Comfy cabin nestled in the mountains about 28 miles (approx 30 min) out of Ashland. Our cabin is close to 5 of the mountain lakes and just a few miles from Lake of the Woods, Howard Prairie Lake, Fish Lake, & Klamath Lake.

Enjoy summer activities including boating, fishing, water-skiing, wake-boarding, sailing, kayaking, and mountain biking, with SUP and boat rentals available just minutes away at Lake of the Woods resort. Boat rentals and great fishing also available at Rocky Point, either at Rocky point resort or Harriman Springs Resort.

Visit Crater Lake National Park to see one of the most beautiful areas in the United States! Crater Lake Zip-Line Adventures is also only minutes away. The legendary Pacific Crest Trail is located just west of the property.

Our cozy cabin was built in 2004 and sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. The queen bed is upstairs in the loft, full size pull out couch downstairs and cot if needed. There is not a private bedroom. The cabin has a full kitchen, living room/dining area and bathroom downstairs. Wi-Fi is provided but there is no phone service at cabin. Closest phone service is at Lake of the Woods. You can use wifi to make calls with whatsapp, instant messaging etc..

Closest large grocery store and gas station are in Ashland or Klamath Falls depending on the direction you want to come from. A small convenience store is located at Lake of The Woods Resort, which also has gas during marina hours.
Please take note that the cabin is not in a town. You will need to pick up any groceries/supplies/gas before arriving. During winter please look at trip check or other site to see road conditions for the area. We recommend having AWD, 4wd or chains if you are staying during the winter months. The road is maintained by the county and is plowed frequently.

- "The cabin was very nice but definitely small. It was sufficient for my husband and I and maybe would work file a party of four. Kitchen was well equipped and location was close to area lakes. I did not notice in the listing but there are no televisions in the home and no a/c, it was very hot that weekend and uncomfortable in the upstairs bedroom. Evolve did not respond to my questions for several days. However, once I had a number for the owner, they responded quickly, Check in process was smooth. Location is peaceful and would recommend as long as it’s not too hot outside."

We live in a hot place surin g the summer and there was a bad heatwave happening during our stay. I made an assumption that there was AC throughout the home but did not think to ask and it wasn't listed. No false advertising, but rather an error in the assumption made on my part. There was an AC unit in the window upstairs and some fans to use for downstairs. Just something to keep in mind in the summer months if you don't tolerate the heat well. All in all a fantastic stay and we would definitely stay again!"

This is a quirky 900 square foot home built in the 1930`s! The kitchen and one of the bedrooms were recently renovated, creating a homey feel. There are two bedrooms and one Jack and Jill bathroom.

Please note:
-The Jack and Jill bathroom is connected to both bedrooms. To access the bathroom, guests must walk through one of the bedrooms.

Free guest parking in the driveway to the left of the house!

The neighborhood is a five minute walk to everything the beautiful downtown Klamath Falls scene has to offer.

Some of the houses in close proximity to the Airbnb are eclectic, with some neighbors taking great care of their properties, and some not so much. This has been a problem for some guests, so want to be transparent. There are generally kids walking by the property as Klamath Union High School is not far.

Parking is free on the premises.

The washer and dryer are located in the basement. You may notice the stair well and laundry space is not aesthetically pleasing; we are working on renovation in the future! The front yard will also be subject to renovation in Spring of 2024 making it more xeriscape and drought friendly. The grass has not been watered in preparation for this to happen. The fence is old and will also be removed during the yard renovation.

There is no cable T.V. service. Guests must connect to their own personal devices via Chromecast.

The front and back yard are small spaces and not a lot of room for pets to roam.

The property is located near a 4 way stop sign intersection. You may notice street and mild train noises. I have put white noise machines in both of the bedrooms to fade out the noise.

The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is a 5 minute drive to downtown Klamath Falls, or 15 minute walk. There is not much to do within walking distance, except visit the local mini-mart, but plenty within driving. The homes on the street are eclectic with some neighbors taking great care of their yards, and others not so much. The neighbor to the left of the home generally has an unkept yard including high grass, weeds and miscellaneous children`s toys.

