This is the basement apartment of a home in a quiet, central forget how close you are to everything you came to visit in Utah Valley. Walk to University Place/Costco for shopping, restaurants, a park and movies. BYU and UVU events are just 5 to 10 minutes by car. (There is a private gate from the neighborhood to the mall).

In the first bedroom is a queen bed & in the second bedroom is a set of a bunk beds with a full size mattress that pulls out to sleep five comfortably in the bedrooms. The kitchen is full size and includes everything you need when you get tired of restaurant food: full size oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, crockpot, electric fry pan. Utensils, plates and dishes are also provided.

We doubt you'll want to spend much time laying around watching TV but when you do there is a 40" TV and a DVD player. The TV includes Roku which will give you access to your Netflix, Hulu and other accounts. Fast wifi is also available.

You have off-street, designated parking for the apartment . The entrance is on the right side when facing the home. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes, enjoy your private space off the street. There is also a fenced backyard with a slate stone patio and plenty of grass. Though the neighborhood is next to University Place Mall, there is no vehicle access from the neighborhood to the mall so there is limited traffic and noise. A pedestrian path to the mall makes walking access quick and safe.

It is located on the third floor, so there are tenants above and below the property and the noice insulation is very limited. The common areas were not very clean. Free parking is available for up to two cars on the driveway, plus you have the option to park one car in the shared three car garage if you would prefer.

The apartment is on the lower floor of a house, just four steps below grade, in a beautiful family-friendly neighborhood. It is a fully separate living space with a private entrance. The owners live on the upper floor. There is a door between the apartment and the main house, but it is equipped with a lock on both sides of the door for redundant privacy. One queen bed and one full bed, with two additional twin mattresses for additional guests. Pack-N-Play is also available upon request. Large above-ground windows provide abundant natural light throughout the space. The property has a large, well-maintained yard with beautiful shade and fruit trees, and the apartment includes free off-street and on-street parking.

This is a basement apartment with HUGE windows and lots of light in a quiet, central neighborhood--so quiet you'll forget how close you are to everything you came to visit in Utah Valley.

Walk to University Place Mall for shopping, restaurants, park and movies. Costco is a 2 min walk. There is a private gate from the neighborhood to the mall. BYU and UVU events are just five minutes away by car.

This is a basement apartment with two bedrooms. In the first bedroom is a queen size bed and in the second bedroom is a set of a bunk beds, and a single bed to sleep five comfortably in both bedrooms. We also provide a Graco portable crib!

The kitchen is full size and includes everything you need when you get tired of restaurant food: full size oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, crockpot, electric fry pan. Utensils, plates and dishes are all provided.

We doubt you'll want to spend much time laying around watching TV but when you do there is a 40" TV and a DVD player. The TV includes Roku which will give you access to your Netflix, Hulu and other accounts. Fast wifi is also available.

There is private, designated off-street parking for the apartment. The entrance is on the right side when facing the home. There is also a fenced backyard with a slate stone patio and plenty of grass. Guests are welcome to enjoy the yard and BBQ facilities but please schedule those with us should you want to have an event.

Though the neighborhood is next to University Place Mall, there is no vehicle access from the neighborhood to the mall so traffic and noise are limited. A pedestrian path to the mall makes walking access quick and safe.

The Utah Transit Authority's Mt. Timpanogas Transit Center is conveniently located within easy walking distance at the mall. From the transit center a bus can be taken to the Orem Front Runner station to Salt Lake City. During ski season, the bus to Sundance also stops at the transit center.

Guest access
Guests should park on the driveway strips on the right side of the house or on the street in front of the house. The entrance is on the right side when facing the home. This is a self check in anytime with the convenience of a lock box for autonomy to meet any schedule.

There are so many things available to you in this area. Almost every kind of eating establishment is with in just a few minutes drive and many within walking distance!!

There are also movie theaters within walking distance and a short commute to the mass transit front runner to head up to Salt Lake.

You will find that our apartment feels like home! It features a kitchen, privacy, and the comforts of home. It is a roomy apartment. The view of Utah Lake to the west offers amazing sunset views. The comfortable beds and awesome location make for a perfect stay.
The apartment offers on-street parking and a private entrance, so come and go as you please. The mountains offer hiking, biking, slkiing, etc. and are just minutes away; BYU and UVU are also conveniently nearby!

This apartment is in the basement of our home, with a walkout sliding door and private entrance, so come and go as you please!
It is newly furnished and is a great home away from home. Hiking and biking trails are minutes away, including The Bonneville Shoreline Trail (mountin biking) and The Murdock Canal Trail and the Provo River Trail(road biking, walking, running,etc.) are just down the hill from here. The local universities are nearby, less than 15 minutes to either UVU or BYU. This is a great location if you are coming to town for BYU football games or other events. The LDS MTC is near here, as well as the two LDS Provo temples are less than 15 minutes away. Sundance Ski Resort is also about 20 minutes away. Downtown Salt Lake City is just over thirty (30) minutes away, home of historic Temple Square, Hogle Zoo, The Utah Jazz, and other great venues/places.

You can request a later check out though the messaging system, if we are able to accommodate you (if no one else is checking in that day) then we will charge a $30 fee at the end of your visit through the resolutions center on Air BnB.

Cool fact: We just finished a full remodel of the entire building all the way down to the studs.
We are still making improvements on the outside, so don't be surprised if you see some of the changes when you arrive ;)

The entirety of apartment #176 is accessible to you. We will send you the access code a few hours before 4pm. You also have access to two parking spots. Simply send us the license plate # of the cars that belong to your reservation. Parking is not assigned so feel free to park in any open spot.
