There is a lot of road noise early in the morning since condo is located just off road. Can't imagine sleeping 6 here. There are two queen beds and two mini futons in upstairs bedroom that might serve for children, but not adults. Kitchen needs to be restocked with a few more items. Pretty sparse on cutlery and basic dishwear. As others have mentioned, there is no Internet in the area, so print off what you need to check in. Good wifi once you actually get in unit. Small deck had BBQ which we didn't use. It only had one canvas chair to sit in, which was in terrible shape, so no one wanted to take a chance. Two deck chairs would have been appreciated. There is a row of cabins in front of unit which seem to be long term rentals. Overall this unit is on the small side, but clean and looks at water (partially obscured by cabins in front) "

That's untrue unless you count here tiny piece of land called "whale park" as a beach {which google does} The access to the beach was there stair you have to drive too across the bridge, if u look out from the rental room u an see it from there. as a Disabled person i was looking forward to be within walking distance of the beach and was kind of bummed out from the untruthfulness of that photo. When we went back to the website mind you the photo seemed to be removed. Other than that you have a sliding doors, so if you wanna listen to the beach waves you will have to put a wooden dowel in the slid path to keep the door from being able to slide all the way {if you worry about intruders} and also the tv is TINY AF and you cant really see it from the bed either. If you wanna cook on the poach keep in mind there's no tables so you will have to bring a table and you bbq grill or cooker of some sort. also be carful of the railing one of them is very wobbly!! other than thoes issues our time was very peaceful, and relaxing, neighbors were quiet the town is quiet, i do not recommend going to shops/ restaurants they are hella overpriced. and the restaurant right next door is not only expensive but has a gratuity included{had no idea} and will prompt for a tip still. Ice-cream shop is great tho!"

One chair for a room that can fit 4 was kind of odd. Wednesday night, a loud beeping would periodically come from the room next to mine. It woke me up a couple of times but no biggie. I woke up really under the weather on Thursday and wanted to spend the day in the room.The beeping started and went on from 9-11:30 am. I lodged a case and figured it would be taken care of. I didnt get notification that it had been fixed, and then the beeping started again around 5pm. At that point I texted the contact number again but didn’t feel confident that anything would be done at that point in the evening. I ended up booking another hotel room so I would be able to sleep soundly. Overall the room was fine but that beeping almost drove me mad."

- "The room was clean and warm (we went in the winter), there is a nice view of the ocean and it's a like two minute walk into the little downtown area of Yachats. - "Easily walkable to pub and restaurants. Short drive to Cape Perpetua Visitors Center for great hiking and tidepools. The room was very clean and homey. Not super quiet, 101 is right out the door and did get a little noisy when we had neighbors. We had a good stay." - "-The TV control needs new batteries. Thank goodness it was easy to turn the TV on by a button that is on the TV. The Cable control worked great. -The bathroom could use some extra hooks on the back of the door to help hang clothes on. -The outside of the building could use some TLC. Plants growing up through the foundation against the building walkway. -The gravel parking area by trashcans and electric car charger, of building that has Driftwood room, is washing out by the road causing a deep ditch to have to drive over when parking the car next to the building. -The big picture window in my room blinds would not lower down at all no matter what was tried. They stayed up the entire time. Thank goodness there were drapes to pull. -Refrigerator freezer caked with a ton of ice. Needs defrosted badly."

- "The shower was warm enough to thaw me out after I walked on the beach. The water pressure provided a nice scalp massage." - "Overall we were very happy with our room here. The room was clean and appointed as described. The whale park was right out front, but not disruptive. The highway wasn't a problem for noise, yet we got to look out over the inlet and the ocean. We could walk everywhere in town and there were multiple restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The parking was easy. We even had skylights, which was great during the thunderstorm. My chief complaint was the bed. I woke up multiple times each night and was extremely sore the first morning, although subsequent nights were a little bit better. It was also very loud. Every time we sat down or moved around it made a ton of noise, which we felt embarrassed about since the neighboring room could surely hear it. Linens and pillows and such were good though. We didn't bring a dog, but I liked that it was dog friendly. We met dogs staying in neighboring rooms."
