The process was super easy I just called the front desk and within 15 minutes he was at my door. He was friendly, efficient, and quick, solving the problem with a smile. The accommodations are comfortable and the room was clean. It’s not luxurious, definitely not 5-star accommodation, but it is comfortable, perfectly suitable for the beach, literally steps from the sand ,and has possibly the best view you can get in Cannon Beach. - "This place has all the amenities, it is steps from the beach, an easy walk to downtown, and going the other way to Haystack Rock. The kitchen is the kind you can really cook in! But mostly, the house seems like it's been well loved by the owners for years, it is beautiful and idiosyncratic, it's not someone's fourth home or an investment property, it's a real family beach home. Easy beach access just 100 feet from the front door. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, and full bath; upstairs is an open air concept living space with comfortable family room, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and second full bath. Large picture windows offer unobstructed, breathtaking ocean views while dining at the kitchen table or relaxing on the comfy sofas. The 2nd story outdoor balcony is a great place to view an amazing sunset over the ocean, while having an evening cocktail.

This home is inviting from the first moment you arrive. The front yard garden has been lovingly tended and is a complete joy from the front gate to the walk up to the porch. With a bench on the front porch it's a perfect spot to have a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the garden.

The living room has a gorgeous gas fireplace to relax by and a TV if you just can't miss “the game”. The galley kitchen is well stocked with a cozy nook for dining at end of the kitchen.

There are two bedrooms at Lil Bird Cottage. The first bedroom is light and airy with a double bed, armoire, and a fun pink light fixture. The second bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle. The two bathrooms make it easy for everyone. One has a shower stall for those who love showers and the other has a claw foot tub for those who need to soak their cares away.

The back yard is one of the best surprises. The yard has plenty of room for your four-legged friend to run and it's completely fenced to keep them safe. With a picnic table in the yard, a bench by the tree, a bistro set on the deck, extra benches on the deck and two comfortable chairs to relax in, you have your pick of places to hang out in the back yard. With a BBQ on the back deck as well there's not much missing from Lil Bird Cottage.

Truly get away from it all at this adorable, dog-friendly, two-bedroomhome, Sandpiper Cottage. This is a wonderful place to unwind. Your time here can be spent relaxing at the beach, reading, or just lounging on the back deck and soaking up some sun. This is a great place to disconnect from the world but don't worry - there's WiFi throughout the house, so you can still stay as connected as you want to be!

Inside, you'll find a gorgeous river rock gas fireplace, a comfortable living room with lots of spots for curling up with a good book or enjoying a glass of wine in front of the fire. There's a stereo with a CD player so you can bring your favorite music from home, and board games to borrow for an after-dinner activity. There’s also a large screen TV for viewing your favorite movies but there is no cable connection

The sunny and bright eat-in kitchen has a table for four, as well as major appliances like a refrigerator and stove-top/oven, along with a collection of countertop appliances, like a microwave, mixer, coffeemaker, and coffee grinder. You can easily fix breakfast, lunch, or dinner in this well-stocked space, all while admiring a nice view of this quiet neighborhood from the kitchen windows. There is not a dishwasher, but when you're on vacation, even washing dishes can be relaxing.

A queen bedroom is quaint and cozy with a snuggly, colorful quilt, a small closet, and bedside tables. There are reading lights in case you want to retire with a good book - you're on vacation and here, you can read as late as you like. In the morning, just wander to the kitchen for some freshly brewed coffee.

The second bedroom has a set of twin beds, perfect for kids. Like the whole house, the bedrooms have wood paneling and decorative touches like stained glass and colorful artwork on the walls. Sandpiper Cottage will sleep up to four guests ( or five if two of them are children ) and one dog for an additional nightly fee. The full bathroom has a fun plaid motif with wainscoting and a walk-in shower.

Outside, you'll have a wonderful grassy lawn and accents like flowered window boxes which give the cottage a storybook feel. This fenced space is great for kids and dogs to play, while the deck is ideal for a glass of wine in the evening or an afternoon cookout. And when you want to head down to the beach, easy access is only two houses away and down a short path.

You are welcome to bring your dog buddy with you but note Sandpiper Cottage is happy to host 1 dog only - 20 pounds or less. Please know there's a $60 plus tax fee per dog per stay.

