- "Great neighborhood and very clean" - "My family of 4 spent 5 nights at this property and had the best time! We had more than enough room. The house is beautiful, roomy but cozy, and clean. It has everything you should need. The beds and linens were comfortable. We had lots of towels and I loved that each shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and clean and lovely-that's where we spent the majority of our time and I liked that there was an app to control the temperatures. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. They had games and cards and even an arcade machine and a pool table. The owner was super responsive and easy to communicate with and we had zero complaints all week.We will absolutely be back and we look forward to another amazing stay!"

- "We live vacationing in Orange County. Given situation with Covid-19 we decided to stay in a house and not a hotel. We stayed with another family and felt that the house was large enough for all if us. Having a pool was a must for us and we all loved the outdoor living space with a nice dining table and an outdoor sitting area. The house is in close proximity to laguna and newport beach. My children had a blast playing in the pool every day and one of my favorite activities was reading a book under the stars while relaxing in the attached hot tub. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Lake Mission Viejo, which allowed for bike rides and walks around the lake. The home is a ~30 minute drive to several top beach destinations such as Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, and Dana Point. The hosts also provided access to beach chairs, beach umbrella, and towels, which came in very handy for our trips to beach. The WiFi signal was strong enough for five people to be using simultaneously with no issues whatsoever, and we also had access to Netflix and Amazon Prime entertainment. The home was very clean when we arrived and there were plenty of sheets, blankets, and cleaning supplies for our use during the stay. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you Dmitriy and Eva!"

Welcome to your so cal dream vacation! Just 20 minutes down the freeway from Disneyland and VERY close to several beach communities (Dana Point, Laguna Beach, San Clemente, just to name a few). This house is set up for friend groups or families traveling together. Everyone will find their own personal space on site to hang out, almost always with a view! The back yard is equipped with a pool, firepit, and BBQ. Inside you will find a cozy den, living room, dining room, and 4 large bedrooms.

- "We had a nice stay at this home with well-landscaped outdoor living areas. The pool and fire pit were a hit with our family and we enjoyed the backyard resort living. There are a few things that could be improved. It was challenging to get the optimal temperature in the pool and spa. The owner controls the temperatures from his home so after multiple communications , finally on the last 2 days the pool reached the promised temperature. There could be more cooking utensils as well as clean sponges in the kitchen and dish towels. Owner brought new coffee mugs and bowls when informed that there were only 2 of each in the home. He also replaced broken coffeemaker. Extra paper towels and Kleenex were needed. Host was very responsive to messages. This is a great place to stay for all ages, young and old!"
