The bathroom sink does not drain well. The king size bed was too soft and uncomfortable for us. The major thing is that the place smells musty or moldy. We opened windows and used Lysol spray which helped with the smell. The space was great! I loved having a washer dryer in the unit and the kitchen is well supplied. I had want for nothing. We did some cooking and baked a pie. Just like at home. The yard was wonderful to sit out in the evenings. The overgrown tree was a bit messy but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the space. Overall this is a great location and decent unit. We would consider staying here again. "

Experience stunning ocean views from this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath beach condo, both inside and out. Recently renovated, the condo features an open floor plan that floods with natural light, thanks to two oversized sliding glass doors and numerous windows.

Step outside to the 600 sq ft private deck, which boasts an ocean view, a fire pit with ample seating, dining tables, a grill, a beverage fridge, foosball, a TV, music speakers, and a private jacuzzi. The interior has a beachy atmosphere while providing all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

To enhance your beach experience, we’ve equipped the condo with beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, a cooler, a wagon, and an outdoor shower. Everything you need to relax and enjoy the best of San Clemente is at your fingertips!

For those working remotely, a desk and office chair are provided. Additionally, a Keurig coffee machine is available, complete with coffee pods, creamers, and sweeteners.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete access to the condo, as well as private access to the deck, fire pit, and hot tub. One dedicated driveway spot is provided, and there is also ample free on-street overnight parking on Seville Street and around the library and community center. We also provide a map that indicates safe overnight parking areas.

The Neighborhood:
Take a leisurely stroll up the street to the charming village center, where you’ll find a variety of boutique shops, several world-class restaurants, a cozy wine and cheese bar, a local playhouse, a retro candy store, and a farmer’s market every Sunday morning. Continue down the street to explore the beautiful beaches, the pier, the beach running trail, and the seaside parks. Alternatively, you can stay in the condo for a relaxing day, enjoying a gentle ocean breeze and quiet evenings with stunning sunsets.

Getting Around:
We are within walking distance of nearly everything you might need. There are bike rentals available (Murf electric) at the top of the hill, and a free trolley picks up in front of the condo. Additionally, there is a train station at our pier, making it easy to plan a day trip to San Diego. Our location is also convenient: it’s about a 45-minute drive to Disneyland, 25 minutes to Legoland, and one hour from both San Diego and Los Angeles.

Other Things to Note:
- We allow up to 3 pets with pre-approval. Most breeds are acceptable as long as they are quiet and well-trained. Our pet fee is $20 per night for each pet. There is a grassy park across the street from the condo, and San Clemente is pet-friendly.

- Pet-Friendly: There is a park nearby for dog walking. Additionally, San Clemente features a pet-friendly beach trail and many pet-friendly restaurants.

- The unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests (5 adults). After the fourth guest, an additional fee of $25 per person per night will apply.

Welcome to Casa Azul! If you're looking for a place with the best location and views in town this is it. We are just a 5 minute walk to Avenida del Mar which is San Clemente's eclectic "Main Street". Here you can find restaurants and shops of many kinds. We have a fantastic open air restaurant "NIcks", a delicious Thai restaurant "Mangut Thai" which has a beautiful dining room and fantastic food and for families with children the Baskin Robins ice cream shop is all the way up del Mar where it intersects with El Camino Real which is a great location for a nice family walk. Of course there are many other places to visit on del Mar so go walk and explore! This is the heart of San Clemente.
The casa has four gigantic 5' x 8' windows that look out the ocean white water waves and sunsets. The windows let in a lovely ocean breeze to keep us cool. We sit on the edge of a small canyon that has a great play ground and lot's of grass which adds a green relaxing feel to the casa. It's a wonderful spot for families. There are no homes behind us because of the canyon and park below. You can see Catalina Island most of the time. Just take our back steps as you head to the beach and the park. It takes only 2 minutes to reach the sand and beach trail. If you would like to explore the pier turn left on the trail and you'll see the pier which is just another couple minutes walk. The beach is sandy and the waves are gentle. We have a lifeguard station at the beach area at our canyon. We are also very close to Casa Romantic which was the founder of San Clemente's home. It is now managed by the historical society and is available for touring. It is perched above the pier in grand classic Spanish style architecture. We are a family owned and operated duplex. We have owned the casa since 1969. I have constantly been improving and up grading to make this casa a quiet, cool, relaxing place for all who visit. You will love it!

You’ll also find a waterfront park and a beach walking trail nearby. You can easily enjoy your stay without needing to use your car.

We strictly enforce Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Since our neighbors are very close, it’s essential for us to maintain a peaceful environment. Our ability to operate our Airbnb business depends on not disturbing them, so we will take necessary measures to address any parties held by guests. We apologize for the strong wording, but we’ve had past experiences that we cannot afford to repeat, and we must avoid noise complaints from neighbors. Thank you for your understanding.

- We allow up to 2 pets (or 3 if they are all small) with prior approval. Most breeds are acceptable as long as they are quiet and well-trained. Our pet fee is $20 per night per pet. We have a small "dog park" on-site, and San Clemente is a pet-friendly area!

- The unit is limited to a maximum of 4 guests. For each additional guest beyond three, there will be a charge of $25 per person per night.

