Parking out front of our home in front of the left garage door, or on the street is fine. This is a studio ( open floor plan) configuration and upstairs above our garage. Located in a quiet neighborhood near Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell and so much more. Just 10 min away ~
We are close to restaurants, shops, museum, and the Glen Canyon Dam.

- "We have plans to drive to Page but a snowstorm and accidents closed the roads. We got stuck in Flagstaff last minute and missed a night in Amy’s place. We checked in the next day and had a very pleasant stay. Amy accommodated us with a late check out so we could make up for lost time and see the sights. She also offered to let us stay an extra night however, we were unable to do so because of work. Amy also refunded us for the night we missed without being asked. She was very communicative and honest. Recommend 10/10 if you’re looking for a cute place to stay in Page!"

There is potential for our guests to hear other guests due to sharing walls. Sleeps 2-4.

Welcome to our Desert Oasis: a newly renovated garden level apt that's PET FRIENDLY! Spend the day hiking or boating and then relax around the fire pit and enjoy the spacious yard. We are just a few minutes walk to the Rim trail, scenic overlook or the dog park. Off street parking for boat/RV. Pavlova's is an 1800 square foot state of the art dance studio with sprung oak floors, mirrors ballet barres, and piano. - "Great place to stay in Page!" - "This was the perfect location and size for our stay in Page, AZ. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a little chilly and windy on our arrival but the wall mounted heater in the living room warmed up the whole place very quickly. We visited Horseshoe Bend that evening - gorgeous ! We had hoped to do a kayaking trip to Antelope Canyon but the winds canceled that event. We hiked the Hoo Doo Trail outside Page instead - fun! Be sure to check out Big John's Texas BBQ in Page for a good and reasonably priced meal. On the way out of town towards Kanab, Utah we stopped and hiked the Wire Pass Trail which connects to Buckskin Gulch Trail (about an hours drive). This was a slot canyon similar to Antelope Canyon. Amazing and beautiful hike - we spent the whole afternoon there - highly recommend it. Getting back to the Cozy Cottage - this is a great place to stay in Page. If you need more room you can rent the upstairs also. And Lake Powell is right there too for the warmer months. Thank you for a lovely place to stay in Page."

Echo is a retro modern Queen studio unit remodel in summer of 2025 with all comfort of an a/c. heater, kitchenette, with fridge, coffee maker, sink, dishes, and toaster, 55" tv. Starlink wifi! Doug and his dog Simon live in back with own entry. Archaeologist, linguist, author and musician, Doug chose Ancient Voices as a theme with photos of ancient rock art and cliff-dwellings.

The space
The suite is a large apartment in the front of the house. The host does live on property most of the time, in the rear part of the house with a separate entrance.

This is an older home with some older fixtures and appliances. The lock on the sliding glass door can be tricky, so there is a board in the door track that can be used to block it from opening if you have trouble with it.

The tile in the bathroom is newly installed. It is a speckled safety tile which may not appear to be as clean as it is.

"THE PENTHOUSE" at Lake Powell is a unique Modern Industrial Loft with a farmhouse twist. It is located right in the middle of Page, only an 8 min walk from the best places to eat, drink, or grab a specialty coffee drink in the morning. The character of the steel beams and exposed utilities are proof you're in a commercial building and not a cookie cutter hotel.

All the local touristy activities are just a stones throw away. Multiple National Parks are drivable. Get out, explore, and have fun!

The space
The Penthouse, as we call it, has been our own private getaway for a few years and we have decided to share it with you.

You will love the sunsets through the window while sitting at the table.

The premium King bed is super comfy and you will be well rested for the next day's adventures. Please note it is a LOW platform style bed. Some people need a higher traditional bed with a box spring so please take that into consideration.

Guest access
Please park ACROSS the street from the property along the sidewalk. DO NOT park in the parking spaces or along the sidewalk on the same side of the street as the building. You will then just walk across the street into the parking lot and through the small gate to the right of the large glass windows.
DO NOT disturb the commercial tenants. Contact me if anything is needed.

To ensure a smooth check in experience you must have the Airbnb app on your phone. Navigating this app on your device is key to properly accessing the check in info onsite. There can be limited cell service depending on your provider, so please review the access info and code ahead of time and its advisable to screenshot or print those details just as a backup. If you have no trouble with tech or apps...you're all set.

Other things to note
Because there is a business downstairs, there is a bit of activity and noise after 7am (can be 6am just on Fridays) until 5ish pm. I've had two complaints of loud noises in 3 years and over 100 stays. If you need it dead quiet to sleep in until 8am, you should find another place. If you want a super cool, unique spot to shower, walk down for a beer and dinner, and rest your head before the next day's adventures, you have the right spot!
