THE VIEW
G6 is an upper cottage located at the back of the complex with serene garden views. Situated just off Pacific Street, guests can enjoy the lush garden scenery and occasional train sightings. While the condo does not offer an ocean view, its prime location allows for easy access and a short walk to the beach.

**Please note that the Amtrak Coaster trains run all along the California coast and are a fun part of California's coastal living. You may hear occasional choo choos of the train during the day, but Oceanside is a designated quiet zone so they will pass by in the evening but are no longer allowed to use their horns along this stretch of track.

The neighborhood is mostly “old Oceanside “, but there is no stopping the large modern multiplex style that beach towns eventually become. Glad this and many other homes have survived. Just a short walk to the beach. Great little coffee place very close. It was really a nice home base, as we were busy every day. The one negative is the proximity to the trains. The horns are loud and frequent weekdays. Much better on weekends. Even so, we will be back again next year."

It is a bit of a walk to the pier so I would suggest driving over if you are looking to spend time close to the main swimming/surf area. There is also no air conditioning which was expected, and it can be a bit hot after a long day being closed up. We brought along some mini air conditioners, I highly recommend this if coming in the summer because it helped cool the place down quickly. The Spa is wonderful and the Koi Pond was a lot of fun, my son loved to feed them. It is located near shops and food as well. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a nice little getaway steps from the water!"

We also have a really nice ocean-view condo available in Dana Point. It is one block south of The Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel at Strands Beach. It is a gorgeous area.

Our Oceanside Beachfront Cottage is the ultimate beachfront cottage which could arguably be the best location on the Oceanside coast. It is a beautiful, light and bright end unit with four extra very special south-facing ocean-view windows because of its end location with the fireplace on a side wall and out of your ocean view.

There is no road between the cottage and the sand. It is so ideal for keeping your precious children safe and your mind at ease not having to worry about a vehicle or bicycle zooming by. It is also at the north end of Oceanside, perfectly situated between the pier and the harbor.

You can relax while watching the waves break, watch the surfers catch waves and wipe out, boaters, watch whales and dolphins swim by from your oceanfront balcony, or enjoy the many amenities of our complex, which is surrounded with lush tropical landscaping, a heated-all-year-round Olympic pool and separate jacuzzi in a tropical setting.

Once you have stepped onto the grounds of our community, you will be surrounded by waterfalls, saltwater pools, spas, and a large Koi pond. There is a recreational room equipped with pool tables, ping-pong, and Foosball. There is a putting green and a fitness room complete with a sauna room. There is a puzzle/reading room.

Located in northern San Diego County, five minutes off I-5, right next to the Oceanside Harbor (featuring many unique shops and excellent restaurants) and a short walk to Oceanside Pier, where you will find Ruby's Diner at the farthest ocean end. Swim, surf, walk the longest stretch of sandy beach in Southern California, the longest wooden pier in California, kayak, jet ski, boat, paddle boats, fish, shop, all just steps from your condo.

This is a favorite destination for couples and families from around the world. The complex consists of nine three-story buildings on acres of Maui-like lushly landscaped grounds. Those buildings are surrounded on the outside by cottages, and a very few of those are oceanfront. Even fewer are end units. Unique also is the fact that we have two reserved parking spaces inside parking garages, and a full-size washer/dryer inside our cottage. You just need to let us know you want to reserve the second parking space.

Our location truly is ideal. While in many reviews you will read about train noise or being oceanfront on the noisy Strand street, that is not an issue with our beautiful Oceanside Beachfront Cottage. You are nearly on top of the ocean waves, so that is the sound you will hear. The sound of waves will lull you to sleep.

Within a short drive, enjoy Legoland, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla, Del Mar Race Track, Sea Port Village, Catalina Island, Balboa Island, Hollywood, and Rodeo Drive.

There is a lot to see and do within walking distance. Situated at the north end of San Diego County, Orange County is 30 minutes up the highway, so you can easily enjoy all of what Southern California has to offer. Dana Point/Laguna are about 30 minutes north, depending on the traffic.

It is situated between the longest pier in Southern California and a quaint harbor (right next door!) with amazing restaurants to enjoy.
