HOUSE RULES
1. This is NOT a party house. This house is situated in a very neighborhood and we would like to be mindful our neighbors and respect their peaceful enjoyment of their home.
2. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay on the property unless otherwise approved by the owner. We will be open to friends visit but must inform owner before.
3. The house has many lights. Please turn them off when going to bed as we have lights outside that will illuminate the property at night.
4. The entire property is NON-SMOKING. Guests who smoke are please to do so outside property perimeter. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $250 if smoking residues are found inside the house.
5. If you have small children, please be mindful of the white walls and sofas and be careful of the fireplace and the stairs(make sure they don’t climb the sofa in the family room as the back of it faces the high stair directly).
6. There are surveillance cameras outside of the house for security purposes.
7. The house cleaning fee pays for the cleaning/washing of the bedding/towels, sanitizing, disinfecting and cleaning of the property. It does not include picking up food, empty bottles or trash left around by guests. There are two huge trash cans in the garage and trash pickups come every Friday. Please respect the house as if it were your own as there will be additional fees charged if the property is left trashed.
