sleep with the soothing colors and quiet upstairs atmosphere with a view of our GARDENS. Kitchen includes everything you’ll need for cooking, including FILTERED water, ORGANIC COFFEE and TEAS and a view of Grizzly Peak. Living room features a comfortable couch and chair, great VIEWS and LIGHT, and Wi-Fi internet access. There are locally hand-made SOAPS in the bathroom with a SHOWER and BATHTUB. There are always fresh FLOWERS on the table where you will enjoy eating and gazing out the bay window.

The Farm Cottage is a renovated former horse hotel. It retains the charm of its former use yet is well appointed and updated for comfort & convenience. The Cottage is licensed by the city of Ashland (Business License #007411 & Planning Action #06-275) and Jackson County, (#1581566C) and meets required health, safety and fire codes.

This Two bedroom 1 1/2 bath cottage, is approximately 700 sq. ft and sleeps 4 comfortably. The Queen bedroom has 1/2 bath, and the 2nd bedroom has twin beds (cannot be converted to a king). The main bathroom consists of a shower/tub, washbasin and toilet. There are individual A/C and heating units in living room and in each bedroom, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, a full kitchen with electric stove/oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and dining area with seating 4 plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, cutlery, crockery etc. There is a filter coffee machine with a welcome starter of coffee, sugar, milk as well as a selection of teas. Cleaning materials are supplied as well as bathroom amenities. A complimentary basket of snacks is available upon arrival. Decorated tastefully in neutral colors with comfort in mind, the cottage comprises of hairdryers, iron, bathroom amenities such as toilet paper, shampoos, soap, towels, bedroom linen as well as cable TV and WiFi with hardwood flooring and scattered carpets. One Private parking space as well as Street access parking in front of cottage is available. The parking area has security cameras and lights to ensure your peace of mind. There is a cozy spot for two under the Aspen trees outside of the cottage to enjoy a glass of wine or two. The cottage is well maintained with a high standard of cleanliness! We are a non-smoking/vaping/drug property. We do onto allow parties on site and we do NOT accommodate pets.

It is an easy 10-minute walk to the downtown plaza, Lithia Park, the Japanese Gardens and the theaters of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival as well as the Oregon Cabaret Theatre. We supply blankets and cushions for the outdoor Theatre as well as umbrellas if required.

You are within walking distance to the Bread Board a local breakfast restaurant and directly across the road from Big Al's a local lunch and dinner diner. A local minute mart is a mere two blocks from the Cottage for some last minute grocery requirements and/or essentials. A larger Safeway is located on the south side of town. There is a local liquor store located on Lithia Way.

Ashland Oregon although a Theatre town gives you easy access to local wineries, wonderful hiking and mountain biking/biking trails as well as Rogue River Rafting trips. We are home to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Rogue Valley Theatre Company, Oregon Cabaret Theatre as well as boutique shopping, art galleries and wonderful outdoor dining restaurants.

Crater Lake is a must for a day trip or how about some paddle boarding at Lake of the Woods. More adventurous, why not try out the Crater Lake Zipline. Stop at Beckie's for a slice of delicious pie, breakfast or a late afternoon lunch on the way back to Ashland, Oregon. It takes approximately an easy one and half hours to drive through this beautiful part of Southern Oregon

Walk up to the top of the road, Scenic Drive, take a left and meander down on into our famous Lithia Park 95 acres of beautiful gardens and wilderness trails. Home to the Japanese Gardens, a Bandshell and Pickleball courts.

The Rogue Valley Wine Region is home to some wonderful upcoming wineries serving wonderful Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Grenache, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and many more varietals. If not wanting to drive and taste wine why not book a spot with the Wine Hopper tour. The Rogue Valley is home to Belle Fiori, Weisingers, Dana Campbell, Eliana Wines and more. Belle Fiori have a wonderful restaurant that overlooks the vineyard and along with their award wining wines they are well worth a visit.

Rafting the Rogue River is an experience not to be missed. Try out Indigo, Hellgate or Noah's for a boat trip.
Fishing the river with Ashland Fly Shop is also an option.

Golf at Centennial Country Club is available to all. Its an 18 hole course and within a ten minute drive of the BnB and they too have a great club restaurant.

Ashland is also home to incredible hiking and biking trails. Bike the Bear Creek Greenway - its well worth it. Extreme Mountain Biking on Mt Ashland is growing in this region throughout the summer and the lodge is open throughout the summer for picnics, great hiking. In the winter the mountain is home six ski runs with ski lifts for those who enjoy "winter powder" conditions. This is a community run mountain and therefore provides a wonderfully personal experience to all.

- "It's in a quiet residential area about 20 minutes walk from downtown. A great place for a couple but there is an air mattress available for one or 2 additional guests. Comfy and cozy. - "This little spot is a bit far afield, but absolutely adorable! It was a trip to see the cows out the windows and a little school bus came by in the morning--so cute! These sweet folks even left us eggs from their chickens! Be aware there is no TV, nor do they claim one, but I didn't notice when I read the listing. I also did not care, since I carry my own tablet, which is adequate. Great spot for our dog, too, as she had her own fenced in spot. Loved it."

We have been renting our cottages to tourists in Ashland for 25 years and we usually get 5 star reviews on our other booking platforms. - "Nice property and location. Being avid readers we would have appreciated more floor lamps and a second easy chair. Perhaps a small table in front of the couch? We did not cook, but had we wanted to, more staple supplies would have been helpful (oil, condiments, etc.). The kitchen has basic pots and pans but otherwise pretty sparse. We very much appreciated the ability to charge our car, thanks for that!" - "The unit was the perfect size for our small family. The beds were comfortable and we were close to downtown.
