Villa Magnifica SURPASSES the pictures. Everything about the property is 1st class. My family used the property for a family reunion. We had my wife and I, 7 children, 4 spouses, & 4 grandchildren on our stay. The host has thought of everything. One of the best features is QR codes that lead to videos on how to use all of the house's many amenities (such as the stereo and air conditioning). He has a well stocked and complimentary assortment of snacks, medications, and personal care items for anything you may have forgotten. We had plenty of room for everyone as all of the bedrooms are large. There are plenty of bathrooms and they are all beautiful. Cooking for a large group was a breeze because of the double oven and 2 large grills outside. The pizza oven was terrific too. Outside at the grills they have a 2nd refrigerator for drinks. Outside there is plenty of room for everyone to have space to relax and enjoy the pool or the many outdoor activities. There is so much room outside - believe the pictures as they accurately depict the many places to sit (or lay) to relax. While there is so much to enjoy at the Villa there is also a lot to do within a short drive. We were able to enjoy some of the many wineries, two different golf courses, hot air balloons & a casino (SeaWorld is about an hour away too). Lastly, the host is easy to reach if you need anything."

- "We thoroughly enjoyed the house! We had 6 adults and the house was spacious with great seating indoors and outdoors. Very nice furnishings. We enjoyed the views and the fire pit as well as the barbecue grill. The only concern we had was the room with the bunk beds is not suitable for 2 adults as the top bunk was inaccessible with the type of ladder for an adult to climb. Would recommend possibly replacing with 2 twin beds. There was also a comment that beds were a bit soft in other bedrooms. There were a few minor maintenance needs such as ice and water dispenser through refrigerator door. was not functional. There was a light out above the kitchen sink and the bathtub stopper in the bunk bed bathroom did not hold water in the tub. These were all minor issues and am sure they will be taken care of quickly. The host was very responsive and the information provided about the house in the online manual as well as the manual in the house was great and easy to follow. Would definitely stay at this property again as it was very comfortable and beautiful."

Note on Wildlife & Roads This property is located in a rural area, surrounded by local wildlife such as rattlesnakes, tarantulas, coyotes, and more. The access roads are unmaintained, so expect some dirt roads and potholes along the way. For smoother travel, we recommend turning left onto the dirt road when exiting the property.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory fire evacuation. We watched the air balloons early Sunday morning in the beautiful skies while we sat and had our coffee. My husband and Robert had a sort of Bromance with all the things in common they have. We went into the nearby downtown area had a great lunch at 1909 a must try then played games like teenagers at Coin Op Bar. We returned to the property and Robert had the jacuzzi nice and warm for us. Monday we used the discount tasting coupons provided with our stay at two great wineries and we even joined the second one. Via Cacho is an absolute awesome location and we can’t wait to visit again! Pool Heat - If you choose to add the heat, the pool will be heated daily to 83 degrees. Pool heat is an on/off option and available for your entire stay only, not available as a daily option. Must notify us 48 hours prior to arrival of desire to use.
The pool and spa must be heated and paid for your entire stay. You must request and pay at least 48 hours prior to your set arrival date.

Another thing to note: Being a working property that needs a lot of staff, you might see the manager, owner, or other maintenance personnel during your stay. Since we do not have their schedule, we are unable to let you know in advance when they will be there. Therefore, we kindly ask for your patience if you do happen to see them.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory fire evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

The Tranquility in Temecula has everything you're looking for in a Temecula villa. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has a chef's dream kitchen with 2 sinks, 2 ranges, and gigantic refrigerator. The dining table seats 8, the outdoor dining table seats 6, and the formal sitting room sits 10. The grounds include fruit trees, a cactus garden, & more. There is a sauna, pool & hot tub (hot tub requires a $200 propane deposit but the difference refunded if you use less). *DOGS REQUIRE $250 PET FEE- 2 DOGS MAXIMUM*

The space
This open concept home has a breakfast bar, formal dining table, formal sitting room, and a TV room with a full body massage chair.

There are two beautiful horses that live in the stables next to property. PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE with the horses. Their owners live up the street and their horses are stabled here. Please do not pet, ride, feed, or otherwise engage with the horses- please follow “You can look but not touch”.

In addition to the horses there are fruit trees, a swimming pool, a cactus garden, walking paths, grape vines, and little benches throughout the property to sit a spell & take in the view.

Guests will have full access to the home and grounds except for the stables.
