The space
The listing is a single bedroom with a bathroom shared with one other tenant. It comes with complementary access to all our streaming services, including Netflix, Max, Paramount, plus, Disney, Hulu and more. It’s upstairs in a quiet house in a quiet neighborhood and it’s designed for working professionals to have a nice place to call home while they’re on the road.

The house is 2800 ft.² and has four bedrooms. You have access to the entire house, including the use of a full kitchen and a family room with a 98 inch TV!

Guests essentially have access to the entire house except for our private quarters, my office, and the garage. The layout allows you to freely use all communal spaces while maintaining private storage areas in the kitchen and bathroom, creating a comfortable balance between shared living and personal space.

We require background and credit check prior to rentals of over 30 days. It costs $45 and does not affect your credit. (it is what the credit world calls a soft pull.) Once approved, you will sign a lease, since California considers you a tenant after 7 days.

The space
Our Airbnb features a single bedroom with a queen-size bed, a comfortable living room for relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary adventures, a clean and modern bathroom, and a private patio where you can unwind under the stars. Perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking comfort and convenience during their stay. Conveniently situated near the 5 freeway for effortless access and just under a mile from the Ocean.

Other things to note
Parking is available on the street in front of the main house with street sweeping taking place on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month which requires cars to be moved briefly while sweeper passes. Unit does not have A/C which is quite common for this coastal region and has always been a non issue for guests.

This beach apartment sits above our garage. It has lmt ocean views, its own access to a private balcony to watch the forever changing sunsets as well as a large balcony with a fireplace. This home away from home includes, a full kitchen, full bathroom, washer and dryer, coffee maker and so much more. It is located right by the I-5 Freeway with easy access to wherever you'd like to go. There is freeway noise as this unit backs the I-5. Located 1 mile from the beach and close to many restaurants.

The space
The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker that takes ground coffee or K-pods. Bring your favorite K-pods. We have delicious ground coffee and k-pods for you. There is a teapot with assortment of teas, dishes, pans, utensils, and a lovely garden view!

We have filtered water throughout the home, including the shower! There will be a pitcher of cold water in the fridge.

There is an air conditioner for the hot and humid days. Ceiling fans in bedrooms.

Living room has comfy sofa with 2 recliners and also 2 separate recliners. Our TV Is for streaming only.
You will also have a desk and a complimentary "Guest" Wi-fi connection.

The bathroom has double sinks with a combination tub and shower…. with plenty of towels, hair dryer, first-aid kit, soap, shampoo, conditioner and a wall magnifying mirror for your convenience.

There is a private fenced yard with patio table and chairs, and propane gas barbecue.

Additional amenities include an iron and ironing board and sewing kit. There is a towel-drying rack in the closet.

There are boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, ice chest, and umbrella.

We also have brochures about area attractions along with books, games, and puzzles for family fun and leisure time.

We are family friendly, and do not charge "additional guests" charge for children under the age of 10 years old.

Guest access
Take a calming stroll through our acre of gardens and enjoy our hummingbirds and flowers. Or, you may want to want to relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee on our comfy sofa under the beamed cathedral ceiling of our covered patio with stone fireplace and free wifi. There are three hammocks beneath our beautiful, gigantic magnolia tree west of the patio.

Other things to note
From the Oceanside Pier, you can see pelicans sitting on the railings and dolphins swimming and frolicking in the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Stop for a meal at Ruby's Restaurant at the end of the pier.

The Oceanside Harbor has shopping, restaurants, kayak and boat rentals! The beach at the harbor is beautiful, one of the nicest in San Diego County! That's where I learned to surf in high school!

Oceanside has two Farmers' Markets each Thursday. Morning and then at sunset. Both are downtown and lots of fun.
