Also right down the road from The Hilltop Tavern, so a perfect home base if your planning to book an event there or if you’re into love entertainment.

No Smoking
Please do not smoke inside the home, this includes the garage! Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. Also, please do not litter the outside grounds with cigarette butts or any other smoking paraphernalia.
Hot Tub
The hot tub is meant to be enjoyed however, we do ask that you abide by a few guidelines while enjoying this wonderful asset to the cabin.
1. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 YEARS OLD ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE HOT TUB UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
2. Please give yourself a rinse off in the shower before using the spa. Oils and lotions build up quickly and are very difficult to remove.
Similarly please do not put bath balms, bath salts, or other soapy or fragrant products in into the hot tub. These are very difficult to remove and have the potential to harm the filtration system.
3. When the hot tub is not in use the cover must be replaced and the two front latches securely fastened to the base. The winds can unexpectedly pick up quickly and forcefully and the cover will blow off and can potentially damage the cabin or worse, seriously injure someone.
4. PLEASE CONSUME ALCOHOL RESPONSIBLY WHILE USING THE SPA.
PROPERLY OPENING THE HOT TUB COVER.
a. Unlatch the clips on the front side of the cover
b. Flip ½ of the cover over the assist bar
c. Push cover off the hot tub (toward the building)
d. Push down app that it hangs over the bar between the hot tub and the house.
6. WHEN THE SPA IS NOT IN USE THE COVER MUST BE REPLACED AND LATCHES SECURED. AGAIN THE WIND IN THE AREA CAN LIFT THE COVER AND DAMAGE OR INJURE!
Climate Control Systems
Upon check in the systems will be set to a comfortable temperature of 68 degrees. Please feel free to use the remotes to set your desired temperature.
Upon check-out, please return both systems to original temperature.
Late Night Noise
Although the cabin is fairly secluded, please be mindful of the few neighbors around and the neighborhood in general. After 10pm please keep the noise to a dull roar.
Dirty Dishes
Please wash all dishes prior to checking out. Extra fees will be charged if excessive cleaning of dirty dishes in required. Linens are okay to leave on the beds, housekeeping will remove and wash these for the next guests.
Trash
Please remove trash and any full trash bags from the cabin and place in the city trash can provided at the street near the entrance to the property. Trash collection is on Wednesday and will not be collected if the van is not on the street. Excessively messy or smelly trash that is left in the home may be subject to extra charges.
Wood Burning Stove
During Fall, Winter, and early Spring months it can get quite cold. Guests are more than welcome to use the wood-burning stove during these times. Please use extreme caution when lighting and maintaining fires in the stove.
1. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH WOOD-BURNING STOVES THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM USING THE FIREPLACE. THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS ARE FULLY CAPABLE OF KEEPING THE SPACE COMFORTABLE DURRING THE COLD SEASON.
3. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED
4. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BURN A FIRE WITH THE DOOR OPEN.
5. Please be aware that any damage resulting from inappropriate use of the fireplace will be subject to damage charges. These may include but are not limited to:
a. Burns to rugs or furniture.
b. Soot stains on linens, rugs, couch cushions, etc.
c. Smoke damage including excessive smoke smell from improper use.
Pool Table
The pool table is free to use while you are staying at the cabin. Please abide by a few guidelines while using the table.
1. No standing, siting or anything else on the pool table that deviates from normal game play. One foot on the ground.
2. Do not attempt shots that will damage the felt (e.g. jump shots)
3. Do not set drinks or food on the pool table.
4. Photos of the table are taken prior to every check in. Severe damage or staining from spills or improper use will be subject to a claim for the cost of a re-felt (typically around $500).
WiFi is free on the premises and can be used for the smart tv, the ROKU streaming device and any of your portable devices. There is also a DVD player and assortment of movies for you to enjoy.
IN CASE OF ACCIDENTAL LOCKOUTS, THERE IS A LOCKBOX ON THE BACK DOOR OF THE CABIN. PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE LOCKBOX UNLESS YOU ARE LOCKED OUT. LOST OR MISPLACED KEYS WILL BE SUBJECT TO $20 CHARGE PER KEY.