- The mini-split is located on the wall in the living room. This is the sole unit for the entire home. Despite this, it does well cooling and heating the two bedrooms as the house is small at 780 square feet.

-Pets are not allowed on furniture and owner is expected to clean pet droppings. Additional fees will be charged if there is damage caused by the pet.

-The home was built in the 1920`s, walls are thin. You may notice faint sounds from the railroad track or the occasional neighborhood dog barking. I have put white noise machines in each of the rooms!

This is a compact 2 bedroom one bath older home that has been nearly completely renovated! The bedrooms are small and quaint, which is why there are full size beds; to maximize space!

Guests will have full access to the home, including the long driveway and outdoor patio space.

There is plenty of space to park your boat`s, RV`s or big trucks.

The home is located in a residential neighborhood within close proximity to the train track.

UPDATE: As of 10/05/2025 trains traveling along the Portland Street Crossing are no longer required to sound their horns except when safety requires it. This means train noise will not be as evident (Particularly honking of the horns. ) You may still hear the train going by on the tracks, but with the new Quiet Zone, this should reduce train noise significantly! We will continue to provide white noise machines and ear plugs in the home to help mitigate and reduce the sound of the trains for light sleepers.

However, this can make it fun to sit on the front porch and watch the train go by with the kids!

The Stardust Cottage is a 5 minute drive to downtown Klamath Falls, Sky Lakes and OIT or 15 minute walk. There is not much to do within walking distance, but plenty within driving.

Some guests have requested specific check out instructions. However, I understand many of you are on vacation and traveling. The last thing I expect is for you to have a check list of cleaning tasks! I ask that you leave the place as you would a dear friend (do not trash the home and pick up after yourself!) If you wish to help out you can do the following, but DO NOT feel obligated.

-Strip the beds
-Put linens in the washer
-Do the dishes/load dishes
- Clean and wipe debris off countertops

Our goal is for you to have a relaxing vacation and not have to worry about tedious check out instructions.

IMPORTANT: Guests must vacate the property by the check out time. Our cleaning team is usually on site right at check out to prepare for our next guests.

We provide clocks in the home as a convenience for our guests and this should not be used as the primary source for check out time. Please double check your personal devices to ensure you leave the property on time. Unless communicated in advance, there will be no exceptions to this rule. Anybody who has not left the property by the check out time will be charged a fee of $90.

Refundable Security Deposit is required but only charged if there are damages, excessive cleaning &/ or items missing. Unfortunately - this platform does not allow a different security deposit for nightly stays versus monthly stays (which it should so we have to plan for monthly stays).

We do ask that you tidy up the home at move out and pull off the linens and towels and please put in the hamper.

We do our best to keep our homes spotless and in order to do that - we do ask that you return the home clean and in the same condition received it when you moved in so it is ready for the next guests coming in. We do clean between all guests and deep clean the homes often.

Guest Access:
Full access to the whole home. Plenty of space to relax in or take a walk in almost any direction for parks to play with kids/pets. Please be sure to pick up after your pet though. Includes access to the washer/dryer and we ask that you please leave the home as clean as you received the home, please clean the bedding & linens plus housewares you used before vacating the home. Thank you!

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to several good restaurants plus the cinemas!

Downtown and lots of fun - Martini Bar, Creamery (Brew Pub), Irish Pub, and a lot of Restaurants. Plus the Hospital and College are straight up the hill! Movie theater is only a few blocks up the hill as well. Close to Klamath Lake, walking trails, Klamath Yacht Club and a Golf Course as well. Ross Ragland Theater is about a mile down the street - catch a play or watch a musical!

Getting Around:
Downtown is entirely walkable.

Plus the Bus stops just a block up if you don't want to drive! Or across the street if you want to go downtown.

