- "Rented cottage for five weeks. Good location only a few blocks from beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Clean, safe-off of street. Cute cottage. Had a couple issues that tested landlord. Firstly the oven stopped working. Dan, the landlord, immediately switched out old stove for new one. Great! Then a freak accident occurred when a palm branch from front of property was blown down during a windstorm and hit my car breaking off a side mirror. Landlord offered to pay to have it fixed! Really generous and shows he cares about his property and the people who rent from him. Both property and landlord are highly recommended."

Welcome to Laguna Beach, California! This lovely private guest quarter is at poolside overlooking the canyon with ocean views. This property is located in the hills above Laguna village and within a 15 minute walk to town.
This very quiet rental is the lower third floor of a large property which is completely isolated and blocked off from the rest of the house with independent access through a wide terraced walkway through the garden to the pool level.

The unit is completely furnished and offers a very large master bedroom with a King size bed and adjoining master bath. The living room includes sofa and dining table. A dressing area also provides a second bathroom with a large shower. Ideal occupancy is for two people, but bed cot and queen mattress available for guests. The unit is in pristine condition with lots of upgrades and private laundry facilities dedicated to guests.

THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. Parking is on the street directly in front of residence. A 48inch TV in master bedroom provides Netflix and access to other streaming services.
WI-FI service is available at no charge.

This property is not safe for small infants without the close supervision of family members and does not provide services for guests who need special facilities for wheelchairs or other physical impairment. The pool deck is very large with barbecue and patio furniture including a dining table and bar table overlooking ocean and canyon views. This area around the pool is enclosed and secured.

The cottage was as described-super clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Annette is a really great host. She met us upon arrival to let us in and walk us through the property. In addition, her guide book has every question & detail covered. If anything comes up, she is very responsive to texts. The house is equipped towels, bedding and all the kitchen essentials you need. She also has beach chairs & towels which helped us as we traveled from the east coast. There is a garage so parking is never an issue. The location is perfect. Whether you want to stay close or venture out, there is so much to do. It's two blocks from the nearest beach but close to many others-driving or walking. There is great coffee & food across the alley behind the house. Downtown Laguna is within a 10 min walk which we made daily. It's a short drive to the various local hiking areas or down to Dana Point. If you are planning a trip to Laguna Beach this home is a can't miss."

There is a bus stop for the free trolley right by the apartment that takes you to the village center/main Laguna Beach. Our teens loved it! The apartment itself is beautiful, classy, and perfectly furnished. The host even had coffee, creamer, sugar available for our use. There is a semi-private beach across the street and a private off-street parking, which my husband appreciated the most. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay."

Charming studio apartment with comfortable california king size bed, loveseat, dinette, bathroom and kitchen. 2-3 blocks to beach and downtown. Off street parking, on site laundry, and sun deck. Flat Screen TV, free WiFi. Secluded setting. Private fenced yard. Great location, clean. One block from grocery store, Jan's Juice and Gina’s Pizza, BlkDot coffee, as well as other restaurants, yoga, massage, etc. Many return guests.