**Unit Privacy:**
- There are security cameras in the outside common areas only (none inside the units).
- We have decibel sound meters in the kitchen and balcony areas of our condos to monitor any violations of our quiet hours. These devices do not record or listen in any way; they only measure the overall noise level (Noise Away Brand).

- "We throughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed as far as amenities and a little extra. Every detail was met when it come to everything you would have at your own home. It was conveniently 2 minutes from the beach and many great restaurants. We will definitely come back again and stay." - "We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The newly-renovated condo has a beachy feel with all the amenities of home: quality mattresses, linens and pillows, a fully outfitted kitchen, large-screen TVs, Central Air Conditioning, plenty of towels, and in-unit washer/dryer. Additionally, provide everything you would need to enjoy the beach:
6 Big beach towels, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, 2 boogie boards, cooler, wagon and an outdoor shower. There is also a fireplace inside and a fire pit on the balcony to unwind after the day's activities.

This condo has a small balcony over the back yard (you may hear other guests below).

We provide a desk and office chair for people working remotely and also a Keurig coffee machine with pods, creamers and sweeteners.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the condo and private access to a balcony that features a fire pit and BBQ. One dedicated parking spot in the driveway is included, and there is ample free on-street overnight parking available on Seville Street and around the library and community center.

Additionally, there's an amazing coffee shop called Bear Coast Coffee located down the hill at the pier, with a lovely beach walking trail—perfect for starting your day. Finally, there's a park right across the street for kids to play. Our location is truly special!

Getting Around:
Our location is within walking distance of just about everything you might need. There are bike rentals (Murf electric) available at the top of the hill, and a free trolley stops right in front of the condo. Additionally, we have a train station at our pier, making it easy to enjoy a day trip to San Diego. We are conveniently situated about a 45-minute drive from Disneyland, 25 minutes from Legoland, and an hour from both San Diego and Los Angeles.

- This condo is part of a fully soundproofed 6-unit building, with all six units owned and operated by us. Five of these units are one-bedroom, and we also have a studio. If you need multiple units, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. This is condo #1 of 6.

- We allow up to 2 pets (or 3 if they are all small) with prior approval. Most breeds are acceptable as long as they are quiet and well-trained. Our pet fee is $20 per night per pet. We have a small "dog park" on-site, and San Clemente is a pet-friendly area!

- The unit is limited to a maximum of 4 guests. For each additional guest beyond three, there will be a charge of $25 per person per night.

**Unit Privacy:**
- There are security cameras in the outside common areas only (none inside the units).
- We have decibel sound meters in the kitchen and balcony areas of our condos to monitor any violations of our quiet hours. These devices do not record or listen in any way; they only measure the overall noise level (Noise Away Brand).

Our home is also just a 5 minute drive to downtown San Clemente, where you can dine, shop, and enjoy the quaint Del Mar Avenue or you could head to the famous San Clemente Pier and Fisherman's restaurant (also a 5 minute ride away). The Ole Hanson Beach Club and public pool is a 5 minute walk. There are several parks within walking distance. The outlet mall is less than a 5 minute drive away. You are a short car ride from world class Trestles and San Onofre beaches.

The location was great, and the rental really did have everything one would need. Although I didn’t use it, there’s a washer/dryer that I’m sure a small family or someone staying more than a few days would really appreciate. There are restaurants, coffee and liquor shops, and groceries nearby. It was a little drizzly when I stayed, so I spent some hours shopping at the Outlet Mall about a mile away - great place! The rental is very quiet, and I enjoyed using the outdoor areas for sipping coffee or a cocktail. There’s also a grill available for use, which is good to know for the future. The space
A 1950's beach style cottage, my home is quaint and colorful, with lots of sunshine, light, and sea breezes. You may occasionally smell freshly ground coffee or hear strains of Spanish guitar being played somewhere on the property. Your rooms are very quiet, and removed from the activity of the main space.

Guest access
You room has it’s own fully stocked kitchenette. Additionally, you will have access to the barbecue on the front patio. There are also plenty of "beach supplies", chairs, umbrellas, body boards and towels for your use.

During your stay
I reside in the main part of the house while you enjoy the privacy of your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, with a private entrance. I will be available to answer questions, make you an espresso, direct you to the best surf for the day, or suggest a nice restaurant.

Other things to note
My golden retriever, Molly, loves having guests at the property, and may occasionally be found sleeping in the sun on the front patio. Of course her best friend Simba, my shy tabby cat, doesn't always let her relax the way she likes.

An elegantly decorated studio apartment that is perfect for a romantic weekend get-a-way, with generous long-stay discounts. The unit is located one house away from the entrance to the beach/beach trail with 109 steps down near North Beach. Sleeps 2 adults (and up to 1 small child). This studio unit is charming and relaxing. There are 3 other units on the property that also can be rented (if available) to provide up to 6 bedrooms that can legally hold up to 20 people. The studio does not have an ocean view from inside the unit, but easy and quick access one house away.

One Small dog (under 20 lbs ) is ok If there is any pet damage, guests will be charged $100 (scratches, urine on carpet, excess dog hair) The dog can not be left in the apartment unattended.

There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids and senior citizens who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported to Airbnb and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund.