Other Things to Note:
This home sits behind the house in front which makes it a little hard to find at night but I will send you the best driving directions. Turn down the driveway and park in the 2nd slot to the right. If you have a long truck bed - you will want to turn on the street above and come in the back way as it is much easier to park that way.

Please note - This is a small house. While it is not small enough to be considered a tiny home - it will be too tight for 3 adults. Two adults and a child would be fine.

The couch has a chaise built in and would sleep a smaller child rather well. Just let me know if you plan to do this so I can get twin bedding there for you.

I also have a crib/toddler bed available if you need that instead. It will be tight but it should fit in front of the washer/dryer which is close to the main bedroom.

If you are wondering what a tiny home would be like - this is a great trial experience! It is a super cute Smarthome (which means you control the lights via Keypads and remote controls) and it is complete with an updated kitchen, stainless steel farmsink, granite countertops, dishwasher, microhood, self-cleaning oven and a washer & dryer. Everything one needs!

Interaction with Guests:
You have full access to the home. This is not shared. However, I am only a few blocks away if you need anything. We offer Dark Roast coffee and two types of Tea (usually Earl Grey & a Mint Tea), plus sugar w/honey and individual creamer containers. There are also the basics - Sea Salt & Pepper grinders, Oil spray for cooking and Dishsoap + Lysol for clean ups. Iron, Ironing Board + Hair Dryer if you need them. Plus there are several fabulous cafes a few blocks away! Leap of Taste has Internet and so does the Daily Bagel!

Please do not leave the exterior doors open for an extended period of time as bugs can enter the home. Most of our doors have a storm &/or screen door and the interior windows in the bedrooms have screens so better to use those instead.

This home was built in the 1930s - so while this home is clean, the bathtub does not have a new porcelain look. It is now a beige color and it has normal stains from years of use. It is clean & sanitary and we use Magic Erasers on it regularly. But please do not expect it to be pearly white.

Please also note that we ask all guests to keep their areas of use free & clear of ice and snow. If there is not a snow shovel - let me know and I will bring one over. - "My husband and I stayed here for a month in January. The convenient location and pet friendly environment attracted us to this rental. There is a grocery store less than a block away and main street is a short two blocks. When a heavy snowfall made driving a challenge for a few days we really appreciated that we could walk to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and the local brew-pub. The king size bed was comfortable and warm on snowy nights. The internet is good and there are ample entertainment options. On site laundry is a plus as is the generous parking space. The neighborhood is very friendly. In fact, the whole town is friendly. Circumstances didn’t allow our dog to join us but the yard and layout would have suited him well. This is an older property and has all the charm and quirks that go along with that. Teresa was very accommodating and I think once some cosmetic changes can be made during the summer construction season this is going to be a knockout property. We would stay here again. "

Refundable Security Deposit is required but only charged if there are damages, excessive cleaning &/ or items missing. Unfortunately - this platform does not allow a different security deposit for nightly stays versus monthly stays (which it should so we have to plan for monthly stays).

We do ask that you tidy up the home at move out and pull off the linens and towels and please put in the hamper.

We do our best to keep our homes spotless and in order to do that - we do ask that you return the home clean and in the same condition received it when you moved in so it is ready for the next guests coming in. We do clean between all guests and deep clean the homes often.

Guest Access:
Full access to the whole home. Plenty of space to relax in or take a walk in almost any direction for parks to play with kids/pets. Please be sure to pick up after your pet though. Includes access to the washer/dryer and we ask that you please leave the home as clean as you received the home, please clean the bedding & linens plus housewares you used before vacating the home. The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to several good restaurants plus the cinemas!

Downtown and lots of fun - Martini Bar, Creamery (Brew Pub), Irish Pub, and a lot of Restaurants. Plus the Hospital and College are straight up the hill! Movie theater is only a few blocks up the hill as well. Close to Klamath Lake, walking trails, Klamath Yacht Club and a Golf Course as well. Ross Ragland Theater is about a mile down the street - catch a play or watch a musical!

Getting Around:
Downtown is entirely walkable.

Plus the Bus stops just a block up if you don't want to drive! Or across the street if you want to go downtown.

