-No Extra Guests - Maximum 15 guests allowed at property (any more than disclosed on reservation will have an additional fee)
-QUIET HOURS: 10PM - 8AM everyday
-Avoid disturbing the neighbors

-Do not leave doors open.
-TRASH: Recycling bins is located on the side of the house (blue). The garbage is a large black garbage container.
-Turn off propane and clean all utensils after using BBQ.

FEES:
- if you break anything or stain any bedding or towels or couches during your stay, you will be charged for the replacement.

Parking:
There is enough parking for two vehicles at the property. The garage is not accessible to any guests.

House Entry:
The house has a keyless entry system to make it simple for your arrival. You will be given a unique numerical code the morning of your arrival and you may let yourself into the house anytime after the designated arrival time of 4pm. To unlock the keyless entry, just press the 4 digit code we have provided for you and then press the (lock pic). You should hear the bolt moving and once the sound ends you’re able to enter. When leaving the house, please lock the door by pushing any button on the lock, you will hear the deadbolt move. Make sure the door is closed tight when locking.

POOL:
- If you are wanting the pool to be heated. Please notify the hosts 2 days prior to arrival so we can begin the heating process. We require a minimum of 2 days of heating for $150.00. Everyday after that is an extra $75.00. The pool is maintenanced once a week. We provide a skimmer for the pool so guests can skim the pool when needed.

Check-Out:
1. Check out is at 10:00AM.
2. Place used dishes in the dishwasher
3. Leave used towels in a pile on the floor
4. Double-check for personal items
5. Close all windows & lock all doors
6. Leave sheets on bed as is
7. Dispose of recycling in blue bin located in on the side of house by garage. All garbage bags need to be thrown away in large black garbage container located on the side.

We give our guests space by using a self-check in process; however, I can meet you in person and show you around if you prefer. I will provide the code to the lock-box two days before your arrival.

Our property is located in the old part of Chula Vista; however, the neighborhood is safe and clean. We are close to shopping, restaurants, and freeways.

Public transportation is also within a 5-min walk.

It was such a cute 2 bedroom. This place with fully stocked with kitchen supplies, spices, toiletries… full size shampoo and conditioner… extra toothbrushes… everything! There was coffee & tee available to make. The beds were so very comfortable! And the couches were so comfortable, so many nights where one of us fell asleep on the couch! TVs in all the rooms, plenty of parking and a washer and dryer WITH DETERGENT! Also cleaning supplies and extra supplies If needed in their garage. The backyard was cute as well as the front. I know people mentioned the neighborhood looking sketchy but NEVER once did we feel scared. It was actually super quiet!! It was just us two moms with our two 9 year old baseball boys. We met the neighbors: next door, in front and one on the side with the pool (we stayed for 7 nights). If you rent a Tesla there is a super charger station very close and a lot of restaurants near by! We also met and were in constant communication with MariCarmen our host. She was also so very very sweet and open with communication. We asked for an ice-chest and she had one available in less then 30 mins. I cannot stress enough how wonderfully our stay was. We travel a lot and this was by far my favorite little place. I hope to come back to visit!"

Enjoy a little slice of paradise in our guest house. Master bedroom has 1,000 thread count sheets. Both bedrooms have upgraded orthopedic mattresses. We’ve recently remodeled the bathroom. Well stocked kitchen, with coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, cutlery etc.. Coffee, sugar, creamer, & some spices provided. 6 beach towels provided along with 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and a boogie board. Enjoy the large 1/2 acre property and solar heated pool April through October. Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with large living room and kitchen. This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.

No one outside past 10pm- strict city ordinance

No music in backyard at all times. Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.
We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 10 guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.

Just a few small things we noticed were the knives were coated and coating was coming off, sliding doors handle was very week and missing screws so that needed up falling off. Other was the kitchen appliances were up to date and easy to use!! Would definitely recommend this home to anything family!"

A table/chairs might be nice to sit outside. 5) Washer/Dryer combo is handy and works well. 6)Plenty of closet space/drawers for clothing storage. Cons: 1) HOT!!! The small room AC unit does NOT keep the place cool AT ALL. Property owner and property manager both brought fans and there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom but it NEVER cooled down. Even through the night it was miserable to sleep. The front room would cool overnight but would be hot by 10:30 a.m. each day. Keeping the curtains closed was a MUST or it would quickly become a sauna. 2) The shower is beautiful BUT the water never got very warm. Also took quite awhile to get warm. There was VERY little water pressure in the shower ever. 3) Parking was only street parking even though there was a nice driveway that was available but not allowed for use by those staying in the place. Street parking was a slight issue. We did enjoy our stay. Needs central AC and shower warmth/pressure. Description changed during our stay. A bit pricey for what we had."

One of the most frequent questions we get from people is whether or not Bengal cats are hypoallergenic? The correct answer is yes, they are hypoallergenic, but to fully understand that answer, you must realize that hypoallergenic does NOT mean allergy-free; it means "relatively unlikely to cause an allergic reaction." Compared to other cat breeds, Bengal cats are less likely to cause an allergic reaction in people, and here is why.

The most common cat allergen is a protein found in cat saliva, skin cells, and urine called Fel d 1. This protein enters the air on cat hair and dander. More people tend to react to this cat protein over the allergens of dogs is its weight. Fel d 1 is so light that it stays airborne longer and is, therefore, more likely to enter the lungs when a person with this allergy walks into a room with cats in it (Konkel). It is also incredibly sticky, so once it lands on a house's surfaces, it doesn't go away. Some Oriental breeds produce less Fel d 1; the Bengal is not one of those cats.

However, if a person is lightly sensitive to Fel d 1, not heavily sensitive, they may find that they can be around Bengal cats. Because Bengal cats are single coated, they have less fur than double-coated cats; therefore, they do shed less than some other breeds meaning the protein has fewer hairs to hop onto and enter the air.

Chula Vista is a great place to stay when visiting San Diego. It’s perfect for a couple, a couple of friends or traveling on your own. Conveniently located close to highway 805. Twenty minutes to the famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World and the Convention center. Chula Vista Third Avenue breweries and restaurants are nearby as well as the outdoor North Island Amphitheater and Coronado beach. The San Diego International airport is about 25 minutes away.

The space
The space is clean and throughly sanitized. It includes two private rooms with your own shower and restroom. It is a duplex and shares a wall with the host. The private entrance has a keypad with a code that is erased after each guest leaves. There is only one step at the entrance. The place includes a microwave, small fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Roku television in the primary bedroom and mini-split air conditioning. There is always plenty of free parking right in front of the residence. Not suitable for children or pets. This is a safe quiet residential area. I hope you will enjoy this space.. I take pride in keeping it nice.

This camera will always be on and will record both audio and video. Please do not tamper with this camera in any manner. Tampering with cameras will result in immediate termination of reservation and guests will be removed from the premises.

3) Please maintain a reasonable volume during quiet hours. Please do not play loud music outdoors. This home is located in a residential area and we would like to be respectful to our neighbors. It is very important for guests to keep the noise level down during the hours of 10:00 pm-8:00 am. Guests will receive one warning. If necessary, all occupants will be removed from the premises after the first warning. Thank you so much for your cooperation.
