Beautifully designed studio perfect for up to two adults and two children (imagine a nice hotel room with attached bathroom). Queen Murphy bed with desk, bunk bed couch, kitchenette with small oven, bacon press, coffee maker, fridge, dining table, and more. Enjoy the patio with BBQ, community kids corner, ping pong table, outdoor bar area, fire pit, laundry room, business center, beach chairs, towels, and games.

The Space:
This one acre centrally located property close to the beach has four separate units. This is the executive studio apartment attached to the main house has a private gated entrance. You also have your own outdoor area to BBQ and eat as well as a community bar and eating area w/ TV. Common areas also feature ping ping & outdoor games. You also have a large community laundry room with business center/desk and printer for guest use, plus beach towels, chairs, an ice chest and family games for your enjoyment to check out for free.

Guest Access:
You will have access to your own private unit with private outdoor eating area with your own BBQ. You will also have use of the community bar area with dining and a TV next to the kids corner that has play kitchen, connect four and more. There is an area gated for guest with dogs which need to be on a leash when on the grounds. We have extra leashes and dog water dishes on site if you need to use them. Plenty of on site free parking

The Neighborhood:
Great area and close to the freeway, shopping and public transportation. You can jump on the freeway and be at the beach in less than 10 minutes! Be at Disneyland in less than an hour or head over to Legoland in less than 15 minutes. Centrally located to all the reasons one would travel to southern CA. Don’t forget Vista is the climatic wonderland of the USA with average temperatures in the low to mid 70’s year round. Vista is also the Brewery capital of the USA per capita!! Vista is also one of the best places to raise a family in the USA. You will appreciate the location the people and the weather. It’s the best in the west!

Getting Around:
You are walking distance to bus stops & shopping and close to the 78 highway and I-5 freeway. Your down the street from the Vista Court House and minutes to Tri-City Hospital if your a traveling nurse this is a perfect spot.
There is plenty of free parking on site.

Other Things to Note:
The property is located on a busy street but is set back from the road however if you have a dog or young kids you’ll want to keep an eye out because it is a busy road. We are currently having private gates designed for the front entry but for now there are no gates. Check out the drone photos on the listing. I stayed with my grandkids and dog and they were just fine but each family and pets react differently. It is a very private property on a beautiful one acre lot with gorgeous sunsets and coastal breezes.

Nestled within the rolling hills of Vista, we are 15-20 mins from the beach. Our neighbors have a rooster so you will hear the pleasant crow in the morning & occasional dusk crow. Definitely the best of both quiet mountain living & quick drive to the sand. A walk away from our local park & outdoor theater, Brengle Terrace Park and Moonlight Theater, where you can play disc golf, have a picnic, play basketball, pickle ball, or tennis. There's even a jungle gym for the kids. You can hear the musical rehearsals, performances, & events at Moonlight Theater being an open air stage but not after 10:30 pm. We are located between Legoland and the Safari Park for your visit with the kiddos. Reasonable stays helped me when I was a young professional looking for adventure or R&R, and it has been a great time providing a place for the like-minded since 2016.

Staying in the yurt is like glamping, not quite roughing it as camping, and you should know the bathroom is NOT in the yurt. It is 7 quick steps in the main house and this bathroom is for guests only. I tend to like to let guests enjoy their privacy, but am a quick text away for anything you may need.

- "I assumed there was kitchen and living space. No place to sit except bed. French coffee press not appropriate for this space. Had to wash in bathroom sink without dish soap.. no bench or seat in shower to shave legs. We could have stayed in hotel for same price and had a living space" - "So the VRBO itself is very nice. The beds are comfortable. It is very clean very modern aesthetics. The only two issues we had were. We assumed that there was a common place in our two bedroom unit, but the living room area was actually downstairs and it was a common place for the whole building as opposed for our room, which we didn’t understand or it was not made clear in the description and then the second ones we got locked out a few times And some of the codes did not work and getting a hold of the host and the property manager was a little tricky, but they resolved it and eventually we didn’t have any more issues"

Enjoy this private guest home with a sunset view and garden. You are close to the 78 Fwy and 5 Fwy. The drive to Oceanside and Carlsbad Beach is about 15 minutes away. Downtown Vista is about 7 minutes away. There are many amenities, including WiFi. You can see daily sunsets through the large sliding glass door. A nice getaway from the hustle and bustle.
The space
This has a convenient and easy access floor plan. You will be able to sleep soundly on a queen size bed. You can relax and watch your favorite shows on a 45-inch Samsung TV. There is a desk in the corner for you to work away on your laptop. You have free access to fast WiFI at 500 mbps. The kitchen area has ample cabinet space and the essentials for your cooking needs. It you prefer outdoor dining; there is a patio with outdoor furniture. There is a small fire pit outside to enjoy the evening and to toast marshmallows.
You will have access to the single-story guest home (Unit A) and a fenced side yard, and parking on the driveway in front. A resident lives in the main house with 2 dogs which can be reactive towards strangers. So, please avoid coming to the front door of the main house. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are close to many amenities such as Legoland, SD Animal Park, Wave Waterpark, beaches and much more. We are within walking distance to shopping and a few restaurants as well. Our community features a large swimming pool, spa, fire pits, BBQ areas, putting green, gym, community room with large screen TV and many walking trails that go through out the Shadowridge area.

The space
The apartment is downstairs and located in a 210 unit gated complex and comes with secure permit only parking and is 750 square feet. Fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with California king size bed with top of the line mattress changed out in June from the previous Queen size and there is a pull out queen size sofa in the living room with a nice size patio, and a bistro table to enjoy your morning coffee or a afternoon cocktail and has golf course views.

Two laundry rooms onsite that are open 8a-10p. $1.75 wash and $1.50 dry (machines are coin operated)

The entire space has easy access to USB and plugs for remote working or computers. The decor and furnishing are all new! The kitchen is fully-stocked and has all of the comforts of home. Melrose Place is your home away from home! Everything about the unit was designed to maximize space and give you options to make your guests comfortable, too. Even the coffee table turns into a work space or a dining table to enjoy a meal while streaming your favorite show on the new Smart TV.

For business needs, there is a dedicated work station and an on-site printer. The kitchen is fully-stocked with spices and condiments. This unit has a semi-private backyard patio table and a front seating area with fire pit and TV in the front for your exclusive use. You will be given access via 4-digit keypad code to your own private unit and keypad code access to the shared laundry room, upon request.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. Whether you’re cooking up a quick breakfast or hosting a family dinner, you’ll have everything at your fingertips.

There's a mini-split in the living area which provides heat and air for the entire unit.

Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a Pack 'n Play/crib, making it easy to accommodate your youngest travelers. We strive to make your stay as convenient and stress-free as possible.

The second bedroom comes with another king bed with plenty of storage and natural light.

The third bedroom offers a comfortable and cozy space, ideal for additional guests or children.

All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV.

Our full kitchen has modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. Whether you’re cooking up a quick breakfast or hosting a family dinner, you’ll have everything at your fingertips.
