- "Friendly staff" - "The property and front desk staff were great! The only issues I had were these: There was a sticky substance left on my desk in my room when I checked in. I went out to my car and tried to get back into the back door at 10:58am (just before checkout) and my card was already cleared and not working for me. Check out is 11am and that is the time it should stop working..not a few minutes before. I had to walk in the slippery ice to the front door to get my card reactivated and it took a lot of unnecessary time to do that...especially since the walkways at back of bldg were not salted. (The front of bldg was salted and had walkable walkways). Regardless of these issues, overall it was a good stay! "
