- "I thought I was booking a type of condo, instead I discover that it is just a normal extended stay hotel. If I had known I would have simply gone to their website and booked rather than pay the extra high cleaning fee and other VRBO fees. I expected a kitchen and what I really got was a built-in 2 burn hot plate, refrigerator and microwave. There was not enough of anything, utensils, pots, cups to actually utilize the so called kitchen. We requested our room to be cleaned 3 days in a row and we came back to it untouched. We needed fresh towels after 4 days at a min. We actually ran out of toilet paper and tissues because they could not be bothered to property stock the room. So if you are staying a night or two and do not think you need anything more than a bed and a bathroom this could be the stay for you. If you think this is a short stay residence you are wrong. IT IS A HOTEL. Nothing more nothing less."

ABOUT THE PROPERTY

This lovely two-bedroom is located within the Emerald Place Apartments community just a quick 10-mile trip from hip downtown Portland. Enjoy this refuge away from the hustle and bustle of urban life while also being close enough to easily access everything the city has to offer. There’s also plenty to discover in Beaverton, including shopping at the new Tanasbourne Mall, grabbing some locally-grown produce at the Beaverton Farmers’ Market, and taking in the natural wetlands and towering trees. Unit features include an in-home washer and dryer, a private patio, and pets are welcome. Building amenities include a 24/7 fitness center, garden paths, a terraced swimming pool, and a clubhouse with a chef’s kitchen.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• This home uses the Latch App for keyless entry. A smart phone and app is required to gain access
• The building is currently having renovations. Some noise may be heard
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• 1 outdoor parking lot space is available, $200.00/month, per spot. REACH OUT TO HOST for details.
• In the event that you plan to bring your furry friend(s), please note that we charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 for your first pet and $250 per additional pet and have a limit of 2 pets max. See our host profile for breed restrictions.

Comfortable private studio bedroom and bathroom in the beautiful Orenco neighborhood of Hillsboro Oregon. Close to Intel and Nike. Just a couple blocks away from the Orenco Station MAX metro light rail line and Orenco Station's charming restaurants and shopping village.

This studio can comfortably accommodate two adult guests. There is space to fit a pack-n-play if bringing a child. It has a private entrance on the side of the house. The space comes equipped with a small kitchenette including a mini fridge, microwave, an induction cooktop, basic cookware, dishes/utensils and a small sink. I provide coffee and a few refreshments as well. There’s a fold-out table for dining or to use as a small desk for those who need a quiet workspace. There is a wardrobe rack to hang your clothes. The bed is queen size and there is a large window overlooking garden beds in the fenced back yard. There is a lot of control of lighting because the window faces the sun but also has blackout blinds.
