Perfect, private get-a-way for 2 or small group, truly in the heart of wine country. Our Cottage was featured on FYI's Tiny House Hunting- season 3, episode 8! This property is surrounded by the wine country trail, and just down the road from South Coast Winery. Also down the road, is the popular horse country, including the soccer and polo fields at Galway downs.

The Temecula wine country has been a growing destination vacation for horse lovers, wine tasters, weddings, hot air balloon enthusiasts as well as cyclists. And even if you don't enjoy any of these things, the open countryside is a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of city living.

The Cottage Haven is a darling guest house on our 5 acre ranch with it's own private entrance. Our family stays busy in the main house but you will have your privacy away from the main house in the cottage. Modern cottage decor, full kitchen, and the sound of whispering pines are just a few of the amenities you will enjoy. Horse lovers can pull your trailer on the property and coral their horses in our 16x30 feet horse pen with shade. You will also meet our labradoodle family members that roam the ranch as well.

We moved our family to this wine country property over 12 years ago from Orange County and have never regretted it! We love the beautiful landscape out here and the peaceful and starry nights. And even though we are in the country, we are literally 5 minutes to Ralph's, Sprouts Market, Baron's, Starbucks, Great Harvest, Corner Bakery, Best Buy, Big 5 and Super Walmart!

Even though this cottage has a full kitchen, we would love to recommend delicious places to eat including restaurants at the local wineries...We've tried them all!

In any case all 42 wineries are a few minutes away by car.

The Guest Suite is completely new and separate from the main house with its own private entrance and outdoor space. The space
Beautiful design and furnighings. Comfortable queen sized bed. Outdoor entertaining area, with smoker if you feel like smoking up some yummy steak or salmon. Namaste Farms Main cottage is only 1/2 a mile from the city limits, it has a rural feel and is centrally located to all wineries and most of the major equestrian facilities including Galway Downs and California Ranch Company. For those who are coming to Temecula for horse shows, we also have a large barn with bedded stalls and turnouts (for an additional fee). There are designated horse trails right outside our gates which will even take you to Galway Downs. If you're into golf, you can enjoy Temecula's 7 PGA golf courses or Pechanga Casino which are also within a short driving distance to the farm. If horses or golf isn't your thing, you can visit Temecula Valley wineries which are all within 1/2-3.8 miles of the cottage gates. The wineries are not within walking distance of each other, and if you want to peruse all of them, we can arrange a driver for you (28.00/hour) who will drive (Audi or Mercedes) and take you anywhere within Temecula/Murrieta while happily waiting for you so you can quickly go to your next destination. If you're not interested in any of the above activities and simply want a "staycation," you can hang out here where you're welcomed to walk around the farm and interact with the animals. At night, can enjoy the sounds of serenity (which includes farm animal vocalizations) while roasting marshmallows at our wine barrel fire pit!
We are dog friendly, but to keep our free range animals safe (and we have had them injured or killed by people not recognizing that dogs are predatory by nature), please keep your dog easily under control and on a short leash at all times. Also, because it's not possible to control your dog on a long line, dogs may NOT be tied or tethered anywhere on the property. In addition, for the sake of the antique furniture and our hand crafted door, do not leave your dog alone in the cottage unless they are crate trained and in a crate. If you need to leave your NON-barking dog here, occasionally we have a bedded stall we put your four legged friend in. Also, If you want to let your dog off leash, about 2 blocks down the dirt road (off property), there is a large scrub field where you can let your dog run free.
This booking is for the main cottage which is upscale and comfortable. It includes a kitchenette, and charmingly rustic bathroom and galvanized steel shower. The main cottage also contains the loft (entered via a ladder) so please tell us if you prefer not to sleep in the loft we must know ahead of time so so we can make up a beautifully adorned ground floor bed. This is a bit of production, so once again, we need to know ahead of time. Also, the listed price is for the two people, and each additional person after that will be charged a fee. To prevent additional charges upon arrival, please put the accurate number of people in the reservation.
We encourage guests to feel at home and enjoy the peaceful farm environment which extends beyond the cottage. Keep in mind that we are not a "pretend farm" set up to simply attract people to our facility. This is an actual working farm where shepherdess, Natalie Redding (Nat Geo Wild's, Shear Madness) and her working dogs, Lacey, Lad and Nesta work every day. This means there is dirt, dust, chickens, peacocks, alfalfa, sheep, bugs, and other living beings associated with nature and farm life. People who've not had the opportunity to experience the beautiful and grounding life on a working farm may not understand this. I do stress that if you're an animal lover who is excited about staying at a true working farm, your co-guests may not share your verve. Please let them know there are farm animal vocalizations which, while music to your ears, may not be music others. There is also dirt, dust, very little concrete or pavement, and all guests will surely leave with dust on their shoes. That said, I'm a frequent Louboutin wearer and I regularly chassé in my stilettos; dirt ground and all.

