The Space:
This one acre centrally located property close to the beach has four separate units. This is the executive studio apartment attached to the main house has a private gated entrance. You also have your own outdoor area to BBQ and eat as well as a community bar and eating area w/ TV. Common areas also feature ping ping & outdoor games. You also have a large community laundry room with business center/desk and printer for guest use, plus beach towels, chairs, an ice chest and family games for your enjoyment to check out for free.

Guest Access:
You will have access to your own private unit with private outdoor eating area with your own BBQ. You will also have use of the community bar area with dining and a TV next to the kids corner that has play kitchen, connect four and more. There is an area gated for guest with dogs which need to be on a leash when on the grounds. We have extra leashes and dog water dishes on site if you need to use them. Plenty of on site free parking

The Neighborhood:
Great area and close to the freeway, shopping and public transportation. You can jump on the freeway and be at the beach in less than 10 minutes! Be at Disneyland in less than an hour or head over to Legoland in less than 15 minutes. Centrally located to all the reasons one would travel to southern CA. Don’t forget Vista is the climatic wonderland of the USA with average temperatures in the low to mid 70’s year round. Vista is also the Brewery capital of the USA per capita!! Vista is also one of the best places to raise a family in the USA. You will appreciate the location the people and the weather. It’s the best in the west!

Getting Around:
You are walking distance to bus stops & shopping and close to the 78 highway and I-5 freeway. Your down the street from the Vista Court House and minutes to Tri-City Hospital if your a traveling nurse this is a perfect spot.
There is plenty of free parking on site.

Other Things to Note:
The property is located on a busy street but is set back from the road however if you have a dog or young kids you’ll want to keep an eye out because it is a busy road. We are currently having private gates designed for the front entry but for now there are no gates. Check out the drone photos on the listing. I stayed with my grandkids and dog and they were just fine but each family and pets react differently. It is a very private property on a beautiful one acre lot with gorgeous sunsets and coastal breezes.

One full size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 full size pull out thick foam-cushioned couch (not a sofa bed). Each bedroom contains a full closet. Bathroom has a full tub, shower combo. Close to Legoland, Safari Park, Carlsbad and Oceanside Beaches, short drive to San Diego Zoo and Disneyland. Quiet neighborhood.

- "This apartment was a perfect place for our family between moves. It is conveniently located to the freeway and provided all of the essentials you needed to feel at home. The kitchen was particularly well stocked to be able to cook- it even had an air fryer. The unit is upstairs over another apartment behind a home in a residential area so it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again as it was a great alternative to a hotel. It is not located in a touristy area which was a plus for us, but you are an easy drive from attractions or the beach. Nestled within the rolling hills of Vista, we are 15-20 mins from the beach. Our neighbors have a rooster so you will hear the pleasant crow in the morning & occasional dusk crow. Definitely the best of both quiet mountain living & quick drive to the sand. A walk away from our local park & outdoor theater, Brengle Terrace Park and Moonlight Theater, where you can play disc golf, have a picnic, play basketball, pickle ball, or tennis. There's even a jungle gym for the kids. You can hear the musical rehearsals, performances, & events at Moonlight Theater being an open air stage but not after 10:30 pm. We are located between Legoland and the Safari Park for your visit with the kiddos. Reasonable stays helped me when I was a young professional looking for adventure or R&R, and it has been a great time providing a place for the like-minded since 2016.

Staying in the yurt is like glamping, not quite roughing it as camping, and you should know the bathroom is NOT in the yurt. It is 7 quick steps in the main house and this bathroom is for guests only. I tend to like to let guests enjoy their privacy, but am a quick text away for anything you may need.

We offer a 240V EV charging outlet; however, guests are required to bring their own charging cables and adapters. This outlet has been successfully used by guests with Tesla, Rivian, Ford EV, and Chevy EV vehicles.

➣ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors

➣ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
➣ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
➣ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
➣ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
➣ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
➣ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
➣ The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through Airbnb resolutions if you booked via Airbnb

The place was perfect for 4 of us. Property was just as listed. The best part was how quickly the property managers replied. They were great to deal with." - "We were in town for our daughter's college graduation. This place is nice! To start, the staff's communication is excellent! Everyone was quick to answer my questions! So thank you for that! Next, the location was great! The coded doors and gated parking provided added security, which we appreciated! Next, the suite was beautiful! I love the updated decor and the cleanliness of the space! The beds were super comfortable! My husband, son, and I discussed this throughout our stay! And the rain showerhead in the shower was an added treat! I also love that they made supplies available in the communal supply closet. The last thing we wanted to do was inconvenience anyone at all hours, so being able to access those items 24/7 was perfect! Also, the food locations nearby were good! Jackson's was our favorite and so DELICIOUS! Lastly, being that the building is surrounded by concrete and asphalt, if you bring a pet, please note they have a small area for your pet to relieve themselves consisting of landscape rocks underneath the outside stairs. There is no designated grassy or astroturfed pet area available on site. I shared my ideas, hoping they'd consider them in the future. They were very kind and considerate of my suggestions.
