This craftsman-inspired cottage is in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to Stewart Park and is only a ten minute walk to the city center or to the Humboldt State University campus. The cottage interior is comfortable and well appointed, with open floor plan which includes a living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, microwave and a refrigerator. The tiled bathroom features a tub/shower combination. The living room sofa makes into a bed which can sleep either one additional adult or two children. Beautiful maple floors, hand woven carpets, a leather sofa bed, an original Morris style chair, historic photography and original works of art add warm ambiance to the main living area.

A door separates the bedroom from the living area which allows privacy for guests using the sofa bed. Guests will be able to enjoy a good nights sleep on the queen sized bed which features a Sterns and Foster ultra-plush pillow top mattress, down pillows and fine linens.
