All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. And even some dresses for those little princesses that like to play dress-up (and even a couple of boy outfits!)

In addition to an awesome kids room, we provide all kinds of items that will make 'family life at the condo' comfortable and convenient: Safety gates for the stairs, optional safety bed rail, high chair + booster, plastic dishes & cups (Disney themed, of course!), and a pack and play.

Grandma & Grandpa: Get to relax on our enclosed patio, or heat up the charcoal BBQ at night. The condo is stocked with all kinds of travel guides, magazines and books for a nice, relaxed afternoon at the condo while the others can “go play”… And at night they should also get a good night's sleep, so we have a high end leather sleeper couch that extends into an actual queen size bed with a memory foam mattress.

To recap the sleeping arrangements: The condo has 2 bedrooms, both of them are located upstairs. The master has a stunning headboard that we had custom made by a local artist. It is equipped with a queen size bed with a comfortable mattress + a convertible couch that can sleep one person. The kids room has a bunk bed with twin on top and full size on the bottom.

- "Our stay was great! Apartment was a challenge to find initially. You can't see the apartment from the parking lot. It's behind building 1700. Keep walking back until you find bldg 1500. The location of the complex is as close to Disneyland as you can get without actually staying on the property. The weather was REALLY hot during out stay, with being so close it allowed us to go back and get out of the heat for awhile. The inside of the apartment could use a little TLC with a fresh coat of paint and a couple repairs mentioned in previous posts. That said, the apartment is really cute, comfortable and really convenient. The pool area looked amazing and wish we could have used it, but hours didn't work with our disney schedule. Overall, our stay was really nice and Valerie was very accommodating. Will stay there again if available."

- "We rented this condo for my 50th birthday. There were six of us, my three sisters and my favourite aunt and my mom. We visited Disney for three days and we had this beautiful condo to come back to. The beds were so comfortable. Better than home. The rooftop patio with a hot tub. Was such a nice thing to visit after a long day of walking at Disneyland. There are a few really nice pubs/restaurants within walking distance of the condo. It was such a beautiful atmosphere for our trip and I would definitely visit again. Check -in Time: Our standard check-in time is at 4:00 p.m., but we often grant early check-in if your room is ready early after our housekeeping team has cleaned it. However, during busy travel seasons, there may be limitations on early check-in. It is usually granted on a first-come, first-served basis in our lobby. In case early check-in is not available, you can usually still park your vehicle and enjoy our resort facilities while waiting, as per management's discretion.

Check-out time: Our check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. so our cleaning team can prepare the room for the next guests. However, we understand that sometimes you may need a bit more time to pack up and leave. If you give our management team a call in the morning (use the phone in your room to call direct), sometimes management will give you a bit later check-out time if the resort is not too busy.

Office Hours: At our resort, the front desk is open from 7:30 AM to 11 PM, providing guests with convenient access to our staff during most of the day. However, we understand that sometimes our guests may need to check in at other times. No worries, as we offer 24-hour check-in, but please be sure to let us know in advance if you plan to check in outside of our front desk hours. Management will be happy to make arrangements to provide you with a lock box key so you can access your room at any time. As per our resort policy, if you are unable to arrive on your scheduled day of arrival and fail to inform the resort (phone number provided in your reservation message), your reservation may be subject to cancellation with no refunds as they will consider this as a “no show”. The Peacock Suites is located within walking distance (0.9 miles ~15 min walk) of Disneyland Park and the Anaheim Convention Center. Featuring spacious one bedroom accommodations (over 400 square feet) which offer first class amenities and the utmost in comfort while staying in Anaheim. The Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) shuttle stops at the Peacock Suites and is a short shuttle ride to the Disneyland Resort ($6 adults, $2.50 child for a one-day pass).

The space
The Peacock Suites has a guest rating of 8.6 out of 10 on Expedia. All units have a king bed. The living room includes a queen size sofa sleeper and kitchenette (small refrigerator, microwave, sink and utensils). Please let me know what dates you are interested in and I will check on the availability.

The property offers two whirlpool spas, a sparkling pool and a rooftop sundeck. In each of the suites you will find a refrigerator, a microwave oven, utensils/plates, a coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, in room safe, free WiFi, cable TV, and CD/DVD player. For guests convenience you can purchase attraction tickets from the front desk.

I have been an owner of Shell Vacations Time Share properties for over 10 years (The Peacock Suites) being one property owned by Shell Vacations Club. You will check in just like at any hotel. This is a timeshare unit and it's fully transferable so I will be booking the nights under your name.

- There is a $250 refundable deposit due upon check in to the Peacock Suites to cover any damages to the room (credit or debit card only).

- Parking is valet only at $20/day plus tax (includes in and out privileges.

Units are non-smoking

Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State of California, County of Orange, City of Anaheim, and/or Peacock Suites resort.

Since the Peacock Suites is a timeshare property, you may be invited to a presentation. There is no obligation for you to attend, and suggest you politely decline to maximize your time while visiting Anaheim.

GENERAL TERMS:
- Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out.

- Under no circumstance will the Tenant permit pets of any kind in the unit.

- The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests.

- The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
