This room is only 47 inches (less than 4 feet) in height! It is a very small room and would be perfect for someone that just needs a place to rest their heads at night.

We have a washer and dryer in a house that has a small fee.

The private room is located in a beautiful house in sunny Laguna Beach. Your room comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed. Near our home, you will find trails, parks, and amazing sunsets! We are a 10 minute drive from the beach and downtown Laguna Beach. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, and backyard. We are 420 friendly! Finally, we do have a little dog so no pets allowed please.
The space
The property is quiet and calming since we are away from all the downtown chaos. The house has several other rooms and you will most likely share a restroom with another person.

The parking is available on a first come, first served basis. If you need a parking space, please inquire and we’ll let you know if it is available.
HOUSE RULES:
1. No shoes in the house, and please wear socks. In front of our door, you are allowed to keep 2 pairs of shoes, so any other shoes will have to be put away in your room.
2. Guests are not permitted to bring his/her friends or family into neither the house nor room. We do not want any form of a social congregation in, thus no parties.
3. The City of Laguna Beach has imposed a noise curfew at 10 pm. However, due to our neighborhood association, no abnormal or loud noises are allowed past 9:30 pm.
4. Due to high water costs in Laguna Beach, we allow guests only two showers per day.
5. Please do not throw unnecessary items into the toilet. We had guests toss used tampons, resulting in city officials coming to investigate our property.
6. We are a 420-friendly property. However, guests are only allowed to exercise his/her right in the backyard.
7. Guests are also permitted to do laundry only three times a week. Right now, we are under construction in the laundry room. Laundry is unavailable for now.
8. We do allow guests to bring their bikes and other belongings, but all of which must be left in their room.
9. Lastly, clean up after yourself. We have multiple rags and all-purpose cleaners located throughout the house. Please do not be shy to use it.
10. Please do not feed the dogs.
11. We do have cameras in our common areas. Upon law, we do have to disclose that to you guys.
12. Check in time is before 3 pm. If you do not check in before that time, you will have to come the following day at an appropriate time.
13. Please bring your own food, detergent, ziplocks, etc.
14. Lastly, we are not responsible for any lost items. If you are worried about them being stolen, please keep inside your private room.
