- "This cabin is really cute. The living room has great seating. I really love the couches. It was plenty of room for two couples to have their own couches. I also love that the couches easily pull out to become a giant lounge. There are plenty of blankets and the heater works great. The Christmas decoration was a nice touch. Oh, and watching squirrels and chipmunks out the side window was so fun. The couches and scenery are what makes this a 4 star rental for me. If they fix a few issues, I would give it 5 stars. The main thing I did have an issue with was the main bed. It needs some work because it wobbles and feels like it will collapses just by sitting on it. Oh, and a bath mat/towel specifically for the bathroom floor would be nice, along with some coffee in the kitchen. Also, the communication needs some work. I had to chase down the check-in info through two seperate people. The first person was kind and friendly. However, the second person that ended up giving the info to me, was not friendly or communicative. "

- "The overall experience was a good one. But unfortunately we did encounter quite a bit of issues. The cleanliness of the place was less than desirable. We had to sweep and mop the main living space because it was visibly dirty. Multiple bathrooms had dirty toilets. There were cockroachs in the upstairs kitchen. Some amenities were not in working order or missing, for example the fireplace was inoperable, the heater did not work in the bottom part of the house, they had to bring in little space heaters to help with the cold. Some of the bathrooms had empty soap containers, no extra toilet paper and had to call for trash bags. Aside from all the negatives, the space was big, the location of the home was great, plenty of car space. The communication between the home contact and us was a good one, they responded in a timely manner and attempted to find solutions. Perhaps as a tip, bring extra amenities if you stay here."

Although we work hard to prevent two booking at once, there might be times when bookings are done almost instantly for both halves of the home. Please be advised all guests must follow our strict checkin procedures (meeting with Check-in Host) before being granted access to cabin and we require a separate 'Rental Agreement', guests must agree to prior to receiving access code to cabin.

As per Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Ordinance:
* BigBear allows only 2 adults per bedroom, the rest of the occupancy can be filled with children below 18.
* Use of outdoor spas and other outdoor activities prohibited from 10pm-7am.
* No amplified music to be heard at the property line 24/7.
* All cars associated with the rental must be parked on the property 24/7.

When guests leave, the city requires that all trash be removed and placed in public dumpsters. If trash is left, there will be a fee of $25 per bag.

Please check that you are leaving with all your belongings, devices, or accessories. There will be a $25 processing fee in addition to any shipping & handling costs for items that need to be returned after you have checked out.
