Best location in Huntington Beach! We are located within a few steps from the famous Main Street
(with shops, restaurants, and night live), pacific city shopping center and dining, the Huntington Beach pier and the sand. Best of all, the home has central ac to keep you cool in the summer. Most homes around the beach area does not have ac. The home has 4 bedrooms (2 are master bedrooms each with a restroom, 2 regular size bedroom), and 3.5 bathrooms. All 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms are located upstairs. First floor had the living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and dining room. Third floor is an open top deck.
Huntington Beach is about 36 miles from from lax, 16 miles from Disneyland, 91 miles from sea world In San Diego, 45 miles from universal studios Hollywood.

- "The property itself was very close to the beach and main street which was great! Within walking distance there were so many shops, restaurants, cafes and activities so there was always something to do. The house had bikes, sand toys, boggy boards, and lots of towels for the beach. The only negative was that there wasn’t fans in every room in the house and the AC didn’t always get to the upstairs. The neighborhood was loud the weekend before the 4th with people surrounding the house doing fireworks but it was amazing watching the fireworks from the rooftop deck. We had one issue with the dishwasher but the host was very quick to get it fixed. Overall a great experience."

Test strips for the hot tub would have been nice to check chlorine and ph., we did not use it because we were unsure. Sprinklers would come on mid day, not very eco/green friendly. Outside lights at night in back bedroom very bright, had to put blanket over shades. Refrigerator needs a baking soda box for slight odor. Also please mark garbage/recycle cans in ally, we had to guess, they were empty."

- "A perfect rental property as it backs up to a busy noisy street. I would stay there again" - "We had to contact property manager to figure out how to get in house 2 hours prior. She did not contact us as host. House was nice layout but filthy and in disrepair… broken cabinets/mirror. Kitchen was dirty and we had to clean before use. Floor was dirty by evidence of black bare feet once walked on. Owner or manager put a car in garage while we were out and didn’t tell us thus we couldn’t use garage. Throw rugs needed laundry. I and my family members do not recommend this place. Good location to beach, but they need to clean up their act!!"
