Nicely remodeled one bedroom one bath cottage in the River Road area of Eugene, close to the bike path, The Whit and 5th Street Public Market . This home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars and plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to dine in. House has T.V. no cable but does have Wi-Fi and DVD player. This house is within 15 min. of the airport. Have a nice sleep before a early flight out. This house is pet friendly. The yards are not fenced, but we are close to a park to walk.

Well behaved pets accepted. No hot tub. This spacious two bedroom, two bath home was built in 2009 and has all the modern conveniences. Unlike many homes in Eugene, this home IS AIR-CONDITIONED! Large great room has gas fireplace, 65" flat screen, sky lights and sliding door to deck. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances and everything you need to feel at home. Sit on the deck and watch ducks occasionally land in the pond right outside your door. There is convenient ADA access throughout for guests with disabilities and the home is all on one level. Plenty of room for extended family or two couples, each having their own room with queen beds. Two others can find a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious great room. This beautiful lodge is located in the SE Eugene hills, just minutes from fantastic shopping, dining, nightlife and recreation. At the bottom of the hill are connections to the extensive and high quality hiking and biking trails, including routes to the river, forested hills, Spencer Butte, Etc.

One bus (#28) will get you to the University of Oregon, downtown and back. Our property is close to large natural areas, so deer and wild turkeys will often roam the 'hood.

WelcomeThis is a custom designed dwelling that has benefited from significant additions and upgrades over the years. Clad in cedar shakes, and filled with natural light, this is a unique and beautiful little house. In a very safe and quiet neighborhood.

1. FRONT PORCH / DRIVEWAY
You will have full use of a long driveway which could accommodate several vehicles (in a line) or easily harbor an RV, trailer, or other large vehicle. The lodge is located at the end of the driveway, attached to our garage/storage space. The front porch is a wooden deck and there is a bench next to the front door. You will receive a four digit door code to get into the lodge and access to our self locking door. No need to worry when you leave, it’ll lock 30 seconds later.

2. THE KITCHEN
The front door opens into the kitchen, which has clay Saltillo tiles underfoot and a high rough cut cedar ceiling overhead, and a big skylight that brightens the entire room. Philodendron Vines wrap around the bannister and hang from the walls. Granite countertops, lots of cupboards and all the accessories in this full kitchen allow you to cook to your heart's content. A house manual is available on the kitchen counter will all lodge details, information, passwords, etc. also included in the manual is recommendations and information about the art around the lodge and a bit about your hosts and the surrounding area. A 'ship's ladder' takes you up to the loft bedroom, which overhangs the kitchen. Best to go up and down the ships ladder as you would an outdoor ladder. Forward facing the whole time. We do have handles available to help you up the stairs and back down. Fun feature for teenagers and the young at heart. Also, note the kitchen cupboard closest to the front door fully stocked with customized snacks for your stay.

3. THE OWL'S NEST BEDROOM
Since the main bedroom is accessed by a ship's ladder, this room would be difficult to accommodate anyone with mobility issues.
But for those that don't mind a steep staircase the loft bedroom is an absolute delight! A south facing window and skylight offer views of the forested ridgelines that surround our place, which you can see while laying in the queen sized built in bed. A full built-in closet and cozy 'book nook' for reading or relaxing make this upper deck bedroom a one-of-a-kind. We call it the Owl's Nest, and it sleeps two very comfortably. It is a surprisingly spacious room (if you are short enough to walk under the exposed ridge beam and rafters 6'6" overhead). The upstairs also has a large T.V. at the foot of the bed, with an old school video game console, a dvd player with a variety of movies and in the summer a full air conditioning unit. Books, coloring books, coloring accessories and other relaxing activities fill the bookshelf.

4. THE BATHROOM
Elegant and simple with a stocked shower and beautiful green glass sink. A fresh towel, hand towel and washcloth awaits you. The bathroom is stocked with tissues, soap and shampoo and conditioner. A First Aid Kit and extra toiletries are located in the shelves and cabinets below the sink, please help yourself to what you need.

