- "If you are looking to get out of the city and enjoy the country side this is a good option." - "The massive house has everything you need for a long stay (including a complete kitchen to prepare Thanksgiving dinner). The picture do not do justice to the 360 degree views from inside and outside the home. We were able to catch the sun set over the Pacific Ocean every night. Opened up the patio sliding wall for a great breeze through the home. Minor issues with TV and they didn’t get some basic channels (including ESPN), but with all the games, fire pit, and space, we didn’t miss anything. Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Very attentive host, thanks Cam!"

The brand new Spanish style home was finished in Jan. 2023 featuring smooth stucco, mudded tile roof, exposed wooden beams, marble countertops, oak wood floors and saltillo tiles. Guests enjoy breathtaking views with custom windows and french doors along with a private separate gated entrance and parking available for up to 4 vehicles. The property has beautiful landscaping including DG (decomposed granite) for easy access, citrus and olive trees. Netflix/Hulu/Amazon/Disney+/internet/utilities all included with 65 inch smart TV. Rest your head on a King bed with a firm and comfy mattress by Sealy Posturepedic in the master bedroom. There is an air mattress available too. The kitchen features all brand new Samsung appliances including gas range hood oven, stove top, dishwasher, and full sized refrigerator and freezer with filtered water/ice. We also require $100 for any additional guests staying overnight or past 11 pm. No more than 5 people total at the Casita.

- "This home is the definition of luxury. My family had the most wonderful stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Five beautifully appointed bedrooms furnished with a focus on luxury and comfort. The large common area with fully stocked gourmet kitchen, in kitchen dining for 14, and living room furnishings that include a large leather sectional with 70” tv and cozy seating in front of the contemporary gas fireplace provided the perfect setting for our large group. Mornings were spent enjoying coffee on the patio with serene views of the foothills; our evenings with a glass of wine and a relaxing soak in the generously sized hot tub. The kitchen provided everything needed to prepare breakfast and dinner for a large group, including a six burner gas range with griddle where we prepared mounds of Swedish pancakes for a crowd. The gas BBQ was the perfect option for fajita night, and the kitchen cupboards proved there was no cooking utensil or serving dish the owners did not think to provide. Check in was easy and very little was asked of us before we checked out; no need to strip the beds or stack the linens in the laundry. Just a request to load and run the dishwasher with that morning’s dishes. When we had a problem with the drip coffee maker, communicating with the host was simple and a new coffeemaker was provided quickly. This was the best vacation we’ve had in a long time. Thanks Cam!"

Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that Airbnb will not collect pet fees at the time of booking. This is collected after the booking has been confirmed and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.
• VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

• Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
• There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is overlooking the driveway.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
• Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
• Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.

Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
