It is constantly improving and we experience many weeks on end with no issues and some of the highest internet speeds available on the market, however, we wanted to provide you with accurate information and encourage you to do your own research on Starlink's performance. - "Timber Moon Getaway was just the relaxing time I was looking for. The house is beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and hot chocolate. There was a spice drawer and a cupboard with miscellaneous oils and vinegars. Even had oatmeal and waffle mix. The sound in the house travels though due to open concept, so not a lot of privacy. I could hear the family members up stairs pretty well. The only thing I would of liked was a TV downstairs. The check in was so easy. They have tutorials on everything you need to know. One more thing, the river is not as close as I thought either. Despite those things I mentioned I would definitely stay there again. Amazing time"

The River Bend Lodge certainly lives up to its name - a shady, wooded spot directly across from a waterfall in the Columbia Gorge area better! Rent this Washougal River vacation home and you’ll never want to leave. Oh yeah, and there’s a hot tub.

Builty by hand in 1972, this cabin accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. Enjoy a dramatic, two-story rock fireplace in cooler temps and a furnished deck on warm afternoons.

The lodge is built into the side of a hill, so you'll enter on the upper level, through the carport (that has room for two vehicles). Upon entering, make sure to slip off your shoes as this is a tread-free home. Plus, it’s more relaxing!

Gather on the deck to check in with your friends as the sun sets. Late at night, why not zone out in the media room, with its chaise and 60-inch plasma TV with Blu-ray and streaming Netflix? The chaise sofa also converts into a queen-size bed for those sleeping in this room.

You may prefer to sit quietly by the tall native rock, wood-burning fireplace and gaze out at the panoramic of the waterfall and Washougal River. This vista will surely lure you outdoors, where there’s croquet, a horseshoe pit, and even whitewater rafting and tubing nearby.

The surrounding forest is part of a 26-acre family compound that is shared with Eva's Cottage, a getaway for four that can be rented together with River Bend Lodge. Eva's descendants steward the land and maintain the forest with an eye to the enjoyment of future generations. There are four trails that wind through the property, so be sure to bring your hiking boots!

- "Better than pictures" - "We flew into Portland, rented a car & stayed four nights. The scenery and cabin were both gorgeous! We could have happily just stayed at the cabin the entire time. The only drawback for us is that we arrived in Portland separately so there were a couple of 2:00 a.m. trips to the airport. Due to the narrow, curvy roads & rainy conditions the trip took closer to 40 minutes each time. Our party of five was impressed with the cabin's features. The stone fireplace is stunning! As I said before we would have had a fire, but didn't get the message to the correct number. There is no cell phone coverage, but we were able to communicate using Wi-Fi & Apps to stay in contact with other local family. There is also a landline in the cabin. "

I was concerned about a shared wall since this is a townhouse, but there is a law office on the other side. Nice and quiet. This property is clean, updated, and nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable and there is a lovely outdoor space behind the townhouse. The upstairs TV is a little tricky bc it's hooked up to a PlayStation but my brother figured it out. Also there is no bathroom on the first floor; and when the listing says it might not be suitable for ppl with mobility issues, believe them. There are 2 sets of stairs you have to navigate regularly. We found the garage with no problem. One of the best things about this rental is the location. There is a ton of stuff within waling distance of this place and it is such a nice area. We loved it! I will say there is considerable street noise on the street side of the house but it dies down at night so it wasn't an issue for us. The hosts provided coffee and toiletries and were very responsive. This was an amazing place."

Come stay in our renovated home on 1.5 acres in Orchards, Vancouver. Conveniently located 10 minutes from I-205, the interior of the home features an open floor plan with two living spaces, dining room, laundry area, and a kitchen with updated appliances and many kitchen accessories for all your cooking needs. Its a great place for a whole family to stay or to meet up with family from out of town. The home has many games, puzzles, cable and smart TV for inside entertainment.

We have a jacuzzi right outside the back door under cover and an amazing 1.25 acres of private forested park perfect for morning walks, or for the family to just run around. It features a backyard gazebo and lounge furniture, seasonal vegetable garden, open grass areas, a bamboo forest path, and another outdoor seating area with a picnic bench and fire pit (when conditions are allow). There is one parking spot in the covered parking at the house and then many additional spots in the back gravel parking area for other vehicles. The property does have an outdoor surveillance system. The home is located with in walking distance to a neighborhood park and bike trails and is a 5 minute drive to many grocery stores and within 10 minute drive to Vancouver mall. Conveniently located only 10 minutes away from the 205, it makes it a great location to visit many Pacific Northwest day adventures, such as Hood River, Columbia River, Portland, PDX Airport, and beyond.

We have Wi-Fi access and a designated workspace so that you can work peacefully. The well-stocked kitchen will have you covered at mealtime. The cottage has a main floor bedroom with a queen bed, an upstairs bedroom with a queen and a twin bed, and an open loft area that can accommodate an additional person for sleeping (additional person fee per night). The bathroom is located on the first level.
We understand that your furry friends are part of the family, which is why we're delighted to welcome your well-behaved dogs to Little Creek Cottage. For a small pet fee of $50 (for up to two dogs), your four-legged companions can join in the fun and relaxation of your countryside getaway. Please note that the pet fee must be settled before check-in. While the yard is not fenced, we kindly ask you to keep in mind that wildlife may also be present, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay for all.
Please note that there are steps up into the cottage as well as between the porch and the deck.
Outdoor security cameras are installed on the property.

Throughout the year, we rotate the alpacas and sheep to assist with grass mowing. They might be in a designated enclosure on the cottage property during your visit. The owners and farmhands will care for the animals and will have access to this area.

During the summer months, there may be a burn ban in effect.