5. THE LIVING ROOM
Take two steps down from the kitchen hall to reach the living room. This is a shared common space with sleeping for 2 on a comfortable futon mattress, and an adult sized beanbag chair. Up above the workspace area I have fully stocked with fresh sheets and blankets in case the futon space is used. This is also the game room, fully stocked with many classic and contemporary board games, a TV signed into Netflix for guests. A desk for working is available as well as markers and crayons for children entertainment. Sunny bay windows look west, out to your own personal side yard, and glass French doors open east to a covered back patio.

8. BEARS DEN BEDROOM:
From the back patio you can access the bears den bedroom.Dive into custom dyed sheets to sleep in the forest with you bear friends. There is a queen sized bed and bedding in this room to accommodate another 2 guests or for those not able to travel up and down the ships ladder, this is the room for you. If you need to unwind, stretch, or workout, the room is set up with a yoga mat and a foam roller and a bo staff. We also have a changing table that doubles as a storage/ clothing space, large mirrors and plenty of pillows. Free standing heater and a fan keep this room comfortable. This space is just outside of the living room door, but detached from the house. It is a couple steps away from one room to the other and a key for the bears den is provided inside of the lodge on the key hook by the front door. The bonus room locks from the inside.

6. THE BACK PATIO / ZEN GARDEN
The back patio is a indoor/outdoor space that provides a comfortable covered seating and eating area, and blends into a custom Pacific Northwest style Zen garden, which is filled with interesting plants and artwork. It is a wonderful place to spend some time outside relaxing, listening to the chirping of birds in the morning or watching the stars and moon at night. Electronics can be plugged in. We do live in a quiet peaceful neighborhood and ask load noise be moved indoors by 10 pm on the weekdays and midnight on the weekends. The garden hosts a collection of rare and unusual ferns and shade plants growing out of the stonework and from big wooden barrels. Round river rock and a colorful gravel path takes you around the corner to your personal side yard.

7. SIDE YARD
The fenced side yard can be easily accessed either from the front yard or from the back patio. It gets great afternoon light and can be used for lawn games, sunbathing, kicking the soccer ball around, etc.

Guests have access to their own private 915 square foot home, which includes one private, off-street parking space within a security gate. At check-in, you will be provided with access codes for the gate and entry into the home. A gate remote is available to you after check-in, as well.

If you forget, you will find a convenience packet of Claritin (or something similar) in the upstairs bathroom!

Because we are in the woods, there is no grassy yard area but if you walk to Hendricks Park just around the corner you will find swings, picnic tables, drinking fountain, public bathrooms and pathways winding throughout the woods, Native Plant and Rhododendron Gardens!

There is NO "on-street" parking for this unit. The tree-lined winding roads are part of the charm but parking in this hilly, forested neighborhood can be challenging. Many neighbors have carved out private parking areas in front of their houses. Unfortunately, because our home is on a steep corner we don’t have that. While we don’t have street parking for you, we do have a PRIVATE SINGLE ATTACHED GARAGE AND DRIVEWAY where you can park. The driveway is steep but we just put in stairs and handrails that have a gradual grade and are well-lit which make a huge difference.

We are about 10 minutes outside of west Eugene, and 25 minutes to the University, but right in the middle of a very popular bicycling, motorcycling, and wine tour route.

The apartment is spacious and private. Guests have their own parking, entrance and outdoor grilling and sitting area. Guests have often said how quiet and private the apartment is, and feels like it's a home away from home.

Families with kids really seem to love it here (especially when the weather is nice) - we have a treehouse, pond, creek, pigs and a variety of oddball things going on throughout the year (including 10 acres of Christmas lights).

