I’m not particular about views when staying at a hotel, but I was fortunate and surprised to get a pool view that was just at the right angle to get a good portion of the beach view as well. But, after walking around the vicinity of the hotel, I’d say beach view or not, the surroundings are all gorgeous. I came to Huntington from Canada to roller skate and having the beach and boardwalk across the street was extremely convenient and allowed me to maximize my outdoor time. If you don’t mind a 15 minute walk on a nice day or night, you can walk to Walmart or Starbucks. Walking distance to downtown Huntington Beach area too where there are a lot of shopping and restaurant options. Staff are welcoming and friendly. My room was great. Property is well maintained. The large 19-by-15-foot bedrooms upstairs each have their own full bath, walk-in closet, TV and balcony. One bedroom has twin beds, and a queen-size sofa bed, while the other has a queen bed with lots of room to relax. The mattresses are new Sealy Posturepedic Pillowtops. Downstairs features a large living room with reclining leather couches that can double as beds if you choose, a big TV, a fully appointed kitchen, dining room and covered patio.
The shady back patio has a grill for BBQ fun, and also features an outdoor shower for returning beach-goers to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Welcome to Beach Walk Bungalow. Enjoy our updated, classic beach bungalow, which is 1/2 mile to the beach, Pacific City, HB Pier, and Main Street. Our downtown HB lot is split in half, holding two 1925 historic bungalows. Beach Walk Bungalow is entirely enclosed and private and sits tword the back of the property. The main entrance is off an alley surrounded by a six-foot-high fence. One off-street parking spot is available a few feet from the entrance gate.

Beyond the entrance gate, you will find sunny and inviting outdoor areas. The front grassy area has a dining table for four, an umbrella, a BBQ, and an outdoor shower for quick rinses of sandy feet. Around the corner are an outdoor sofa, chairs, and a fire pit table. Note: The bungalow sits on a raised foundation, so there are three steps up to the entrance door. The bungalow has a full kitchen, a private bedroom, and an ensuite bathroom. The living area has a TV, a work-from-home desk and chair, and a pull-out, comfortable sleeper sofa; this area is open to the kitchen, with everything you need to cook meals. The center island seats four on counter-height stools. The bungalow sleeps four. Please note: The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom, which means guests using the sofa bed will have to pass through the bedroom to use the bathroom. The bathroom has an interior locking door.

If you have two vehicles or daytime guests, off-street parking is typically available and easy to find unless it is a summer weekend or a local event is happening.

There is a small bungalow behind Beach Walk Bungalow that is rented part-time. This unit's patio abuts the back part of the Beach Walk Bungalow, and six-foot-high fencing, bamboo shades, and outdoor curtains ensure Beach Walk Bungalow guests' complete privacy. The stackable laundry unit sits in a private breezeway off the alley and is available for guest use.guest use.

Brand new completely remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, built in microwave above stove, beautiful stone counter tops and cabinets. Premium filtered water system for healthy drinking water which is also hooked up to the refrigerator for cold water and ice cubes. No need for to buy bottled water here. The cabinets have been stocked with an assortment of spices, herbs, condiments to create any meal of your liking.

With the unique location and how the coastline curves.
Walk or bike in several different directions and end up at a different part of the beach.
Go north and make a left on the first street ,Frankfort which curves and turns into 6th St and it will take you to the north side of the pier and “The Strand” shopping area.

Go the same direction and make a left on Main St. which takes you to the middle of surf city, home to decades old surf shops, and dead ends into Huntington Beach Pier. On the pier anybody could fish for free, or just watch the surfers or travel to the diner at the end.

Go West 2 blocks and make a left, it will take you to “Pacific City” the brand new oceanfront mall.

Go south and make a right on Beach Blvd it will bring you to the Hyatt Hotel which is across the street from Huntington State Beach. Which has also fire pits available.

The front of the building faces toward the morning sunrise coming over Santiago peak and Newport Coast. The south side of the street doesn’t have houses so this helps with extra parking, less congestion and better views.
