Welcome to the Homemade Haven! This one bedroom, one bath apartment is located in the downstairs portion of our home. It is a walkout/daylight unit so you don’t get any basement-y feel. ZERO stairs to access the unit! The entrance is located on the backside of our house so you do have to walk around through the grass but it’s all flat.
The bedroom has one king size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a fan and luggage rack in the closet. There is also a TV with streaming apps. We offer additional beds in the form of air mattresses (twin or queen) and a pack-n-play available upon request that can be set up in either the bedroom or living room.
The living room has a couch with electronic reclining, an additional electric recliner, a coffee table that converts into a desk, and a 55 inch Tv with streaming apps.
The kitchen has everything you need, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink. It is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances.
We provide extra fans and heaters for you to run for temperature control or for white noise since we do live upstairs. There is also an Alexa speaker so you can play music. Wi-Fi is provided.

Comfortable, private apartment located above our home, with private rear access.(No access from main home) It's brand new so it's very clean and stylish, newly constructed second floor space. There is 1 bedroom with an eastern king size bed, dresser and Led flat screen TV with smart bluray player. The full-size bathroom has a custom tile shower (no tub) and personal washer and dryer. The main living area has a sofa that pulls out into a comfortable queen size bed. Dine in kitchen area features a full size stove and oven, single-serving coffee maker, full size fridge, freezer, deep sink and is fully stocked with basic kitchen cookware, serving utensils, and diningware. The hot tub is located within the fenced yard for safety. We are located near several national parks including, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and Grand Canyon, Dixie National Forest and Brian Head ski Resort, along with several lakes and state parks/rec areas. Red Cliffs Reserve, Snow Canyon, and Sand Hollow State Park are among our favorites!

We want to insure that all of our guests understand the only access to the apartment requires climbing a large flight of stairs. If you and your travel companions are not physically capable to safetly go up and down the stairs in all weather conditions (heat, rain, dark etc) due to age or physical limitations, we encourage you to book at another location. We want our guest to have the best vacation possible!

This is one of our favorite rentals so far because of the owner’s, generosity, cleanliness of the space, modern decor, and location."

The Space:

Boho has a very unique floor plan that makes the tiny home open and extremely spacious. Something you won’t find in other tiny houses. Boho has more windows and skylights than almost any other tiny house. This creates the perfect environment to enjoy the absolutely stunning red-rock views during any time of day. If sleeping in is your jam...we got you. All windows and skylights have custom blinds and shades so you can have all the cozy privacy you need.

And yes, you will absolutely be able to see the stars at night. Enjoy the milky way either outside on the private deck or through one of the three skylights.

Are you planning a summer trip but afraid of the desert heat? Zero stress here. Boho is equipped with a top of the line AC unit that will keep the entire house as frosty and cool as you and your family would like. Like a more moderate temp? Grab the AC remote and set it to your desire temp and within minutes you will feel right at home.

This is the perfect place to get away from it all but still have access to everything you need to be comfortable and stay plugged in if you choose. We equipped Beautiful Boho with wireless fiber internet, a big screen tv and wall outlets with usb access near the beds and in the kitchen.

Is that a cloud you are sleeping on? Nope, that is just queen sized purple mattress in the upper loft AND in the lower loft. Yep. You read that right. Boho has two purple queens. This is a dream for those who may not want to climb the ladder steps into the upper loft but still have an incredibly, possibly life-changing, sleep in the very spacious lower loft. Even that stunning couch in the living room loft folds down into an extremely comfortable bed. So no need to draw straws on who sleeps where, because every area is it's own little sanctuary.

Eating at many of the delicious and tasty restaurants in Hurricane or Zion National Park can be wonderful and fun. Sometimes, a nice home cooked meal is just what we need though, right? This unit sleeps 4 with a very comfortable queen size bed, with a queen pull out sofa bed in the living room. Extra sheets and blankets provided. You have access to a washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience. This condo has a private patio with outdoor seating as well. High speed wireless internet is provided along with Hulu Live TV service, streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment at no additional cost. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival.

You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more.

The space
This quiet Condo is located in Sports Village Resort. Located on the second floor (14 stairs up) with easy access covered parking. Featuring all new appliances including a 50" flat screen TV in living room and a 32" TV in bedroom. Fully functional dine in kitchen stocked with pots, pans and necessary cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Large Master Bedroom/Bathroom with double vanities & full sized shower. Beautiful private deck access through sliding doors in your bedroom.
Perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail, if desired. Towels are also supplied in unit, for use in clubhouse. Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are supplied. This unit sleeps 4 with a very comfortable king size bed as well as the queen sized sofa sleeper. Extra sheets and blankets provided. You also have access to a new washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience. High speed wireless internet is provided along with Hulu Live TV service, streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment, at no additional cost. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival.

You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more.

This casita is a brand new build. This casita was built in February 2022! It is an attached space to a permanant residence, which we reside in full time. You will have your own private entrance, and have an unshared personal space. Comes fully stocked with bedding, pillows, additional blankets, card games, cookware, toiletries, coffee pot, tea kettle, coffee, tea, and a few snacks! Outdoor amenities are shared with owners but please feel free to enjoy the guest seating area, BBQ grill, and firepit.

1 guest parking space available in the gravel, where parking sign is posted. Please do not block any gates, garage doors, driveways, etc. If more than 1 vehicle is arriving, please contact host for approval prior to stay. There are photos of the entrance in the listing for reference.

Ideal for visiting St George (30 min away), Zion National Park (30 min away), and many local State Parks. Close to the world’s best mountain biking and hiking trails.

Our local dog park is in walking distance (.4 miles away).

The beautiful Virgin River Trailhead is .5 miles walk down the road.

The space
This charming home has 2 bedrooms + one bathroom. There is a hide-a-bed couch for extra sleeping space + a full sized desk/workspace in the office.

The home has a cozy living area with a TV + Roku stick. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a small dining area.

Our loft is minutes away from Tuachan. It is a light and cozy studio casita , featuring two queen beds, kitchenette, a great bathroom with a washer and dryer. We have fast and reliable WiFi along with YouTube TV in the room. We have four pickle ball paddles and two bikes that are available for guests to use as well.

The space
We are minutes from Snow Canyon State Park, Tuachan, Sunbrook Golf Course, Sand Hollow Aquatic Center, and biking and hiking trails. Several restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops are within a mile of our loft. We are also one hour from Zion National Park.

The entire casita is available for guest use. It is accessed by a garage door side entrance then up eighteen stairs to the private and quiet home away from home.

The space
Large well lit downstairs apartment with all the comforts in a beautiful setting.
This basement apartment is very light and open, features 9 ft ceilings, and is approximately 1700 sq. ft. The unit is accessed through an exterior private entrance and a keyless entry system.

It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and large family room.

The bedroom has a king sized bed and walk-in closet. There is a queen bed in the family room, separated by a privacy curtain.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven and many small appliances including a waffle iron and mix. A BBQ is located on the back patio for you to use as well.

For your convenience, Wi-Fi is also provided.

NOTE: Children are welcome but must not be left unattended in the yard. A creek runs through the back of our property and can be quite dangerous during thunderstorms.

About two weeks before you arrive, you will receive an email with the driving directions and the keyless entry code so that you can get in without having to meet up with anyone.
