This cute Villa has everything you could need. A full kitchen, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and washer & dryer. Air conditioning in bedroom cools the whole place. Ceiling fans in living room & bedroom. There is a Jacuzzi/Whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Queen bed, & storage. There is a private secluded patio if you want to relax and barbecue, or just enjoy a quiet evening. We do allow dogs, just let us know. The queen bed is handmade to spec for your comfort. There is a daybed in the living room for guests. Two huge 55” TVs, one in the living room, one in the bedroom. Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance or request for repair service. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified.

The guests have full use of the villa. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are all included. As well as a secluded, gated patio to lounge in and a barbecue for your enjoyment. There is a private double gated entrance to the secluded private patio.

There is a Ring doorbell camera at the property that actively records picture and sound 24/7. It is located at the front of the property on the left side of the house as you enter the sidewalk which overlooks all visitors to the property.

No parking on the street in front on Wednesday’s 5:00 am to 9:00 am for street cleaning. There is parking in the back alley behind the house. No parties at this house. There is smoking allowed on the private patio only. If you have a dog, please ask for approval before booking.

When you have trash, please put it in a large garbage bag and place it in the 55 gallon trash can located in front of the double gates. It will be picked up weekly for disposal. There is a main house separate from this part of the property. The other entrance is through the large iron gate at the rear of the property. There is no access from your area to this part of the property. There is no interaction between guests, and no shared spaces.

Also, we encourage guests to purchase CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) cancellation insurance to protect your trip as we will adhere to our cancellation policy.
