From our front door it's an easy stroll directly across the street to the Mickey and Friends free tram and/or Downtown Disney. If you already have your pass, you can also use the Monorail from Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Tomorrow-land. Save $30/$60 Disney Parking per day.

It was about a 15-20 min walk to the park, very easy. We took the tram back a few times to the garage across the street, then was about a 5 min walk. Our house is near restaurants, a mini-mart across the street, and bars/entertainment within walking distance. Santa Ana is getting better all the time, with new buildings, renovations, and street improvements. Because the shelters are so close, the locals are used to seeing transients roaming around. We have created gated gates around all of our entry points to ensure that all guests feel safe from public access, and we have installed security cameras throughout the property for added peace of mind.

You can find restaurants, bars, and entertainment within 5 minutes of our home.

Please be aware that as this is a garage space converted into a living area, there may be occasional loud sounds and noises that could disturb light sleepers.
