We came in the middle of summer and the AC units kept us cool without any issues. It was too warm to try out the hot tub, but we hope to visit again so that we can! If you are a light sleeper this may not be a good fit. There is also a “Glamper” at the back of the lot that has a separate yard and enters off the alley. ALL units have completely private and separate entrances as well as Private AND Separate fenced yards.

- "Great" - "This place was terrific! We stayed in the basement apartment over the July 4th holiday. The place was very quiet, and very cool (the outside temp was quite hot). The amenities were superb, the bed was SO comfortable. It was as comfy as my bed at home. And, I have chronic back issues, but this bed was wonderful. It gets a bit less quiet when there folks are in the top floor apartment, but that’s what earplugs are for. :)" - "This was such a beautiful and quaint lodging. We prefer that guests utilize the BBQ grill for cooking when possible and we provide cast iron pans and a Grill with a burner. There are VERY thorough directions on how to use the stove. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table with additional seating for up to (4) that can also double as a work space.
There is a private bedroom with a "camper" FULL/QUEEN bed, drawers and a closet for your personal items. Perfect for up to 2 people with additional sleeping area for 2 in living area **Comfortable bed with clean & crisp linens , down pillows and extra blankets. This is not the original camper mattress - the owner has replaced it with a high quality mattress to ensure a great nights sleep .
Full bathroom shower, **hot water is limited and is great for a quick rinse but not ideal for a full shower*** with plenty of room to store your items. High quality towels & linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience as well as a hair dryer. NOTE* The hot water tank is VERY small and will provide for a VERY quick rinse but a full shower is not possible so please remember that this is a camper with limited amenities!!

**NOTE: This is a camper and is comfortable for 1-2 guests and can be a tight fit for additional guests. It is definitely a tight space in general and recommended for those that are happy spending time in the yard and are out adventuring during the day! Hot water is VERY limited due to the sieze of the water heater. The backyard is completely separate and fenced off from the main house, however there will be other guests at the main residence during your stay.
This is a “glamping” experience and the camper does have modern amenities, however it is still a camper. There are some items that take extra attention including utilizing propane tanks, and use of plumbing. The heating/cooling can be hard to maintain a constant temperature when it is extremely HOT or extremely COLD. The plumbing is sensitive and there are additional pre-cautions and directions for using the camper. If you are expecting this camper to replicate a home, this may not be a good fit for you!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the camper, the separate and private yard and (2) parking spaces in the alley. Entrance is from the alley behind the main house.

- "Overall stay was good. Trailer was very well decorated and accurately described. I t was warm even though it was cold and rainy outside. It was quiet and secluded. Shower was moderately comfortable for a trailer. Only two negatives is the host originally did not send checkin information. Contacted vrbo. They got in touch with host and then the host emailed everything. It was smooth from that point on. The only other negative is that the bed was a little firm for my taste and small for two individuals. I believe it was a bit smaller than a queen but bigger than a full. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

This Apartment is a large 1 bedroom apartment. Quiet and secluded. Centrally located a couple blocks from Twin Falls historic downtown. Within walking distance to restaurants, brewery's, city park, and library. The terrine Bridge statue is located at the Twin Falls City Park.
This unit is located on the backside of the larger house.
- "I really enjoyed this place. It was comfortable and convenient. The hosts were friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend." - "Great location couple of blocks from downtown. Not the fanciest place but did the trick. One little thing that bothered me was that you couldn’t open any windows to get fresh air. We just ran the ac on air only the whole time we were there. But the place was clean."

- "The propery was just as advertized. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Both bathrooms were stocked with amenities that we forgot to pack. As well as the kitchen had everything we needed to start our day and finish our evening. Thank you for that. Neighborhood was quite. The natural sunlit rooms made it feel more like home. I would definitely book this property again while visiting. Communication with the host was almost immediate, from beginning to end. You wont be disappointed. "

Noise Potential-
With being so close to Kimberly Road (which is a main road), mornings and evenings maybe noisy. Air conditioner unit is currently installed in the bedroom and maybe noisy to you. Train tracks are nearby, you will hear the train when train goes by which train goes by maybe once per day but may go by more. Earplugs are provided if you need silence or to help you sleep. I cannot change the location of this property. If you feel this would be bothersome to you then this is not the right place to stay.

Full bathroom shower, **hot water is limited and is great for a quick rinse but not ideal for a full shower*** with plenty of room to store your items. High quality towels & linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience as well as a hair dryer. NOTE* The hot water tank is VERY small and will provide for a VERY quick rinse but a full shower is not possible so please remember that this is a camper with limited amenities!!

**NOTE: This is a camper and is comfortable for 1-2 guests and can be a tight fit for additional guests. It is definitely a tight space in general and recommended for those that are happy spending time in the yard and are out adventuring during the day! Hot water is VERY limited due to the sieze of the water heater. The backyard is completely separate and fenced off from the main house, however there will be other guests at the main residence during your stay.
This is a “glamping” experience and the camper does have modern amenities, however it is still a camper. There are some items that take extra attention including utilizing propane tanks, and use of plumbing. The heating/cooling can be hard to maintain a constant temperature when it is extremely HOT or extremely COLD. The plumbing is sensitive and there are additional pre-cautions and directions for using the camper. If you are expecting this camper to replicate a home, this may not be a good fit for you!

As the upstairs unit is our primary residence, you will likely hear some walking or the sound of our cats playing. We try to be mindful of our guests and abide by the 10pm-8am quiet hours and ask that guests do as well. We provide ear plugs, fans and commercial-grade noise machines in each bedroom to help with the noise. Please note that there is no thermostat in the basement for our guests to control but the space stays well insulated. We run A/C in the summer and heat in the winter to keep it comfortable for our guests. We also provide space heaters in each bedroom and the living room as well as fans in both bedrooms. We are also happy to adjust the thermostat as requested by our guests. We are pet friendly but do charge a $40 pet fee that we fully pass onto our cleaners due to additional cleaning required after our furry guests stay. Please note that we also have two cats that live upstairs. While we don’t allow them in the Airbnb, dander may travel through the vents and could bother guests who are allergic to cats.

All you need to be comfortable. Queen Bed & Couches lay flat to queen as well. Close to Twin Falls with many things to see and do. Restaurants, shopping, groceries, movie theatre are all nearby. Snake River Canyon & Shoshone Falls just a hop skip and jump away.
The space
You have a private driveway with a limit of 2 cars for parking. Enter through the side near the driveway into a lovely new bedroom with queen bed, a desk provided if needing to get a little work done. Spacious Walk in Closet and extra bedding and blankets. Comfortable living room with TV - reclining sofas and cozy blankets. We provide coffee, tea, creamer, some bottled waters, laundry pods, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, bath towels, etc. We have 2 dogs that bark only when people come to our door, but they are friendly, hope that should not be a problem for you.. We are not allowing pets - not for the reason that we don't like pets, but we need to keep this apartment spot free and allergy free for future guests. We have a 2 guest maximum but if there is a special need to have an extra guest or two - or children we can consider that. If we do approve it, additional cost of $25 per person per night and the cleaning deposit will double and be added to the bill. The request would have to be made in advance as I have to have airbnb change to billing to accommodate your needs.