A great little recirculating stream and waterfall complement this private and absolutely beautiful property and are a short walk from your cabin door. Property is landscaped yet naturalized with native plants and grasses. Our water has a sulphur smell which is odd yet naturally occurring in our area. It is safe for household uses and is safe to drink. We have a filter system on the well and can switch out the filter so please let us know. Enjoy a paddleboat ride down at the pond and view the many deer and other wildlife who frequent our property. Previous reviews welcomed as we live nearby.

This quiet bedroom in the South Hills is walking distance to Friendly Street Gardens, with food carts, a market, and a sweet little neighborhood park. The neighborhood is peaceful and inviting, both to walkers, deer, song birds and wild turkeys. The shared house, built in the late 1960s, has plenty of reading nooks, excellent wifi, and a lovely garden. The bed is very comfortable, with a new (spring 2021) mattress.

A clean basic bedroom in a roomy ranch style home. Easy going atmosphere. Guests are welcome to use my kitchen, living room, sun room, dining room and backyard. An older Eugene neighborhood, quiet street both day and night. I am closely following Airbnb/ CDC standards and taking the upmost care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. I'm about 4.5 miles from Eugene Airport, Hayward Field, UofO, and Downtown. Thank you 🌿.

End of the street house, very quiet neighborhood. Definitely a place for relaxing and gathering your thoughts. Ten minutes from both the airport and downtown. Shops are close by. Late or very late check in is perfectly okay with me. I have three separate bedrooms available.

The creek in the backyard brings a nightly wildlife serenade including distant coyotes. Ideal for healthcare pros or UO events. Enjoy complimentary pre-sprouted oatmeal and morning tea or coffee. A gregarious non-shedding dog is present and a shy black cat.

The space
Not far from town but still in country community. Near Lane Community College and gorgeous Mt. Pisgah. Home is cozy and new projects coming.

Full house use. The kitchen has plenty of appliances for your use including air fryer convection oven, blender and more Just clean as you go please.Front room has TV with Prime, nice setting outside for artists and photography.

During your stay
I work from home but have appointments out too. Love making a good lentil or black bean stew.

Other things to note
I’m advertising the room in the house with a single bed but if you really want a double bed I am working on converting the detached room that requires walking 5 feet outside from the house. it just needs finishing work completed but you’re welcomed to choose either room.

This is a private room with it's own entrance and includes a private porch and bathroom.

The space
The room is located behind the main house. The dimensions are 9.5 feet by 20 feet. There is a "Full" sized mattress, a desk, chair, lamps, WiFi, TV, a mini fridge, microwave, tea coffee, and bathroom. It is a very private and quiet space. You will have your own entrance, your own little porch and gate all tucked away behind the main house.

The mattress size is Full, this is slightly smaller than a size Queen.

Guest access
You won't need to enter the main house. Only the front gate and walkway are shared.

Private, comfortable room in a great Eugene location. Close to all life's amenities, and easily accessible to anything else you may need.
This is a great fit for the busy traveler who just needs a quiet, comfortable place to crash.

This is an older house, so some things may not work like you are used to. But since I will be around when you arrive, I will show you how they work. Don't worry, nothing is terribly difficult.

There are pets in the house. they don't go in the room you'd be staying in, but that doesn't mean their fur, dander, or smells can't get in (the room is vacuumed, sheets, pillowcases, and other linens changed, after every guest).
I apologize for the late check-in time, but my work doesn't have me getting home until after 5. There are some times I can sneak away early, but it's never guaranteed.
Check in times on Saturday or Sunday can be more flexible.
Please also keep in mind, I do not host AirBnB full-time. I have a 40 hour a week job that keeps me away from the house, plus a few other commitments. I am responsive to messages and questions, but I won't be available for every beck and call. I also live in the house, so you should expect it to look and feel like someone lives there.
If you need to check-in later than 9PM, I will ask for an extra $10 per hour past 9PM. I will not wait past 12AM.

