- "Me and my friend absolutely loved this place! Clean, well stocked and situated close to everything so it was an easy walk to downtown Ashland. Appreciated the snacks upon check in. Lovely decor and we both appreciated the clean and organized space. Had a variety of appliances (coffee maker -pods with a nice selection, tea kettle, and cups/ plates, utensils, and everything you might need for your stay). We used washer/dryer at end of stay, which had fast cycle. Nice to have walk-in closets in both bedrooms, and comfortable beds. I loved sitting on the porch in the morning while it was quiet. We saw a deer on side of house at dusk one day. We were close enough to walk to coffee/breakfast—visited Rogue Valley Roasters and Hither. Then able to walk easily to OSF, bakery, shopping. Also tried many wonderful restaurants and tea shops like Dobra and Lovey’s. Always catch the Farmer’s Market and checked out the Artisan’s Market along Guanajuato. We are close enough for short drives to surrounding cities like Talent, Medford and Jacksonville. My sister and her son stopped in from their nearby rental and commented what a beautiful, spacious place it was. A lot of space to enjoy music, read, talk to people. Fast internet, available board games and comfy sofa/seating. Helpful to have parking in rear that was able to accommodate large/wide vehicles. Would come back and rent Charley’s Place again for sure!"

- Cancelations are dependent on the channel and rate you booked. For direct and standard rates: Cancellations made 5+ days before arrival, a full refund minus a $39 cancellation fee will be issued (non-refundable rates excluded). After that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
- Occupancy Limits: Guests agree to not exceed maximum occupancy stated in the listing. $15 per person, per night is charged after the first 3 guests in a reservation. Failure to notify WanderLodges of accurate occupancy may result in additional per person fees if applicable or up to/including reservation termination.
- Parties/Large Gatherings: All parties or occupancy issue creating gatherings are strictly prohibited at all WanderLodges properties, and guests agree to comply with all city, company, and fire code noise and use requirements.
- Pets/Service Animals: Pet friendly properties are subject to an additional $25 per pet/per stay cleaning fee.
