Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund for cancelations at least 90 days in advance. Guests are charged 50% 89 days prior to arrival. 50% refund for cancellations at least 60 days in advance. Guests are charged the remaining 50% balance 59 days to arrival. Cleaning fee refund only for cancellations within 60 days to arrival.

Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.

Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.

The credit can to be used within the window you canceled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.

- "In a perfect beachfront spot!! I love the fact that there is an indoor parking garage. This is our 2nd stay here, and i will definitely stay here again!! Beach access is awesome, the only thing is be sure you are able to walk several flights of stairs. The common areas are amazing, nice table seating and loungers, with a spectacular view of beach and ocean. It is centralized midtown so easy walk to shopping, and if you dont want to walk there is the trolley. Looking forward to going back!"