In addition, for the sake of the antique furniture and our hand crafted door, do not leave your dog alone in the cottage unless they are crate trained and in a crate. If you need to leave your NON-barking dog here, occasionally we have a bedded stall we put your four legged friend in. Also, If you want to let your dog off leash, about 2 blocks down the dirt road (off property), there is a large scrub field where you can let your dog run free.
Please keep in mind that we are not a "pretend farm" set up so that we can simply attract people to our facility. This is an actual working farm where shepherdess, Natalie Redding (Nat Geo Wild's, Shear Madness) and her working dogs, Lacey, Lad and Nesta work every day. This means there is dirt, dust, chickens, peacocks, alfalfa, sheep, bugs, and other living beings associated with nature and farm life. People who've not had the opportunity to experience the beautiful and grounding life on a working farm may not understand this. I do stress that if you're an animal lover who is excited about staying at a true working farm, your co-guests may not share your verve. Please let them know there is dirt, dust, very little concrete or pavement, and they will surely leave with dust on their shoes. That said, I'm a frequent Louboutin wearer and I regularly chassé in my stilettos; dirt ground and all.

Beautiful design and furnighings. Comfortable queen sized bed. Outdoor entertaining area, with smoker if you feel like smoking up some yummy steak or salmon. You have your own 10'x12' Deck with vineyard and pond views. You cannot swim in the pool but are more than welcome to take a stroll around the lush 5 acre property.

- "I almost don’t want to write this for fear of letting this little hidden gem getting out. Why stay at a hotel when you can your own private suite on a gorgeous property. Stocked with everything you need we almost didn’t want to leave to go wine tasting. With a fully stocked wine bar you don’t need to either. Above all Brande is top notch with her quick response, suggestions on where to eat and drink. We will stay here every time we come back. And bring friends."

The courtyard cottage offers guests premium sheets and pillows for a comfortable night along with a shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer, BBQ grill, toaster oven, stove and oven and blender. It is also stocked with quick snacks, and coffee pods. An iron, pour over coffee, Keurig coffee maker, and a TV with a Roku are provided.

We were worried we were going to have a tough time finding the property but the directions that Nic and Rachel gave were thorough and made checking in effortless! It wasnt until the morning when we could see just how truly beautiful the property and surrounding areas were. It felt so serene and tranquil. The cottage itself was LOVELY! The set up was beautiful and spacious! My husband and I had plenty of room to move our snd not feel like we were on top of each other. Recently renovated to new, you will find your Cottage equipped to hang out for a day or a week. All new appliances, a large deck with lush grounds to relax or explore. It is surprising how close to town you are but how isolated you feel.

Pechanga Resort and Old Town Temecula are just minutes away and Temecula Wine Country is a very short 10 minute drive. This is the perfect spot to stay while in Temecula.

