This basement apartment is very light and open, features 9 ft ceilings, and is approximately 1700 sq. ft. The unit is accessed through an exterior private entrance and a keyless entry system.

The bedroom has a king sized bed and walk-in closet. There is a queen bed in the family room, separated by a privacy curtain.

La Verkin is a small town located about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. We have a grocery store, a couple of gas stations and an excellent coffee shop. You will need a car to get around. We have plenty of parking.
