Upper unit duplex with a private entrance and smart lock. Prior to your arrival, we`ll provide you with a special link for keyless entry. Our driveway can accommodate up to two cars on the LEFT side, but please be aware that it has a slight incline due to the property`s hillside location. For your safety, we kindly ask that you exercise caution while using the driveway. We`re excited to have you as our guest!
1. Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vaping, and e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside our home. Due to the difficulty of removing smoke odors, violations will result in a $500 fine

2. Footwear and Furniture Policy:
- Shoes are to be worn outdoors only; disposable indoor slippers are provided for your comfort.
- Please refrain from placing dirty feet or jumping on furniture.

3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, especially in outdoor spaces. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone.

4. Check-Out Procedures:
- Leave the house the way you found it (no need to make or strip beds).
- Place used towels in the bathtub or shower.
- Ensure dishes are placed in the dishwasher or sink.
- Take trash and recycling out to the bins provided.

5. Extra Guests Policy: Reservations exceeding 6 guests will incur an additional fee of $50 per person, per night. Please ensure accurate guest counts when booking.

6. Pet Policy: Your furry companions are welcome here!
- A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog (up to two dogs) per stay applies to any dog on the premises, whether staying overnight or visiting.
- Dogs should not be left unattended unless crate-trained. A spacious crate is provided for their safety and comfort.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning caused by their pets.

7. No Events or Parties: Events, parties, or large gatherings are not allowed on the property. This policy helps us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests and neighbors.

8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed free of charge up to seven days from when the reservation is made.

The kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, and utensils you need. The kitchen felt like home and not just a few random things like I’ve found in other rental homes.