Recently renovated to new, you will find your Cottage equipped to hang out for a day or a week. All new appliances, a large deck with lush grounds to relax or explore. Comfy furnishings with a queen bed as well as a pull out sofa the cottage will sleep four people. BBQ dinner among the hundred year old trees and grounds. It is surprising how close to town you are but how isolated you feel.

Pechanga Resort and Old Town Temecula are just minutes away and Temecula Wine Country is a very short 10 minute drive. This is the perfect spot to stay while in Temecula.

Just a 5 minute drive from 15 freeway off 79 Temecula Parkway Road.

The courtyard cottage offers guests premium sheets and pillows for a comfortable night along with a shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer, BBQ grill, toaster oven, stove and oven and blender. It is also stocked with quick snacks, and coffee pods. An iron, pour over coffee, Keurig coffee maker, and a TV with a Roku are provided.

The space
Enjoy the view and your walk to the cottage! We have other guests on property, so we ask that you stay to the general area of courtyard cottage. Enjoy!!

Other things to note
There is no smoking, candles, or fires on the property or in the cottage. There is a $250 fine if smoking inside the unit.
Guests have access to the immediate area around the cottage. Early check-in, if available, is a $50 additional fee.

Help yourself to fruit trees that we have in the property. 5mins away from hiking & horse trails. 20mins away from Temecula. Fallbrook also have it’s variety of wineries & a treasure of it’s own. Definitely a place to stay to getaway from the busy life in the city.

The space
WE HAVE WIFI FINALLY! Lol You have the entire house to yourself and 1.5acres of land to roam around. Enjoy the fruits in the property as well but remember other wildlife also roam around the area . Be cautious. Respect their space and stay away.

While the countryside offers beautiful views and limitless natural experiences, road conditions can become unpredictable in high elevations and remote areas.

To help you stay safe during your travels through the mountains diverse terrain. Here are some tips to prepare you for your scenic drive.

* keep in mind that gas station & cellphone service could be sparse in mountainous areas. Fill your car up completely before a scenic mountain drive.
* Map out your trip beforehand- literally. I will be sending you more detailed directions upon checking in but your GPS may send you to a different route that will take you into the mountains and a very rough terrain. Unless you’re a PRO and want some adventure, if not- i suggest you follow the directions i provide.
* There is a short distance of unpaved road before reaching the property. It’s a short rocky drive. Take it slow. All wheel drive is not necessary but is recommended.
* Please travel in daylight. It can get a little tricky finding the house at night. I am available if you need some guidance or have any questions in your travel. I am happy to assist you in any way. No refunds will be made if you cant find the property and decide to cancel.
* Exercise cautions with kids and pets when exploring outside the house. You may have possible wildlife sightings like coyotes and snakes. please do not leave children and pets unattended. Do not leave food outside the house and do not feed the wild animals.

Other things to note
We run on Well water. Although we have a well filter and water filter we dont recommend drinking from the faucets. We have provided a water dispenser but you are also welcome to bring your own.

Having a well system can be tricky, sometimes sediments can get into the pipes and minerals can cause a sulfur smell - even though we get our well maintenance ever so often. If this happens please let us know and we will try our best to fix the issue. Thank you

Repurposed wine barrels and bottles create unique furnishings and decorations throughout the cottage. Bedroom features a queen bed made of wine boxes set on top of 6 wine barrels. Full kitchen has everything you need. Hot Tub overlooks private vineyard and allows views of gorgeous night skies & sunsets. Gated unpaved driveway leads to plenty of cement parking area for this secluded cottage located on a 3 acre ranch.

Entire cottage, Private vineyard and Hot Tub areas. You are welcome to visit with horses but please do not enter pens.

Other things to note
2 person maximum strictly enforced, no children! Warning - access to bed via small 3ft ladders on each side. This is the country, so don't be surprised by some noise from any of our local critters. This active ranch and neighbors have horses and dogs. Other community animals include small livestock, chickens and various fowl. Area wild animals to be aware of are coyote, cougar, bobcat, skunk and snakes. Also, unpaved driveway may be slippery during rainy days.