Contractor’s wagon is cozy one bedroom hut. Everything you need if you don’t need much. Quiet, clean, comfortable and private. Cows, goats, chickens are neighbors. It is safe, convenient to town, LCC, freeway. Microwave, hot plate, small fridge. Shower, sink and toilet. Linens provided. Valley view, parking in front of hut. Great for minimalist! Has heat/AC. Good cell phone reception, no WiFi. No smoking/vaping. Cozy, functional. ONLY approved Pets with $250 additional fee for cleaning.

The space
Your tiny house is 8x16- everything you need is in that one room. This is a great way to find out whether tiny home living is right for you. The house is simple in a nice private setting. The only visitors may be the neighboring cows or a few curious hens. Sorry, but pet fee is high due to difficulty cleaning shedding hair.

Guest access
The cabin is your space, and yours alone. No other amenities on the property. You park directly outside the cabin. A small deck on the back end is good for sunbathing, relaxing, viewing the birds, cows, etc.

Other things to note
Rural! That means gravel driveway, some dust, livestock , trees, (pollen), occasional insects....Well water is great and mineral rich, but If you are sensitive to sulphur smell in water, then be forewarned....it may or may not have that smell. Fully furnished private room centrally located in Eugene, OR. Our guests have access to a seperate kitchen and bathrooms that are not shared with the owners.

Each room is fully furnished including, bed and bedding, mini-fridge, private vanity sink in the room, desk, closet, and dresser.

During your stay
The property owners living area is downstairs. There is a full eat-in kitchen and professional washer/dryer that is for the exclusive use of the tenants.

There are 2 full baths that are also for exclusive tenant use and is not shared by the owners.

This is a house located in historic town Coburg. Access is very convenient. It takes 2 minutes to access I-5. Drive south to Eugene, Springfield, drive north to Portland. The small town of Coburg roads also gives easy access to Eugene and Springfield. Here excellent grocery stores are located as well as several shopping malls. A Family restaurant, and several fast-food shops are located in a mini-mall a few minutes’ walk or drive from the house. A gasoline station is also in the same area.

The space
This is a 5-year-old, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms up-stairs. One bathroom is shared with the two guest bedrooms. Another ½ bath bathroom is located on the ground floor. Nice clean, modern kitchen, with gas range, micro-wave oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dish washer. A dining table seats 4 off the kitchen. A lunch bar and a desk are located nearby kitchen. 500 Mbps Wi-Fi is provided. There is a spacious living room with a gas fireplace and a large, new television set. There are two exits, one front door, and one rear door. A two-car garage is located in the front of the house, with an entrance to the kitchen. Parking can accommodate 3 cars. Air conditioning and gas forced air heating allow full comfort. A new washer and dryer are provided, and are located upstairs. There is a small back porch that opens to the back yard, which is fenced and has a maintained grass lawn. One gate opens to the front of the house. The house is situated in a small, quiet, new, sub-division. The small historic town of Coburg is a few minutes’ walk or drive. Beautiful forested mountains are located just East of the property.

Guest access
Guests have access to all rooms except the Master bedroom. All bedrooms have privacy digital locks on the bedroom door, and on the bathrooms to assure privacy. A password will be provided. There is a shower, two sinks, and a toilet with a separate door in the bathroom. Ample drawer space is provided. Fresh towels, clean bedding and a queen-sized bed are also present. Shampoo, soap, moisturizer, and toilet paper are also provided.
The house is not handicap provided. A two-step front porch gains access to the house and a 10-step flight of carpeted stairs gains access to the two guest bedrooms. The rear door has one step.

After designing four other spaces for AirBNB guests, we wanted to challenge ourselves to see how much functionality we could fit into one small room. Everything here does more than one thing. The shelves are also a table. The bed is also a chair. A desk folds into the wall. There are surprises galore, tucked into the middle of a rural/suburban house. There's even a bathroom and storage galore, plus a fridge, a rice cooker, and a microwave.

The space
You'll enter though the red middle door on the side of the house. This opens to the (shared) laundry room. The door to the Mini-Max Room is straight ahead.
The backyard is there to enjoy as well.