Other Things to Note:
This home sits off of Biehn Street - it is a little hard to find at night but I will send you the best driving directions. Turn down the driveway and park in the 1st slot to the right. If you have a long truck bed - you will want to turn on the street above and come in the back way as it is much easier to park that way.

Please note - This is a small house. While it is not small enough to be considered a tiny home - it will be too tight for 3 adults. Two adults and a child would be fine.

The couch would sleep a smaller child rather well. Just let me know if you plan to do this so I can get twin bedding there for you.

I also have a crib/toddler bed available if you need that instead. It will be tight but it should fit in front of the washer/dryer which is close to the main bedroom.

If you are wondering what a tiny home would be like - this is a great trial experience! It is a super cute Smarthome (which means you control the lights via Keypads and remote controls) and it is complete with an updated kitchen, stainless steel farmsink, granite countertops, dishwasher, microhood, self-cleaning oven and a washer & dryer. Everything one needs!

Off street parking is accessed in back off of Hawthorne. However, I find it easier to park at the corner on Hawthorne and come down the sidewalk rather than park in back and walk up in the dark or fight the snow in the winter time. Plenty of space to relax in or take a walk in almost any direction for parks to play with kids/pets. Please be sure to pick up after your pet though. We ask that you please clean the home, pull off the bedding & linens plus clean housewares you used before vacating the home. Please clean the housewares you used before vacating the home as there is a dishwasher and dishwashing pods under the sink. I ask that you please leave the home as clean as you received the home as I need your help to keep offering my place for nightly stays. Thank you!

Directly down the hill from the Hospital and College! Close to Klamath Lake, walking trails, Klamath Yacht Club and a Golf Course as well. Cinemas is 2.5 blocks up the street. I don't know about you - but I seem to only be able to go to the Movies when I am on vacation.

Close to Downtown and lots of fun - Martini Bar, Creamery (Brew Pub), Irish Pub, and a lot of Restaurants. Plus the Hospital and College are not far away! Crater Lake is only an hour away and you can rent bikes at Hutch's Downtown (plus even bike racks if you are renting a car)!

Other Things to Note:
This home has an alarm system and a code will be sent to you the day of your arrival. Codes change with each guest.

You can park on Iowa and walk across the street (only 4 steps). Or park on the corner on Hawthorne and come down the side walk.

OR - You can park in back and walk up the lawn to the front door.

I recommend parking in front and unloaded and then go up to Hawthorne and turn right at the first driveway. Park a bit back from the garage door as I keep housewares and furniture in that basement.

Please do not leave the exterior doors open for an extended period of time as bugs can enter the home. Most of our doors have a storm &/or screen door and the interior windows in the bedrooms have screens so better to use those instead.

This home was built in the 1930s - so while this home is clean, the bathtub does not have a new porcelain look. It is now a beige color and it has normal stains from years of use. It is clean & sanitary and we use Magic Erasers on it regularly. But please do not expect it to be pearly white.

Please also note that we ask all guests to keep their areas of use free & clear of ice and snow. If there is not a snow shovel - let me know and I will bring one over. We also ask you to water during the spring/summer months especially long term guests as we do not get enough rain to keep the landscaping & lawns healthy.

The neighborhood is eclectic and a short drive to Harbor Isles Golf Course and restaurant! There is an apartment complex near by. Some of the neighbors take great care of their yards, and others not so much. The nearest grocery store is Holiday market, which is a 7 minute drive.

There are three ceiling fans, one located in every room. The smaller room to the left does not have a mini-split unit. We would suggest opening the windows in the evening, or using the ceiling fan to cool off during the summer.
- The room to the left is compact. Please take this into consideration when booking.
- The sofas are not available for guests to sleep on.
-We insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection is $26 per reservation and will be included in your rental rate. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental damages during your stay, giving you peace of mind and saving you the hassle of a large upfront hold, or a tedious refund process. It’s our way of making your stay stress-free while ensuring our homes are well cared for.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture. Please pick up their feces; a $25 fee applies if our cleaners need to.

