We have always liked being in downtown Ashland but this was a thousand times better while still being close to downtown. The property was secure and had ample parking space—a nice change. For safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door. It is active 24/7. Video and sound recording is motion activated. The home is also equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located outside of the home. It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Tampering with or disabling the ring doorbell and noise monitoring sensor will immediately cancel the reservation.

Please Note: The water heater is shared between Studio A and Studio B. While it generally provides sufficient hot water for both units, there may be occasional delays in hot water recovery if multiple showers are taken back-to-back. We recommend spacing out showers when possible for the most comfortable experience.

I was able to view sunrises over the mountains. Wild birds and a family of deer welcomed me some early mornings. Big Bathtub to soak in. Very cozy, clean and quite!! The kitchen set up was perfect for my needs and stocked with several amenities!!! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan to be back in the future. Highly recommend!"
