The bathroom and kitchen were GORGEOUS and were very modern. The apartment is in an old unit and the stairs squeeked and groaned going up so I was always worried about the downstairs guests but it was part of the charm of the building. It seemed like a typical bungalow from the golden days. We walked a block or two to the store and it was lovely and had everything we needed. Parking was a little bit of an issue as I am sure it is everywhere in Long Beach. The host was very good at communicating and working to solve the issues. The only con I could see is the beds could be updated. They were not super comfortable, but the bedding was lovely. There were plenty of pillows and blankets and fans to keep everything comfy. The rooms were nice and big and had space for our stuff. It was overall a fantastic stay."

- "Beautiful ocean view from front windows. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchen. Couch and futon not that comfortable in the living room. Nice balcony off back bedroom. Great location. Only issue was with parking spots--we were assigned a tandem spot outside, which was fine, but when we wanted to check in and move our stuff in, someone was in the spot. Had to call property manager and then wait for her to resolve the issue. The next day we came back--someone again in the spot--managed to find the owner of the vehicle in one of the other rentals and they did move their vehicle--but that was still kind of a pain to have to deal with."

This home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. The device measures decibel levels; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations. Although we are extremely excited to welcome you and your friends/family into our home, this is NOT a party or events space.

No smoking allowed inside or on premises. Violators of this policy will be fined up to $1,000.

. Keep your volume respectful (day AND night) to our neighbors and honor the absolute outdoor quiet time from 8pm-7am.
. No outdoor gatherings from 8pm. Please close the patio doors and keep your entertainment inside after 9pm.
. 6 max total guests at ALL times. No In and out visits outside of the reservation.
. NO Pool and NO Jacuzzi use after 8pm.

We utilize the "Minut Smart Home" which has the feature of measuring decibels levels at the villa. If your noise level exceed our levels (shouting, loud music, etc) you will get a warning via text/call. If the noise continues for sufficient time after the warning, you will be asked to leave without a refund. If guests tamper with the hardware you will be asked to leave immediately.

This is a place to relax. If you happen to be outside after 8pm, keep the volume exceptionally low, just like you would in a library or yoga retreat.

- There is free Street Parking. Please be sure to double-check the parking signs before you leave your car on the street as you do need to move your car on street cleaning days between the hours stated on the sign.
- The back patio and front gate are shared with guests from the back house.
- We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There is one security camera located at the front entrance facing outside and one by the backhouse entrance, recording 24/7.

-Check-ins are only available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our team is only available during these hours to assist with any issues that may come up, so in order to offer you the best experience, check-in outside of these set of hours will be not authorized.

- Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.
- We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, so music and/or loud noises are not allowed at any time. We have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio to only measure decibels and detect higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and/or the city hall.
- Enforcing the same city rules, there are quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am
