- "Rented cottage for five weeks. Good location only a few blocks from beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Clean, safe-off of street. Cute cottage. Had a couple issues that tested landlord. Firstly the oven stopped working. Dan, the landlord, immediately switched out old stove for new one. Great! Then a freak accident occurred when a palm branch from front of property was blown down during a windstorm and hit my car breaking off a side mirror. Landlord offered to pay to have it fixed! Really generous and shows he cares about his property and the people who rent from him. Both property and landlord are highly recommended."

- "This a lovely and charming house just a few blocks away from the beach in Laguna Beach. The neighborhood is very friendly and it is an easy walk to the beach and also to canyon trails. We all enjoyed the easy access to hiking trails and the beach access is just a quick walk and down some steps. The beach is breathtakingly beautiful and the sunsets are stunning. There is a fun taqueria with a great happy hour that we enjoyed on our way back from the beach some evenings. We brought our 2 dogs with us and they had a great time, too. It is a very dog-friendly community with a great dog park not too far away. The owner of this bungalow is kind, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I can't imagine a more perfect place to escape to during the winter."

The cottage has been lovingly furnished by the owners with treasures from their travels. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. We have a futon that is appropriate for a child. Original art adorns the walls, and the bookcase is filled with many interesting books and treasures. Everything needed for fun at the beach has been provided, including beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, umbrella, and beach towels. There is an outdoor shower with hot water so you can rinse off after the beach.

- "Beautiful home in a great location. Back yard is something special." - "This was our first time staying at Blessing Cottage and also our first time renting in Laguna Beach. The cottage is in an ideal location for beach, downtown and coast highway access, it really is in a sweet spot. The cottage itself is small but well stocked (particularly the kitchen!) and the book library is eclectic, interesting and extensive. We spent so much time on the beautiful back patio and yard that going forward we've decided that any unit we rent must have as nice of an outdoor living area like Blessing Cottage. Debra was a great host, excellent communicator and had helpful tips for things to do during our time in Laguna. We would definitely recommend her rental for small families or couples who want to be in the thick of all the activities that Laguna Beach has to offer."