This was our commercial kitchen used to make Chocolate for the Candy Store, the front unit. Today you can hang out in the spacious 700 ft living quarters with private bedroom, living room and kitchen. Your unit has Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Gas Stove, S/S Washer and Dryer, S/S Dishwasher and plenty of kitchen storage not to mention, Candy.

The space
Sleep peacefully among the pines! Our loft apartment, decorated with original art and touches of Mexico, comfortably accommodates 1 or 2 adults. Handsome, comfortable full-sized platform style bed. The apartment includes a Roku TV, and with the fastest cable internet available, you can stream whatever you want! We've upgraded the router, too, so the WiFi is extra reliable! New thermostatically controlled heating and air conditioning so you can choose your own comfort level. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a Keurig coffeemaker, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, large sink, small folding table, and an apartment-sized range/oven.

The studio apartment is above the garage, to the left of the main house. Please pull up to the white line and park close to the rock wall on the right. Use the stairs to the right of the parking area to access the apartment above. The entry door to the apartment is shorter than normal, (approximately 6 ft. tall) so watch your head! You can access hiking trails by going up the concrete steps in back of the main house (ask us for directions to the trail).

I foster senior dogs so you might meet them during your stay, if you like. I have chickens on the property, if you would like fresh eggs. There is also a pretty black/white cat, who has adopted me that comes and goes too.

When you arrive,park on right side of garage in driveway. Go through garden gate on right side of garage, down pathway onto wooden porch. On wooden porch is sliding glass door to your room. Keys are inside on nightstand. Enjoy!

Klamath falls is close to many beautiful natural areas including: Crater Lake, Lava Beds, Lake of the Woods, Ashland and Shakespeare Festivals, Mt. Shasta and Bend. We are also close to rafting, hiking and zip-lining.
From May-October there is a Farmers Market on Main Street from 8am-12pm and 3rdThursday street fair celebration from 5-8pm.

Large, beautiful, clean home with room/bathroom and access to all shared living areas. Quiet neighborhood just off highway 66 in Keno, 15 miles west of Klamath Falls. Located just minutes from the Klamath river, Topsy reservoir and campground, Sportsman park, many hiking trails, mountain biking and road biking! Medical travelers/students considered for longer term rental. Dogs considered if well behaved. We have three friendly dogs that love people. other dogs but not cats.

The space
The guest room and bathroom are on the opposite side of the house from the host bedroom/bathroom with the common areas in between so it is very quiet. We have a Peloton bike, treadmill, bench and free weights that guests are welcome to use. This home is next to the Keno park, a 10 minute beautiful walk to the Klamath river and dam where there are deer and many different species of birds. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the nuthatches, chickadees, western blue birds, lesser gold finches, pine sisterns, flickers, juncos, doves, evening and black headed gross beaks, sterling jays, mountain jays, squirrels even the occasional hawk at our bird feeders. We are frequently visited by the deer as well!

We offer our washer and dryer for your convenience. If you chose to use it, we do charge a $5 fee to cover our expenses. Three friendly dogs reside here. They have their own yard/space and are not in the house unless we are home. If you enjoy dogs, they can be introduced to you. If you do not care for dogs, they will be kept sequestered. They have never been around cats other than to chase them so are not cat friendly. For that reason, we cannot host cats out of concern for their safety.

Welcome to The Basin Bungalow. Located close to Downtown Klamath Falls and right on route to Crater Lake National Park. This house was remodeled in 2020 and has thoughtful furnishings. There is a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and another queen bed and desk in the 2nd bedroom. The living room has a new TV to stream your favorites. The kitchen has a gas range, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom is small and narrow but has a full tub and shower.

The space
The house is on a busy street but has white noise machines that can be used while sleeping. The house is well insulated and has double pane windows that make the sound minimal.

We provide coffee, tea, and a water filter pitcher for guests. There is also olive olive and seasoning available for your cooking adventures.