- "Perfect gor the two of us. Location fantastic to walk to beach. Well stocked for what we needed to cook. The only difference in the listing and the home was no washer /dryer. We would stsy here agsin" - "This beautiful little bungalow was a pleasure. Less than a block to a beautiful flat stretch of beach, easy to access with Haystack Rock included. Clean as a whistle, well stocked with all our needs, a cozy gas fireplace and overstuffed chairs begging for 2-3 hours of reading time. Two comfy bedrooms stocked with warming quilts and a cute kitchen great for breakfast coffee look out on a manicured backyard and deck that will get lots of summer sun and is protected from beach breezes. The staff were easy to work with and responded quickly to our minor electrical problem which merely needed a circuit breaker switch. We will return soon...this is now our "go-to place in Cannon Beach."

Wood paneled walls and ceilings create a welcoming atmosphere that includes everything from a full kitchen to WiFi and a washer and dryer, so you can sit back and relax. The living room, dining area and kitchen all combine for one large great room on the main floor. Cable and a DVD player (and even movies!) are included, so movie nights are a must in the inviting living room. Settle into either of the two leather sofas, or on either of the two over-stuffed armchairs. On rainy days, choose a book from the shelf and grab a cup of tea to spend a quiet afternoon in.

You can fire up the gas grill on the outside deck to cook up a delicious dish. If grilling isn't your thing, let your soup simmer on the stove in the full kitchen (which includes major appliances (although no dishwasher), a microwave, coffee maker, and more) while you play games at the dining room table for six.

A queen bed is in the downstairs bedroom, which is adjacent to a bathroom with a stand-alone shower. The washer and dryer are in the bathroom as well which makes clean up a breeze.

Singing Sands is one of the most unique houses in Cannon Beach. Built in 1920 and remodeled in 1999 to retain the cabin appeal, this home has been in the same family for years. The beach is only one block away and downtown is just two blocks way - a great location to explore everything!

The first thing you notice at Singing Sands is the glassed-in front porch which is the perfect spot for a good book, a cup of coffee, or a little nap. The living room has lots of seating, book shelves to explore, a TV and cable to watch, and a gas fireplace to warm up after playing on the beach.

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking any type of meal or for just gathering together around the large kitchen table. Make sure to try out the 1940's milk shake mixer that's been the family for generations. If you need a little extra refrigerator room there is an extra one next to the washer and dryer in the back room. Make sure to check out the old menu hanging in the kitchen from the “Singing Sands” restaurant in Cannon Beach – it’s a fun bit of nostalgia.

The back yard at Singing Sands is amazing. The deck has two picnic tables, outdoor chairs, a brick firepit, and horseshoe pit in the yard. There are also badminton and croquet sets. It’s a great place to hang out if it’s too windy at the beach.

There are three bedrooms and two baths with 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and 2 twin beds so there’s plenty of room for everyone.

If you are single and work from home, look no further. The studio has amazing wifi and storage. There is a microwave, air fryer, and cooktop. The queen bed in the loft is extremely comfortable. We have you covered with free on site laundry, as well. There is a shared community deck for your use. The best brewery in town is a 3 minute walk and the beach is a 5 minute walk. It is the perfect tiny "home sweet home" setup. Dog friendly as well, but your dog will not be able to get up to the loft.

I have lived in a van and a tiny home. I brought my expertise and passion for living in tiny spaces to this studio. It has everything you could possibly need in a tiny space with plenty of storage, great wifi, exactly what you need kitchenette, and an amazing bed. I do allow one dog for an additional pet fee of $250. I also have a rule that if I find dog poop in the backyard it is a fine of $25 each time I find it.

During your stay
Owner (me) will be on premises in spare bedroom. There is a possibility of 1 or 2 additional guests but typically unlikely unless a major beach weekend.
Since I will be in the house, I’m happy to offer advice on what to see and do in Cannon Beach. We generally have a quiet period after 10 PM and before 8 AM.

This classic 1931 cabin is an excellent single-level beach house for a stay in Cannon Beach, especially if you crave hanging out under shore pines in your own expansive back yard while the kids play on the lawn. Situated at the south end of downtown and just two short blocks to the ocean, Sophie’s Seabreeze promises easy, walkable beach, shopping and dining adventures for your stay. A sweet, light-filled living room has hardwood floors, paned windows, seating and even an antique writing desk. The adorable, updated kitchen is all ready for meal prep. Two bedrooms and a bath with a jetted tub give you retreat space, and a bonus room with a TV and queen sofa sleeper makes it easy to invite extra guests.
