The guesthouse is located behind a primary residence. The unit has private access up a grass walkway and thru a lighted pathway. The entire guesthouse is approximately 500 sq ft in size. The back patio is private for guest use.
There is a small poodle that occasionally roams the backyard, but she does not disturb guests.

Our casita is fully furnished with all brand new appliances and furniture. It has a modern feel, an open floor design, and panoramic sliding doors to enjoy your view of the Sweetwater Reservoir and the surrounding San Diego areas. We have a large backyard space with sitting areas, pool access, firepit bench, and a basketball court for you to use anytime. Find your favorite spot to enjoy sunsets, sunrises, or simply bask under the fair weather San Diego provides year round!
Bedroom:
A queen size bed is provided and comfortably fits 2 guests. The bed frame has available storage space beneath. You can access this space by pulling the visible tab on the foot of the bed, which then lifts the mattress up and reveals the storage area. A smart TV is provided in the bedroom area and sits on top of a dresser unit. The closet space has a built in organizer and hangers for you to use.
Kitchen:
The casita is equipped with a full kitchen. An electric range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and countertop toaster oven are all provided. A full sized refrigerator/freezer is also provided that has both water and ice dispenser features. Plates, cups, glasses, utensils, and cookware are all provided. We also provide a starter pack of K-cup coffee pods, sugar, creamer, and tea for your enjoyment.
Living Room:
The living room space is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed that can comfortably fit 2 guests. A large smart TV is also provided in this area for your enjoyment.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is located inside the bedroom area. Cleaning supplies, towels, and toilet paper are all provided. A spacious stand up shower area includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.
Washer/Dryer:
Washer/dryer combo unit is located in the walkway to the bedroom space. You are free to use whenever you need. A starter pack of Tide pods have been provided for you and is located inside the bathroom in a storage jar.
Guest access
Guests are free the use the entire unit, along with all the supplies we have provided.
As for outdoor amenities, guests are free to enjoy our large yard freely. All we ask is to clean up after use. This includes the basketball court, sitting areas, swimming pool, and firepit area.

The space
As you arrive, you'll have exclusive access to your own gated entrance on the right side of the house.
Inside, you'll find two freshly remodeled private bedroom suites. The unit includes a refrigerator, a coffee maker (with coffee, tea and sugar provided), a toaster, a microwave, so you can start your day just the way you like it.
For your comfort, we offer a laundry room to make your stay even more convenient. Stay entertained with a TV featuring HBO, Netflix, and stay connected with high-speed WIFI.
PLEASE NOTE:
The unit has three rooms which contains two beds for two and couch in the living room. The couch is not a sleeping sofa (not collapsing). It is good for 5 guests. It can comfortably fit 4 adults and 1 kid (couch). Additionally, we provide a twin folding bed, which you’ll find in one of the closets in the room, along with an extra blanket and sheets.

The suite is connected to the right side of the main house, but your access is entirely private. The unit is on the second floor of two story house - entire second floor.

My place is close to restaurants, grocery stores, & coffee shops It is close to the 805 freeway & only 20 mins from Coronado, the zoo and 25 mins south of the airport. You’ll love my place because of the largesolar heated pool, 1/2 acre yard with lovely outdoor seating areas, a bbq in a nice, quiet upscale neighborhood. In Dec 2022 we updated the bathroom and upgraded the mattresses! The casita is fully stocked & even has beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler & boogie board for your enjoyment
